Arrowhead Point Park

We love coming here in the morning also an addition to Belton and Temple Lake. Had a Blast and the Fish were crazy that morning. Hitting so fast and Big Stripes and Bass . The water is Always amazing and clean here. 👍👍👍👍👍 Fishing and Swimming is great.

Great place for a picnic, grill. fishing, or launch a boat. $5 per day honor system during the winter and during the summer park entrance has an attendant.

Cleaner water than I've experienced elsewhere, operable and safe, public, boat ramp & dock.
The shoreline on the left side coming down does get littered quite a bit from people not picking up after themselves.
Sheriff's department frequents it multiple times a day from what I've seen so I feel like my belongings are safe.
There are a LOT of zebra mussels so I HIGHLY recommend wearing shoes!

Wasn’t to busy and was a nice little spot to check out with walking areas to explore around the lake. If you want to fish this is the spot to go, there’s also a boat ramp if needed.

I walk on a Corp of engineers road all around the point. Its two miles with great views

It's convenient and generally well maintained.

Free to drive into and open 24/7. Boat dock is available. Larger parking lot with a good view or the lake that is very relaxing. You can walk down the path behind the parking lot and stop anywhere along the way with secluded feeling lake spots. This goes for about 2 mils and merges into temple lake Park so it's a good free way to walk over to the beach without paying the entrance fee there.

Arrowhead Point Park is one of my favorite places to fish on Belton lake and it's worth the 30 minute drive for me. It's free to get in and it's open 24 hours. There's one boat ramp with a courtesy dock. To the left of the ramp is a big flat area that's good for netting shad and bluegill for bait and there are some deep-ish channels a good ways out to fish if you can cast far enough. There's a road up top that you can walk down that will eventually take you all the way around to Temple Lake Park. If you walk down to the bank there is a big point where it turns that has some steep rocky cliffs and the underwater topography is pretty much the same as the above water topography which let's you get into 50'+ deep water very close to the bank. There's also lots of holes and washouts around that point and the Cove next to it that make it a very productive fishing spot for me. It does get busy on the weekends and if you want the best spots you better get there early, if that's where I'm going I get there around 4 AM.

Nice area to launch your boat or jet ski's. Parking is not bad either.

Free boat dock and hiking spot. You can go all the way on a paved walkway to Temple lake Park if you'd prefer to be there without paying to get in. Have seen lots of fishing going on so I'm assuming there are some good spots.

Arrowhead Park is nice and small with limited parking so plan accordingly, but the spot is nice great boat launch, and perfect shoreline to picnic and enjoy with Family and Friends!

Beautiful . Lots of tables . BBQ pit at each one . Lots of safe places for children to swim and play . Boat launch and patrolled by Police . Very safe and very nice and clean .

Great Park to drop the boat into the water and it's Free! Also me and the family go there to fish along the banks and its always clean and worry free environment!

Beautiful out there. Water is clear and you can see all the pretty rocks in the water. Took my grandkids and we had a blast!
