I stopped into the ATT corporate store in Bunnell to get a new IPHONE after receiving a defective one from an internet sales rep . Anthony was polite helpful and even saved me additional money on our bill .

Waited a little to see how my new iPhone works, before leaving a review. Been with another company for over 30 years and until 2 years ago, loved them. These past two years were awful. I wanted to see if AT&T had better coverage. The coverage is definitely there and far better than my last company. The dropped calls in my house we are working on. As far as what I got shopping in the AT&T store on rte. 100 in Palm Coast, it was top notch. Javon was the nicest and most helpful person we have dealt with in all or our experience, even with the 30 yrs with the other company. Thank you Javon for making our move an easy choice. If we could give him more stars, we would. Had to return to the store to get our military discount fixed. Worked with Alexis. She made it quick and easy, so we were in and out of there in record time. Very nice, helpful and professional. Thank you Alexis.

I was in the store on Sunday (May ,20th 2023). The manger was very knowledgeable and patient. He was perfect and so helpful, professional and friendly. Wish more businesses had people like him up front and dealing with the public.
I bought the phone, he explained our new plan, wrote all the numbers in the clear way we could see every experience category. My son and me were really satisfied. Great customer service.

Went to upgrade my wife's phone Jaylen the sales rep was a vey polite and patient young man . He answered all of my questions when she finally decided which, model she wanted. Jaylen made the process so smooth and painless. Jaylen told us if we need help with transferring our personal information form our old phone to our new one. We said yes please as we are not technicaly savy. He stated no problem he set up the transfer . While he was helping other customers he would come by out table to make sure everthing was going smooth. After 20 miuntes the transfers were complete. We went very pleased with the Service recieved from Jaylen and happy that everthing went so well!!

Needed to pop in and grab an accessory, store was busy. Young man (Jaylen) stopped to check me in, apologized for my short wait, realized I needed a simple task and took two minutes out to take care of me. Appreciated his promptness, attention, and the fact that he took care of me quickly realizing I wasn't looking at phones, plans, etc. Great customer service, thank you.
