Full Belly Restaurant

Very pleasantly surprised! The food was very good I had the chicken and dumplings and my husband had the hamburger steak and soup beans which was very delicious. There is a variety of dessert options too ...oh my gosh the Boston Creme pie and Strawberry cream pie were very very good! Friendly waitress and atmosphere! Worth the trip!

Absolutely love love this restaurant and would recommend to anyone!! The food was amazing and the burgers are huge!!!! The Philly was the best i've had. The servers were very sweet and service was great!

This is one of the best "hole in the wall" places around. All of the food on the menu is fantastic and even customer requests are served at a five star level.
If you've not been you are missing out.

Got to.finally visit on Friday the 16th of February 2024. I was a little worried as they were taking over an iconic place. Well no need to worry. The menu was diversified. The food. OUTSTANDING. The burgers doesn't matter which you order were the same size as the bun..who does that?!! Lol they do and it's juicy and wonderful. Th3 absolute hands down best burger. I had the chicken mushroom Swiss dinner. FINALLY a restaurant that seasons their food and ya know what...they use real potatoes as well. We were a group of 6 and all went very smoothly. DONT HESITATE to go there you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely wonderful. We had as a family fried pickles, fried green tomatoes, the hamburger steak with green beans and mashed potatoes, the bbq chicken sandwich with bacon and fries and my kids had grilled cheese and fries. It was ALL delicious and so so so fresh. The green beans were NOT from a can. Absolutely amazing food. Will definitely follow them wherever they go.

We have been looking for a restaurant that make their own burger patties. This place does, and fries come with the burger!! It was $30 for 2 orders delivered by Door Dash. That's not bad, considering the cost of gas now! And the food was top notch!

Food was killer! Start up restaurant so the decor wasn’t all there, but whats it matter when the food is killer! Definitely up there on my all time favorite burger list, and the fried green tomatoes were great. They nailed the breading. Definitely will be coming back again!

OMG! The best fried pickles any where east of the Pacos! Also any of there hamburgers are as good as any in this area! Small place but big on flavor!

The food is good. The restaurant needs updating bad! Paint peeling off the walls. Floors need a good scrubbing

Best Swiss Mushroom burger I ever had, best burger I ever had. I didn't have a ruler but it was almost as big as my hand.

Absolutely delicious! I had the fried pickles, the breading remained through the frying process and even in the take out container it was crunchy when it arrived. For dinner, I had the fried chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans. Phenomenal! So much I have enough for another meal! Anxiously awaiting the green tomatoes to come in season so I can get some. 10/10 will eat there again and highly recommend!!

Best food I have had at a hole in the wall restaurant the chicken strips melt in your mouth and you can clearly tell it was hand made the French fries were amazing and delicious we are definitely coming back hungry for more.

Food was fantastic and the price wasnt bad. Kinda hard to find tucked back in the corner but worth looking for. We got fried chicken, lemon pepper chicken and two kids meals for $40 including drinks and salad so the price is right. If your in town, stop by and eat here!

I had grilled shrimp skewers with blackening and my husband had the chicken fajita wrap. Both were amazing. So good. Highly recommended.

We tried Full Belly for the first time today, saw it mentioned on YouTube, we tried the Old Fashioned Hamburger and the Mushroom and Swiss, one of the best hamburgers we have had in a while, will definitely go back, kind of out of the way but well worth it

I had to go to Kingsport after church and didn’t want to go to a chain restaurant for lunch. I saw that Full Belly has a high rating on Google so I decided to go a little out of my way to check it out. It’s located in an old strip mall, and when I first arrived, I didn’t see it right away. They are hidden in the east corner of the mall. It’s a small restaurant, but the staff is attentive and friendly. The Maci has a good selection, but I settled on a cheeseburger and I am glad I did. It was big and tasty. Easily the best cheeseburger I’ve had in months. The staff checked on me constantly to make sure I had everything I needed. A nice little place to eat.
