Fuse Bistro

A small intimate bistro. The service was excellent. I ate the braised short rib risotto, a special they offered. The risotto was cooked perfectly. The short rib meat was shreeded and blended in nicely with the risotto. It was a decent amount of meat. Maybe it could have used a bit more meat, but still, it was great. We also had the vegan burger, which was actually really good. Im not vegan, and I was impressed. It had a char grill type of flavor and seasoned well. The presentation of the burger was interesting. It had a perfect round shape. We both got the chocolate martini, which was delicious with the right amount of foam on top. We also had a beer and a glass of wine. The atmosphere was laid back, nice vibe, and not loud at all. I definitely recommend this place. My first time in Lowell, I was very pleased.

Love this place! We all had some form of burger and every one of us was so pleased with our food. I had the Blackened Tuna Steak BLT and loved it. They give it a nice sear while maintaining a raw inside. Flavorful and filling. Their prices were especially great for the amount of food we had. Worth coming back to.

Recently visited on a quiet weeknight and loved everything about Fuse. The service was perfect; present when we wanted it, but never hovering. The atmosphere was perfectly downtown Lowell, bricks and art, and the space was small enough to feel intimate but large enough to welcome bigger parties.

However, the food and drinks were the real stars. Specials featured local produce and included fish, chicken, and vegetarian. My party started with the Korean tenders which were incredible! Double crunch, spicy, and served with fresh greens, a light coleslaw, and an incredible creme fraiche.

My partner had the Korean-inspired steak sandwich, which looked tasty and received high praise. I had steak tips with spinach, mushrooms, mash and a delicious demi glace. It was fantastic.

We were too full for dessert, though the fall inspired options sounded lovely. I may have been tempted by the homemade Irish cream, though, and was not disappointed.

We will definitely be back!

Gem in downtown Lowell. Waitress was super attentive and kind. We sat outside in the beautiful weather. Had delicious “crunch” burger and Korean burger. Everything was tasty and tender. Had a Guinness too. They have some draft beers and cocktails as well. Affordable too compared to so many other restaurants. Quaint and has a “everybody knows your name” feel 🎵. Worth it.

Chef Scott is at it again. I had the chili to start. Then a venison stew and finished the night with a lava cake and chocolate espresso. They always use fresh local product and items sell out quick. Next time your in downtown Lowell or Westford give Fuse Bistro a try. KTQH!

Small but reliable menu — everything is great. Their brunch menu is a little different week to week, but always delicious (like the burrito bowl pictured here!) The staff is always friendly!

My husband and I eat here (atleast) once a week; take out, in house and outside. We LOVE the specials as well as the fuse staples. I have been craving the nachos and pumpkin cake like crazy. The cocktails are always delicious, they have wine bottle specials, dessert, all of it! The staff is great. Take out is always still warm and orders always correct. Thank you for taking dinner off my hands♡.

DELICIOUS! Nice environment, good live jazz music, clean and friendly! For appetizer we got general Tso’s Brussels sprouts, for entree I got pasta special and my friends got Korean BBQ chicken tenders, and grilled steak tips which ALL of the plates were delicious, we all loved our food! 🤤 and for drinks we got the blackberry sangria! I highly recommend! 10 stars review if I could!

I can't say enough about this place. The overall vibe from both staff and the regulars is warm and welcome. The food is is quite good and, with the seasonal menu, there's enough to keep your interest. The drink menu isn't spectacular but it will more than meet your needs.
The best part is the staff, by a million. They are hard working and genuine. Order a complex contail during peak hours? They will push politely and explain the time crunch - and then circle back later and offer to make it.
This is exactly the type of atmosphere everyone should expect of their Local. Chatty regulars, hard working staff, off the beaten path menu and a friendly vibe.

Went here for dinner and had the Pan Seared Scottish Salmon special paired with a glass of Ovvum Riesling.

The service and food were great.

Great food! I ordered the spicy burger and it was downright delicious! Also ordered the vegetarian spicy burger and was told by my friend that it was the BEST vegetarian burger they had ever had!! I was impressed. Also a very cozy and comfortable dining area. Fries aren't quite my style...soft and dark but unique fries nonetheless.
Highly recommended!!

Great food, great staff. We had a blast before L CK. Only decent burger I have had since the pandemic hit the US. Bartenders attentive, dealt with my rediculous food allergy(s) well and steered me clear of trouble. I will travel to Lowell to go back. Thanks everyone!

Great local place with great food and atmosphere. They offer a scratch kitchen with a dietary sensitive menu. It's in an old firehouse and offers outdoor dining along one of the cobblestone streets in downtown Lowell.

My absolute favorite restaurant in downtown Lowell! Fresh ingredients always cooked perfectly. A nice single page menu that is tweaked every few weeks to stay fresh and current. Enticing specials that change daily. Incredible Sunday brunch. Super friendly and attentive staff all around. I eat here all the time and can’t think of a single complaint. They even bring ice water out for my dog when we sit outside in the summer. A few of my favorites dishes are the daily pasta, tacos, chicken & waffles, and whatever beef option they have on the menu at any given time from the fillet to the short ribs they are all wonderful! Go eat!

I got the crunch burger with the side salad, soooo good. Like one of, if not the, best burgers I’ve ever had. Salad was nicely dressed and seasoned. My only problem is they put the salad and the burger in the same to go container, so the salad was a tad warm and the bottom bun a tad soggy, minor issue, I’ll ask for separate containers next time. But 5 stars on the the taste and execution alone.

Great cocktails. This place is the jewel of the downtown restaurant scene, largely thanks to manager Sandra, who is also downtown Lowell's best bartender. The menu changes frequently, staying interesting. The crunch burger shouldn't be missed and offers a great low cost option when you're not spending like it's date night. The service is the best in town. Mike M has been our waiter on several occasions, and he's a national treasure.
