I went there to purchase my first guitar. The person that helped me was very helpful. open and honest and was a great person to do business with.

As a musician that has traveled a good amount, I have been too many guitar centers in many different states before and after Covid. The atmosphere that Manager Stephanie has in the store is excellent. The store is well arranged and clean, and I have enjoyed the people there and my experience a number of times now.

Seth, the guitar tech was extremely helpful in getting us set up with what we needed. He had our guitar restrung in a matter of minutes. Fantastic customer service with every other employee we encountered as well!

Every Saturday I bring my son in to check out the guitars and get him interested in something other than video games. He's now got his own guitar because the guys show him the guitars and let him play. I now stay up until almost 11pm to him practicing an electric guitar rather him yelling at a TV screen. The guys at Guitar center are awesome+

I recently drove to the Toledo store to check out a vintage Guild bass. The crew really took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied with the bass by helping with a quick setup and making sure that I was happy with the instrument. The respect and total service I received was second to none. Thank you Toledo crew. I love the bass!!

Had to stop in at the last minute tonight cause our p.a. system at the bar had a major meltdown. I only got JDs name, but JD and the crew where awesome. I only had pics and a list of what was needed from our tech guys and they found everything I needed for me. I hate being in places after close but it was an emergency and they took great care of me. Thanks again guys.

We went to have one string replaced on my daughter's guitar. The gentleman who helped us was really nice and fixed her string quick and painlessly. We had to wait for a few minutes so we had time to look around. They have a HUGE selection of guitars and other instruments.

Visited this store on multiple occasions, "just looking" and doing research on what guitar and amp I wanted to go with. Very helpful and informative staff gave me some insight into what sound I was going for and best bang for your buck. My sales associate, Ryan, was the only one on the floor at the time, but still took the time to make sure everyone there was getting the attention they needed. Thank you guys for looking out even though everything I bought totalled under 400.
