Love this place. We travel from central NJ to see family in Brockport and stay at a close hotel to the Taproom. Love their food and always such a great group of employees and associates. So friendly and great atmosphere!! Thanks for the hospitality.

The food was very good and the service was friendly. It had definitely improved since our previous visit. If you order the basket of fries, you better bring your appetite. It feeds about four people. No complaints.

It's a standard bar with a great atmosphere. The bartender is the reason to come here. She is a star at her craft. She made a personal touch and I overheard her noticing people needing another drink by their actions not them level of their fluid left. The chicken wings were awesome and they had a special on them which made it even better.

Was there this past summer while visiting family. Food was great and Staff where very friendly and helpful. Peter D. was a manager and was super nice helping us pick out a garbage plate. Thanks.

We came in to have dinner with my buddy who I haven’t seen in a long time. We have a total of 7 kids ages 7months to 8 yrs. So we had a big order. Only one mistake because of my daughter’s dairy intolerance was cheese on the burger. They fixed it fast and were great about everything! Thank you for putting up with our noisy kiddos.

I have legitimately never had a bad experience here before. The staff are really nice and the light behind their eyes hasn't died yet even though this is a food service job. The employees always go out of their way to make my experience better. I also have severe food allergies (celiac disease) and aftef specifying I have never been cross-contaminated. There have been a few mistakes (2) where they served me rolls with my food (which happens! it's completely normal, not their fault at all. muscle memory, really) and whenever I bring it up to them they're *incredibly* apologistic and remake the order. I also have a friend who works here and she is the only person I've ever met who doesn't hate their food service job.
Seriously, this place rules, or else I wouldn't have taken the time to review it.

We were in town for my sister's wedding and needed a quick bite to eat. We are not able to get "plates" anywhere close to us. The restaurant was super clean and the food was exactly what we hoped it would be. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was perfect.

I will say the fish fry was excellent, French fries hot and crispy. What was a surprise was the non-taste of the Cole slaw. It had a slight tang, like the cabbage was close to turning bad other than that it was bland. I do not understand how a good restaurant doesn't do pre-tasting before they serve anything pre-made.

Best cheeseburgers ever! Friendly staff. Just need to keep the floor cleaned better by the pop machines, very sticky.

Food was great as always.
Service was slow and not very friendly (just the non talkative, soft spoken generation).
My daughter was upset that the arcade room was removed for seating.

My daughter and I went in at 7pm on a Wednesday night and there was a party going on but that did not take away from the service we received. The food was good and reasonably priced and the waitress was right on target with service. I would not hesitate to go back. The price per person included drinks so I feel it was completely reasonable.

Took my girlfriend here for Valentines Day and we were so pleased! We both ordered a great plate and a ground steak burger and they were absolutely delicious! Staff was very friendly and polite! Fries and toppings were also top tier! Bill Gray's has always been a favorite of mine and I will continue to go here regularly! My personal recommendation is get the worlds greatest cheeseburger! Trust me you won't be let down!

I've been traveling in an RV to every State in the US for seven years. Been to a lot of Bars and had a lot of Burgers and you have the BEST I've ever had!
