I've been a Realtor with Weichert Realtors Tower Properties since 2009 and find the other Realtors, staff and broker/owners are very professional, knowledgeable, ethical and helpful. We work together as a team instead of competing against each other. The atmosphere is always upbeat! Whenever someone needs help or advice, others step up and provide what is needed. We are proud of the integrity of every Realtor in our office.

As a 30 year veteran of the real estate industry, I have had the opportunity to work with dozens of real estate companies. Few can compare to Weichert, REALTORS, Tower Properties. This is my first week here at the Weichert office and the atmosphere is fast paced with multiple agents working in the office. The phone seems to be very steady with new clients looking for help with area real estate. Really looking forward to being part of a growing office and company of professionals.

Came to Brainerd in 2012 from Montana to transfer to the Costco in Baxter. I had rented a small house in town from a private owner not through a realty only seeing pictures online and talking with the owner on the phone. Showed up in front of the house with the Uhaul and the house was nothing close to what was advertised online. It was not livable and infested with bugs. I cancelled my agreement with the owner and then drove around town looking for a rental available asap since I had no where to live. Saw a weichert sign and called the number Todd Barnett answered and said he would see what he could do. He called back shortly after and had found me a place to move into right away. He was my landlord and became my first friend in Brainerd. Any time I had any issues with the rental Todd always fixed it right away. I began looking for a home to buy and spent a couple months looking with Todd. He was very honest and straight forward with what he thought was a good fit for my daughter and I and my budget. The house I ended up purchasing was in a perfect neighborhood close to my daycare and priced perfectly for my budget. Even though he wasn't my landlord anymore Todd stayed a close friend. Moved back to Montana 3 years ago but kept my home as a rental in Baxter with Todd as my landlord. He keeps in touch with me frequently about the house. I recently decided to sell a house I had owned in Otsego since 2009 that I had kept as a rental and being two states away had Todd put it up for sale. Had the house sold within two weeks of being on the market and came out way ahead. If your looking to buy, sell or rent Weichert is an amazing knowledgable and friendly company. I highly reccomend them.

Looking for a property manager… Tod Barnett is managing multiple properties for me since 2008. What I can say about Tod, he is conscientious on who is selected as tenants, that they pay on time and properties are kept up. Tod does not just call and bother me on the little maintenance issues he just takes care of them, any bigger maintenance problems he finds the right people for the right price and gets things done. I am extremely happy with Tods attention to detail and performance and I have happy tenants to show for it.

Well run real estate office

Todd never called us back regarding a rental property he was managing after telling us he would. Multiple tries to get a hold of him and nothing!
