Walking into Jensen as a new patient felt and looked like if you walked into your grandparents home. Nice, warm, friendly, and great looking. Getting checked in was comfortable and easy going as well. The assistants and doctor were very friendly and felt positive. The whole appointment from getting checked out to getting new frames were something that I really enjoyed. From the people to the building I really had an eventful time.

Had a 9am appointment and was greeted and ushered into my appointment right on time. Everyone there is polite and knowledgeable and professional about their duties. Grinnell is lucky to have Jensen as they do great work and support our community.

Very respectful, friendly and fast service!! I recommend anyone to go here. I had trouble with my new contacts after having trial pair and they got me in ASAP gave me another pair of contacts and they fit great and can see 20/20. This place is a most go and check out!!!!

Jensen's goes out of their way to make their customers feel at ease, from the staff they hire to the way the office is decorated. They pay attention to the details, small and large. I find their staff to be well trained and prepared to answer my questions. The appointments cover everything you need to know, but never feel like they're dragging on and on. Jensen is great. They make you feel right at home while you are there. Friendly staff and they don't pressure you into buying a bunch of stuff. This is my by far favorite eye doctor I have had.

I have gone to Jensen Optometrists a few times now, and every time they meet all of my optical needs. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Joseph always does a great job for my exams. Would recommend going here for your eye care.

My daughter had an appointment the other day and the staff worked with her and were very patient, answered all those small and repetitive questions. She's been wanting glasses for a while (idk why) and they even offered her a pair and were again amazing with her while she tried on every. single. pair. I highly recommend their services to all of my friends. They make you feel comfortable and help understand your evaluations and what they mean. By far fantastic place.

Everyone is always very friendly. My questions were answered and I wasn't rushed out the door. I always enjoy the festive decorations, especially the bats hanging from the ceiling.

I appreciate how quickly they were able to get me scheduled after I was experiencing some eye discomfort. I felt like I was in excellent hands with knowledgeable staff from the moment I walked through the door!

My kids and I all go here, the staff is always so friendly and helpful. The girls that help you find glasses are always so easy to work with and take away the stress of picking out glasses! They are great and patient working with my kids too. Definitely recommend!

After experiencing some unusual eye pain, I was able to quickly get an appointment. Dr. Joe did a thorough exam and was able to reassure me that there was nothing occurring that posed a threat to my vision.

Dr. Jensen and Amber were professional, kind and very patient with my 5 and 10 year old boys! They made the process fun and interesting for my kids. They also have a treasure chest from which the kids can pick a prize. It was a great experience!

Myself along with all 3 of my kiddos love going to Jensen for our eye care!! They are super understanding with my kiddos and always greeting with a smile on their faces!

Very friendly and helpful staff! My cat sat on my glasses and broke them so I had them taped when I came in for my appointment today. They helped me look up and see that my frames were under warranty, and even though they didn't have my exact frames they got my lenses put in and I was able to see clearly again in 10min or less! They also helped me pick out another pair of cute frames today!
