Upon my return to BOB MILLS after a year or so I saw a new sales person Nicole and the sales manager that I remember for shopping their years ago. The experience was just as I imagined, and I took the time to do the bed match, which I will return to purchase that going back tomorrow to purchase A mirror. It is a wonderful place. No stocker shoppers. I did purchase a barstool!

The wife and I went in looking for a specific, extra-wide chair for the corner of our bedroom. The sales team weren't pushy at all. We found exactly what we were looking for, we got to pick out our fabric from a wide selection, and a month later (just as they told us), we picked it up. Great service, and a very high quality piece of furniture. Recommend!

Went in for a bed frame and left with a sofa set. Unfortunately california kings is an odd size so we decided just to look around. The salsman who has been there since 1986 and ex Amy was great. Got me to purchase a great leather sofa.

Had a great experience and was helped tremendously by John B. through out the entire process! Walked away with a great deal on a new bedroom set and definitely didn't feel pressured or rushed through any of our choices. Highly recommend!

As always service was amazing. Kevin was very though with going over the details of any couch we looked at. It was also a pleasant surprise that the warranty we bought on our previous Bob Mills couch set was given credit on the new purchase because we never used the warranty! Had a great experience at the Temple store! The salesman was super nice and had all the information for any questions I had. Made my purchase and the whole process was super fast. Had very high quality furniture and met my needs perfectly!

John Baker met us at the door to help us. We told John what we were interested in, and he took us to that area, and explained all the different features.

There was never any pressure from John to buy anything. When we bought what we wanted he completed the sale very efficiently. I would recommend John to help anyone as he was very knowledgeable.

Great experience. Gary is a real class act. We left the store thinking we wouldn't be able to get the bed we needed in time. Went to a few other stores only to be disappointed. Went back to Bob Mills, thinking we'd just be getting a nightstand and dresser. In the time we were gone, without having any reason to think we'd ever be back, Gary had searched the local warehouses and stores that may have the bed we needed, and found one. Johnn Baker was excellent with his customer service with the perfect level of assistance without being pushy. The store was very clean and had a great selection. Everyone was kind and allowed you to shop without hovering. Excellent job, Johnn!!!!

When we finally decided to replace our aging mattress because neither one of us could get a good nights sleep. Woke up each morning with pain. Bob Mills came to mind because he said “let’s get you out of pain” and since we were in Temple we decided to drop in and see what we could get. So many great choices but the real plus was the knowledge of our sales person, Gary Goins. Gave us so much attention. Great suggestions based upon our needs. And, we got the new bed we needed. They had the best warrenty than any other store. Customer service was excellent.
We bought our entire bedroom set and pick it up later this week.

From the time we walked in the door to the day the furniture was delivered, the experience dealing with Bob Mills Furniture was a pleasant one. There was no pressure from the salesman, though he was there for help. The furniture was handled with much care when delivered.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and asked what I was interested in . John was such a blessing throughout my visit. John waited on me and explained the difference between mattresses to me. I purchased a bedroom set for my new home , a dining room table , mattress and box spring . Our sales host Ron Smith was the best. His down to earth demeanor is hard to find in the world today.

Gary has been my familiesgo to guy for our furniture needs for years. He always gives us the best avaliable deals and allows us ti look by ourselves and make our decisions. I highly recommend Bob Mills and in Temple, Tx, Gary!!

The store Manager was very helpful and helped my wife and I find the sofa we were looking to purchase. He went from finding, setting up our transaction in the computer, to taking us to the finance counter and stayed until everything was completed.
