Rob was very friendly, helpful & made me feel welcome. He couldn’t solve my problem but he told me Apple Techs would have to help me.

Went to the store right when they opened and will greeted me and was patient and fully explained the phones and transferred all my data. He was extremely helpful and kind and personable as well as knowledgeable. I will definitelybe going back and asking for Will. He is a super employee that makes customers feel appreciated

The associate was knowledgeable, friendly, and very good at his job. The store was very clean It was a very nice experience and I got a new phone that’s very nice.

Staff is great to work with. They will explain things in detail and are really looking for your best interest. For example. I was in the market for a new phone and wanted the Samsung ultra. They recommended waiting a few days as Samsung was announcing the new s23 line of phones. Something I wouldn't have known. Overall great service

I had to come in the other day because my phone was messing up and I needed help. This is the second time Fred has fix my phone. He’s super nice and was super nice to my kid. I appreciate him. Give him a raise!

Fast, knowledgeable, and funny. Love humor when we are working through adding a line for an adult child with autism. She kept him laughing, engaged, and made him feel empowered while keeping my ask in mind. Great experience!!

Went here to see why my phone wasn't charging & to see if AT&T could assist. Customer Service Representative Fred promptly came to me & helped right away. He took me to a charging area & tried charging my phone.

I then had to leave for something & came back a while later, in which a different attendant came over & said they couldn't help me. I looked at him confused bc Fred just helped me earlier, & told him I'd like to speak to Fred when he was available. Fred came over a few minutes later & commenced helping me with my phone. He also told me the issue may be the battery & referred me to Batteries Plus down the way.

I was very impressed with Fred and his professionalism, initiative, friendliness, & helpfulness. Fred truly cares about his customers, bc not everyone there at that AT&T store does. Thank you, Fred!!!!

Hector the hero! Patient, knowledgeable and friendly. I purchased a samsung watch a month ago and had several number syncing issues. Today was my third trip up to the store and the first time meeting Hector. He was able to fix my syncing issue...come to find out my watch was never set up properly. UGH! Hector set it all up/synced it all up and all while the power was out due to a lightening storm. I truly appreciate his diligence, knowledge and conversation. Cheers to Hector!

Karrin W. is an outstanding saleswoman! She went above and beyond to get my phone switched over and working. My phone did not have a clean crossover and she continued to work on it until it was fixed. She offered some additional services but did not push them. She genuinely worked to help me get what I wanted. I reccomend any customers asking for her if you go into the store. She should be AT&T's trainer for all new hires. Excellent! Give that woman a raise, you'll want to keep her.

They took care of everything! They were knowledged and patience dealing with our 3 mobile phones, updating account, and we were offered a great price. Have been with ATT for over 10 years. I've checked into changing occasionally, but ATT always ends up giving me the best deal for me and my family. Thank you to Gloria for her expert help.

Rachel was great, although issues with her company's equipment to get our transaction done in a timely manner she remained calm, friendly and professional. This is my 3rd time into this store and have yet to have a poor expierence.

I have been going to this store for years!! Ron has been there almost every time we have ever needed anything. The store is very clean and extremely friendly! I would recommend this place to every one!!!
