Great staff Awesome Ice Cream Bars. We only waited 10-15 minutes for our meds. If you go you have to ask for the ice cream bars

We love McSwains pharmacy. They work hard to make sure our prescriptions are filled correctly and timely.

Brandy and the staff are true professionals. She saved the day when I dropped the ball on my son’s medication.

All of the staff are polite and helpful. Even delivery on our meds. Gives us all our shots, too. Love MCSWAINS!

I recently moved my medication refills to McSwain. Everybody at the pharmacy have been super polite, friendly and helpful. Sharon, one of the pharmacists, exceed my expectations. My only question.. "Why did I wait so long to change. pharmacies?

I've always had my meds filled at McSwains since moving to Cullman about 11years ago. Always polite, professional, and super courteous. I've never had a pharmacy treat me like a friend, ever before.

I have been doing business with these people a few years now and the only way I can see that they could improve would be if they came to your home and hand fed you your medication, lol. On a serious note, I demand a lot of a pharmacy due to numerous health problems and McSwains never fails to do over and above. They deliver and not just meds but anything, They will fill just whatever I can afford. I could go on but suffice to say, They CAN'T BE BEAT!!! I love y'all.
