If you are looking for a quality mattress at reasonable price come here. If you want to pay for ambiance go somewhere else. Excellent small town customer service. No pressure, no bait and switch. We bought the first mattress our sales guy recommended after listening to what we wanted. Went to 4 other stores and confirmed what we thought we knew Dover’s was our place.

My wife and I purchased a new twin mattress for our son and Matt was extremely helpful answering questions I had. The pickup experience was simple and quick. The staff was extremely nice as well. Would recommend Dover's to anyone looking to purchase a mattress.

We purchased an adjustable bed with mattresses from Joe at the Cullman store. He had good knowledge of his products and was able to guide us to the bed we wanted. They were very helpful and the bed was delivered at the promised time. Thanks Joe good job.

So after posting my problem with this store location , the store owner reached out to us and listened to our problem with the bed . He also had our order in front of him . He had taken the the time to track the bed frame down for us and have it brought out the next day . This is what customer service is about . We didn’t want a whole new system we just wanted the defective one switched out . The Manager at this store needs to learn that customer service is a big part of sales and if you don’t listen and help it will kill your business. Thank you Nicolas for your kindness , attentiveness, and taking care of us . We will be back !

Matt was very knowledgeable and really helpful with our mattress search. Staff and owner are very friendly people. I am pleased with the service I recieved at Dover's in Cullman. I recommend anyone to get their next mattress from them!

Third mattress from them! Matt the manager knows his stuff and is always helpful and takes his time!! Showed up 5 minutes till 6:00 never rushed me, explained in detail and courtesy. Ended up leaving almost 30 minutes later. Another bar set high for customer service!
