Went to upgrade my phone after almost 5 years. The entire staff was super friendly and they all were willing to help each other. I worked with Noel, who was fantastic! He was fun, energetic, and very friendly. He knew his stuff too! He helped me figure out everything I needed, and was able to get me a really amazing deal. While I was there I witnessed a few customers that were not happy. We had just had a major storm (tornado and severe t-storm) that disrupted service in some locations. The staff was very patient and was able to help them understand what was going on and what they were doing to fix the issues. As someone who has worked customer service my entire working career, I would say their service was absolutely top notch. I highly recommend this store!

I went to T-Mobile about a month ago and Noel at the Belton store was amazing. I went in to upgrade my phone and to upgrade my phone plan. He helped me get an amazing deal He was very knowledgeable, courtesy, and patient and friendly He walked me through setting up my new phone and verified the phone plan was active before I left the store. I would highly recommend Noel to anyone that is in need of service help. I Highly Recommend Noel.

About a month ago, I went to this T-Mobile store to upgrade my phone. Luckily, Noel was next available employee because he was great! He’s so knowledgeable and passionate about his job. He helped me get an international phone plan and a new phone. I will definitely be back to this location thanks to Noel!

I made the switch! I love the customer service and knowledge these guys have! Everyone at the store was kind and very helpful. (611 is great as well!) Noel is my customer service representative and he is awesome! Noel is very knowledgeable, kind and most of all thorough. Great experience today with Noel. He’s extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We completed an upgrade to the iPhone 15 pro Max, got all of my accessories I needed (he even helped install the screen protector flawlessly), AND he got us an amazing promotion on their SyncUp DRIVE device. Highly recommend.

Noel at the Belton store was amazing. Went in to add a phone line and internet to my account. He was very knowledgeable, courtesy, and patient. He walked my through setting up the internet device and verified the new phone line was active before I left the store. I would highly recommend Noel to anyone that is in need of service help.

Went in with my wife and I to get my wife a new phone and was in dire need since hers broke that day and our carrier provider was terrible. Spoke with dae about my options and he offered such great detailed information on what was available for my wife and I. Long story short he took care of us with getting us set up with 2 iPhone 15 pro maxes as well as cases with insurance and protective glass along with the insanely fast home internet. Service on the phones has been great and also on the home internet. So grateful for him and the manager that day for taking care of my wife and I even though it was 30-40 mins close to closing time. We were expecting to walk out with a cheap old iPhone and they really moved mountains for us to get a very nice package. We should have switched to T-Mobile a long time ago. Appreciate yall big time!!!

Amazing experience with the store and staff specifically Victor. Victor was kind and patient from beginning to end while I was purchasing a pair of the Apple Airpod Max headphones. 10/10 experience and highly recommend this store and Victor.

The customer service rep where awesome and helpful, knowledgeable about the current promotions and products. Was able to purchase what I came into the store for. Very friendly atmosphere and the reps where a pleasure to meet.

I was having trouble setting up my new iPhone 13 mini, and the 4 gentlemen working yesterday helped me get everything set up, and they did a wonderful job. I signed up for an online trade in promotion, and I received a physical SIM card from a T Mobile store in Fort Worth, but they were unable to activate it because of the online trade in option I did. I had to call Sprint to set that up, but then my information wouldn’t transfer to my new phone. I decided to take it to my local T Mobile store here in Belton to see if they could help me, and they were absolutely amazing! All 4 employees were extremely friendly, personable, professional, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything taken care of for my new phone. They even put on my new phone case and screen protector which was a huge help, I was extremely grateful for that!! Getting everything setup took a little while simply because of the new Apple update, so they even gave me a T Mobile cooler since I had to wait a while. Adrian and Darwin were so helpful and professional, and I wasn’t able to get the names of the other 2 employees, but all of them made sure I was well taken care of. I was able to get my phone completely set up, and they helped clear my old phone so I can mail it in. Thank y’all so much!!

This staff from the Manager down to the newest trainee Destiny is out right amazing. The atmosphere in that store is all about the customer. They have patience, the make sure you know that you are not just another number but value, they give you the bottom line up front, and you leave that store not feeling like i got screwed or something is going to change when I get my bill. If anyone higher up in the TMobile Corporate tracks these you have some great ambassadors for your Brand and Company!

Jordan and Roz and Mel are amazing. Not only did they help me get my new devices set up and show me all the cool new features. Mel drove to another store to pick up a new watch for me. They are patient, friendly and dedicated to ensuring you have the best customer service and experience possible. I would definitely recommend coming into this store in Belton location. We switched from AT&T to T-Mobile Ann and Roz were both amazing helpful and patient. They identified the best options for phone trades and even helped my no so patient husband transition to a different operating system after trading in his phone. We were able to walk out with 3 brand new 5G phones and only had to pay the taxes! We owe nothing on our phones! We are saving tons by switching.
