first I’m going there. The guy that was working was very helpful. Overall the store looks very clean up-to-date inventory looks good.

I had what I thought was an unusual request, but they were very knowledgeable and went out of their way to help with what I needed.

Clean, lots (if not all) of products for your smoking/smoking accessories needs. Fantastic and friendly staff too.

Love this smoke shop! Pat was so helpful, sociable, and funny. He knows the products and realys his knowledge in a very articulate manner. I would definitely smoke with him! I'll be back very soon for a sexy water pipe.

This place is fantastic. I had such an awesome experience here, seriously some of the best customer service ever. The store owner and the employees were all so kind, helpful and patient. I felt like a pain in the butt because I had to come back twice to make an exchange, but they were welcoming and courteous. They genuinely want every customer to be happy with their purchase. Highly recommend checking out the shop!

Visited Westford smoke shop yesterday and I can’t stop myself from writing a review about it. I was really amazed by the huge collection of premium cigars and seesha. I found everything I needed and they were ready to order if anything we dint found in store. Happy that we got such amazing smoke shop in our town.

I have been a regular shopper here since locating it. They always have what I am looking for and the employees are very friendly and extremely helpful. I have been trying to find a new vape juice for some time now and thanks to Pat I have my new fav so thanks Pat and keep up the good work.

Great experience! Came in looking for a new pod for myBlu or juul but after getting some great advice from the man behind the counter, Dino, I decided to go with the suorin edge and Its the best decision I could have made. I highly recommend visiting this place if you're in search of a new vape(they have a huge selection) or want to be helped by intelligent workers like Dino

Super awesome place that sells local products! I came in looking for cbd oil, and came out with a vape pen top by "Panda Stix". Super happy to find a quick relief to my anxiety. Also, many of the cbd products are lab tested which is perfect, I know it is pure and clean and I can trust this! Thanks Westford Smoke shop for hooking it up!!!

Had an amazing experience here, they just opened near where I live, they were super helpful and knowledgeable and they gave me a 25% discount also. Massive all around variety for all products including, cigars, juul pods, Kratom, pipes, papers and more. Clerk was kind and found me exactly what I needed. Ps this place has just about every type of juul pod flavor you can imagine, eon, 3x, 4x, ziip airbender and more. This is rare because most places in MA do not have anything besides the bare minimum. Overall it was a 5 Star experience and I will be back again soon.

The staff was pleasant knowledgeable and very helpful they took the time assisting me in finding a specific product they went so far as to order the product I wanted because they did not have the exact cigar I was looking for this was definitely a 5 star service

went to smoke shop looking for a vape for my wife The sales person Pat was very help full showed us all that they had and even looked up info about the ones they had to give us more info about it Sales person was very pleasant and under standing about what we were asking him.

I talked to the owner for a bit, nice guy. I felt bad how the vape has been banned in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. The FDA should have did there tests first before these guys dump $5,000 to $10,000 and are sitting on it and cant sell the product.
