Restaurant was busy. Used call ahead, and had a short wait to be seated.
Waitress was very pleasant, was in no rush for us to order drinks and brought us water right away.
The drinks were very good.
Ordered a small portion of the chicken tenders. This was a good move. 6 of them were plenty for the two of us. Tasty, spicy and delicious.
My wife had the baked haddock, excellent.
I had the bacon BBQ burger which was delicious. One doing, no where near enough BBQ sauce and it may have been omitted accidentally. Large portions of fresh lettuce and tomato and a healthy onion slice more than made up for it.
Onion rings were delicious.
On to dessert!
Fried dough bites with chocolate syrup and caramel for dipping. Hot, puffy, just the right amount of powdered sugar.
Definitely a return visit is in order.

Definitely recommend The Establishment! Ryan provided great service friendly and professional. Several menu options for everyone. We ordered Haddock, Steak and Cheese, Bacon Burger and a kids meal pasta they even offered a fruit roll up with the kids meal! We spent around $80. Comfortable fun atmosphere. Can’t wait to go again.

Came for my sister's graduation celebration dinner as a party of eight on a Saturday evening. Our reservation was originally for 7pm but we called ahead and they were able to accommodate us for 6:30pm, since we were running ahead of schedule.

While it was busy, our waitress was always so friendly and apologetic about how slow the service was, despite it not being a problem for us. She checked in on us many times and made us feel welcomed.

The food itself comes in large portions, and there's a wide variety of options on the menu. I have simple tastes and ordered the Chicken Tenders basket, which came with fries, cole slaw, and a sauce of my choice. The food is good, and what you might expect from this kind of restaurant.

The atmosphere is lively, and I'd imagine a great place to celebrate with larger groups. Thankfully we were seated at a table against a wall so it didn't feel too loud. One thing to note is that it'd be nice for the TVs to display captions. Otherwise we had a great time celebrating together!

Ordered delivery from here a couple times and the food has been great. Steak tips are our go to but recently had their Buffalo chicken dip as an appetizer and it was delicious! Will be going here to dine in very soon!

Went here with a group of four on our recent trip to Charleston. Had the seasonal soft shell crab appetizer which was very good. The grouper was enjoyable however I would have preferred a grilled finish rather than sous vide. The walnut brownie dessert was excellent!! It was not very busy despite being a weekend, however we did make reservations. The prices are a little high and overall I would likely try a new restaurant in Charleston rather than returning but do not regret dining here.

Impressive restaurant for so many reasons, from the food and drinks to their ability to host events; whether reserving for small-to-somewhat large # of people this place provides a well balanced environment that caters to your average Joe playing Keno at the bar or, as previously mentioned, catering to a group, what I found most impressive was the day I had been there the Establishment had hosted a wedding celebration in one area and reserved space for a family mourning a recent loss, topping it off it appeared as though there was still enough space for "walk-ins," and the staff juggled it all as if it was all too easy! Very welcoming and clean indoors and out, last but not least you can't beat the riverview and seldom train passing by (not noisy, certainly more scenic)

For an appetizer my boyfriend and I decided to get the bacon and cheese tater tots. They were amazing Krispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They were loaded with bacon and cheese.

I ordered the Chicken and Broccoli with Penne in oil and garlic. The portions were huge, I could not believe the amount of food that was on the plate. The only thing that I did not like was...the dish was very spicy! The sauce was creamy it was not like oil and garlic. Nonetheless I ate it some and had plenty of leftovers. The garlic bread was very good as well.

My boyfriend ordered the Buffalo macaroni and cheese, he loved it. The portions were huge once again. The macaroni and cheese is a must try in my opinion.

Visit the Establishment in North Chelmsford for a great dinner. The dress code is casual and there is plenty of parking.

Loved the Cider Donut and the Cheddar & Bacon Barrels! Sam was great with his suggestions and service. It is a bit loud, but we enjoyed our first-time experience and will be back.

I had the great pleasure of working special event functions (I am a Professional Chef) when this was Aprile's European. The food and service was awesome then. Just yesterday (April 3, 2024) we attended a Mercy meal after services for a lifelong friend. We were in the upper function room on the right. The food and most especially the service was impeccable. We had two very sweet, personable, gorgeous sisters from Colombia. Julio and Maria (I believe I am spelling Julio's name correctly) they were so kind, professional, warm and very welcoming. The food was delicious. I have NO IDEA (again, I am a Chef) what they add to the Caesar salad dressing but it was the best I have ever had. I am allergic to fish, this gave me an "excuse" to load up on Salad, Rice Pilaf and perfectly al dente zucchini and summer squash. My experiences there have always been good and yesterday it was even a step above. Great job by the team at The Establishment

The food and vibe here are fantastic every time we come in. I had tatum the most recent time, she was nice and attentive, overall she was great, her tattoos were sick too. I also think his name was mohammed, it was a few months ago sorry, he was fantastic the best server I ever had, I serve too and he was doing great. Every single server has been a 4/5 at least. This place is great and I always take family here when they visit. The spicy chicken sandwich is great.

Grandmas 80th and with a large party, the fish n chips were amazing, one large piece of haddock done perfectly 👌🏼. Loved the fried pickles with the boom boom sauce. Staff and service was amazing, great job from everyone.

Beautiful old mill building makes a great restaurant. Chix parm with angel hair pasta and garlic bread very good. Top notch Steak Tips. A great pizza. Lots of parking. Clean. Curbside pickup available.

I love this place. Great place to eat and watch sports. Televisions everywhere. Seriously.

Our youngest will be getting married a few weeks from now in a small ceremony. She and her fiance wanted to celebrate the upcoming event with extended family and friends. One of their favorite local places is the Establishment so my wife and I (mostly my wife...) set about to arrange a gathering for about 50 people. Dawn was our contact for arrangements, though all staff we spoke with were very helpful. Dawn was completely flexible to our needs. They have two function rooms - we chose the Tuscan which has a strong Mill building vibe. Though they have several packages to choose from at different price points, Dawn had no problem pricing specific dishes for 50+ people so we were able to include the couple's favorite dishes as well as gluten free options (the gluten free pasta primavera was indistinguishable from regular pasta and quite tasty). On the big day we brought in decorations, a digital slide show and music. Their screen and speakers were easily connected and the staff was very accommodating of our early arrival for setup. Steve and Hanna were assigned to our function for service - they are so friendly and professional! Bottom line, our kids couldn't have been happier. The day was exactly what they had hoped for. The food and drink were enjoyed by all. Everything went off without a hitch. We found out after the fact that in addition to our function, there was as an event in the other function room plus a group of fifty showed up in the dining room with 10 minutes notice. In other words, the kitchen was slammed all at once. We would never have known. The food kept coming and the quality was top notch the entire time. Thanks to all at The Establishment!

I enjoy it here. I typically get the steak tips or the mixed grill with sauteed spinach and asparagus. Food is always decent, reasonably priced and the staff is friendly.

After multiple visits for dinner &/or drinks we liked this place so much we decided to hold our wedding celebration here! No surprise everything went so smoothly from start to finish. Dawn helped us set up the details and Matt followed through with that during the event! I was so pleased with the food and the atmosphere my guests ranted and raved about it! The space with the brick walls was cozy and inviting and the price was more than reasonable! They were super accommodating for a gluten free option! Additionally, Thank you to Richie (Frank ;) our chef and all that participated in our special day.

Generous portions, patient staff. We were here with some old friends who had two young kids. Kids did what kids do and I hope we tipped well enough. Staff was great and very friendly.

My first time here and I thought the food was great!! I had the turkey burger w sweet potato fries! No complaints there :) Our waitress was very nice and it was busy too. Even so, we didn't wait long for our food or drinks.. I would definitely recommend and will be back myself! Ps the fried pickles were my favorite app we had! 🤤

I cannot say enough good things about this place.

My husband and I got married upstairs in their event room. When planning our event, our coordinator was very involved from the beginning. Everything went smoothly and perfectly! Every staff member I have ever interacted with is so friendly and personable.

The establishment is my favorite restaurant. The food, environment, and staff are all amazing. I highly recommend the Establishment for your events and an amazing place to eat or drink!
