Walked in with my son’s gaming computer with an error message. He immediately knew what was wrong and fixed it fast and for a great price. Owner was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I will not go anywhere else for electronic repair again. Excellent establishment!

Luis the owner is one of the most friendly and hardworking people you’ll find. He does a lot more than iPhone repair (though he’s an expert at that and you won’t find anyone else better in our area). His shop is worth the visit!

I brought my son's gaming pc with multiple problems. I was lucky to find this shop because they are honest, friendly, helpful and priced very well. Now that I know he can fix electronics (motherboards, phones, pcs, software) I have a list of broken items I plan to fix as I can. Amazing business to work with.

Went here for a repair on my automatic starter for my car, the gentleman (owner) took me right away as a walk in. He was super friendly and helpful. Took apart my device, repaired it, cleaned it and had me out of there in like 5min. I’d definitely recommend this place for any and all low voltage device repairs. 10/10 for sure

Just wanted to take a minute to let everyone know how great Prime Electronics is on lakeview ave, across from CVS. I absolutely mangled my phone today and i walked into Prime Electronics 10 minutes before they closed. I was going to buy another iPhone and just go home and set it up but unfortunately he was sold out because of Christmas. He instead fixed the screen on the phone while i ran to the bank to get cash. By the time i got to Jean D’arc and back the phone was already fixed and ready to go! Amazing customer service and saved me hundreds of dollars! You’d be doing yourself a disservice taking your business elsewhere!

Amazing guy and super upfront. I'll be passing all his info over to friends for equipment needs. Super affordable and knows his stuff. Told me everything about the repair and easy fixes when I was in his shop. He's going to be upgrading my laptop next weekend. I'd personally drive out to his shop for repairs from Gardner mass after I move. We need more people like him

I usually don’t leave reviews but I have to in this case. I have been going to prime electronics and doing business with Luis for years. He has never once disappointed me. His customer service skills are amazing and he’s always delivered with a fair price. I would recommend this place to everybody.

I'm a teacher who stupidly only saves work to her USB drive with no back-up. Today I went to use my USB and it wouldn't open at all (tried multiple computers). Years of work were gone, leaving me overwhelmed and frustrated. We took my USB stick to Prime Electronics and he had it fixed within no time at a very reasonable cost. What a life saver! I'll be coming back with any other electronic repairs in the future. Thank you so much Luis!

This review is long overdue. Prime Electronics is the best because it is about what you need. The world moves on digital platforms, and it can be a challenge. Louie is amazing and takes the time to do the right thing that meets your needs. The best part about using Prime Electronics is you know who is really working on your computer, unlike other places where your computer is plugged into a server and somewhere else someone else does the work. To me that is peace of mind.

Luis at Prime Electronics has fixed our computers repeatedly. He does so in an expert way and always a fast turnaround.
Lately he replaced the sound card on one of the laptops, fixed our external hard drive that broke and even helped us with our heating system diagnosed as a simple fuse issue, while the heating company was going to charge $1,200 for it.
He also got our old laptops upgraded with fast hard drives, at minimal cost. In short Luis is an excellent professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We are fortunate to have him for all our computer needs.

Brought my sons Xbox in because the fan was making noise while running. Cleaned it out immediately and we were up and running in no time . Great experience, great customer service, great local business. Give him a try you will not be disappointed.

Excellent service I went there for having one of my phones I had over the years (the screen ended up not being able to Function the phone) well you could but the screen was Smashed that unable for the usage of the phone I was like a dying person looking for help lol because others will say that the phone is UnRepairable but when Loiu did it he turnt the phone from Dead to Brand new put his work into getting a new screen. Phone damaged? Dont go to the dealer, go here first! I have nothing but great things to say about this place! The owner was super friendly and knowledgeable. Long of the short is my Galaxy S10 phone got torched and drenched in the heat and then got in contact with water. After Verizon said the phone could not be fixed nor could anything bee salvaged from its memory, I took it to Prime. He was able to dry the insides and get the phone to work 💯 again! So grateful to have my pictures and memories back!

The owner helped me like no other computer person did.
The issue was the mandatory upgrade to Windows 10. The organization I belong to was pushing and forcing me to replace all my computers because they were "..too old.." for the upgrade to work.
Louie reviewed the computers I own and with confidence said there is no need to replace them and guided me to a cheap upgrade. Everything works beautifully.
He was amazingly helpful spent a lot of time and supported me in this. He charged me extremely low price even though he saved me around 10,000$ it would have cost to replace the computers.
