Wendy's

The dude with dreads and glasses. I believe his name is Ben. He went above and beyond for my son and I. I had a baby bottle hidden under my coat, so he must have assumed we didn't have anything to drink. He quickly went out of pocket to give my son and I a drink, then quickly went back to work. Workers like this deserve an incentive because I didn't like this Wendy's before but now I don't mind it thanks to the new staff such as people like Ben.

The person who waited on me had an excellent personality. They were very friendly and courteous. I also received my food in a timely manner, and I will definitely make this Wendy’s place to go when I’m in a mood for good fresh food.

I order here several times a week. The food is always fresh and served the way I ask for it to be made. Brian the night manager always greets me with a smile. The staff is always friendly and prompt. I would recommend coming here as I have never been disappointed.

Just got a ice cream for my sister who is in the hospital and did the drive-thru the kid at the drive-thru was very friendly got my item quickly and a bonus he said the gentleman in front of them paid for a few sodas and then decided he didn't want one of them it was already paid for and I was the next person in line when the guy left so kid offered it to me and since I was visiting my sister in the hospital I was like sure she may enjoy this he could have dumped it but he offered it rather than waste it and I appreciate it.

Shout out to Nick the manager, such a down to earth guy who took care of me and provided some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Great crew that works hard, Nick is the man.

This place is really bad. I ordered to go, and they didn't get my order right. I complained to the employee that they got my orders wrong, and ask them to fix it, because it's missing a large Frie and 2 chicken sandwich. Another man came and ask for the receipt, I told them they didn't give me one. They told me there's nothing they can do unless I want to buy more food, I said no, I just want it fix. More people started to walk in Wendy, another Lady came and told me to move aside because the line is getting long, I ask them again if they can fix my order. The lady said No, and told me to leave the store or they will call the cop. I end up trowing the food in the trash and walk out the store. Very bad and rude service.

I came in the dining room around 6pm on a friday. My cashier was a bit creepy looking but she was very nice. I ordered a grilled chicken wrap and it was noticeably falling apart, with chicken and lettuce spilling out of the foil!? But the young woman who took my order insisted it had to be remade without me asking, which made me feel seen and valued as a customer. Other than that, bathroom was a bit filthy. Great service.

The staff at night is great! As a person who delivers orders it is refreshing to interact with happy people who are working hard and doing there best to expedite orders

I've been coming to this location for years as I live close by and enjoy fast food way too much. The crew that was working tonight was extremely friendly and efficient. The best service I've experienced there. I say this, hoping they get the recognition they deserve for a job well done. I stopped coming to this location for a while because of the previous staff. I'm glad you upgraded

As far as Wendy's and fast food goes, this location is a "go to" for me. Food is always fresh and fast and employees are nice and courteous.

In the midst of the entitled and impatient, I would like to share that I think this Wendy's is great. The food is almost always hot and fresh, and my orders are correct probably around 90% of the time. Yes, one can generally expect a wait and not to be treated like the second coming of Christ, but let's be real here -- if you were a teenager being paid minimum wage to put up with whiny, aggressive, and entitled adults all day, you wouldn't be thrilled to serve the next customer either. Just get your food and quit bullying these poor kids who are at least trying to work and make some money for themselves.

In this age of people in bad moods, overworked and underpaid, I have been pleasantly surprised over the past few weekends at how nice, polite and efficient the drive through staff has been! And the order has been correct every time. It makes for an enjoyable experience.

Cashier was new, but did great. Quick, friendly, and understanding. Thanks to the manager for filling my fanta fruit punch at the drive thru machine

Good atmosphere, great workers , food was spot on
