TGI Fridays

Everything was very good. The burger was medium as requested and the fries would have been hot if I had them at the restaurant. Unfortunately, no matter how careful the driver, food is going to get cold fast when it is 35 degrees out and you don’t use an insulated bag.

We went to TGI Friday's at the Loop in Methuen. We had beef fajitas that we both shared. I had a drink but I don't recall what it was. The food was very good and the service was excellent!

Me and my partner come here regularly. We come because we can get very well priced food and drinks and not have to deal with waiting for tables or parking at downtown restaurants etc.

This particular location is leagues beyond other TGI Fridays. The employees are fantastic here. It is clear that management is doing something right with this crew.

Anyways, enough waxing poetic about this great establishment. I have some whiskey glazed ribs to enjoy!! Happy Friday!

I really want to appreciate Mike, he was really kind and is a new waiter at TGI FRIDAYS, the service was awesome I think it was Veronica the person who was training him she was really disrespectful towards him and I felt like he was a little stressed because of her telling him constantly that he wasn’t doing things right even almost yelling at him. And this is something I can relate to, when I started my job it was a really stressful process just because the girl that was training me didn’t have the patience to teach me things the right way.

The hostess and the waitress were just splendid 👌 😍. We were there on Christmas 🎄 Eve. The restaurant was decorated and festive, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Clean, pleasant atmosphere.

Service is always quick and friendly, food is great and priced fairly. No complaints, it's a great low-key dinner spot.

This guy name Mike is the best and most nicest person we met in TGI Fridays best waiter and I don’t like how this woman I think her name is Veronica but she was being disrespectful to him while he was the best in the team

The location in Methuen hosts dance parties every so often. Very good location if you want to have dinner and a movie, or go shopping.

Great tasty burger. The Chupacabra... the patties are seasoned and juicy. The bread is a regular bread. The shredded pork also tastes good. It is a really great tasting burger for almost $20. Definitely recommend it if you are up for a challenge.

Very nice sizzling platter of two chicken breasts and six small shrimp dinner. Mashed potatoes, peppers, onions and cheese were sides. Delicious, hot, reasonable $14.99. Gingerale was flat, took a while to get waitress back to correct as TGIF was short staffed on Thanksgiving eve at 6pm.

My sister and I went after having a spa day, lunch was great!!! We really enjoyed our visit!!! ☺

Great for a late night bite and some drinks. Our server Bub was wonderful and attentive!

I ordered takeout, but interacting with the entire front of house staff on Sunday, October 15th, 2023. The manager, and everyone I spoke to was extremely funny, had a great personality, and was kind. I'll definitely be back to dine in sometime soon!

When dining, the service is great! I personally love the food, and I have tried many different dishes. The only downside is that when you place an order online for pick up, you are not attended promptly. You literally need to call or get an employees attention in order to be attended. If not, you will be waiting there for a long period of time.

Their margaritas are good. Their shrimp and chicken sizzled is amazing.

Food was absolutely delicious, great atmosphere , would recommend TGI Fridays

Came for a couple of beers with friends after a work out. Always a great choice.

Very nice waiter was only his second week and he did so well. Nice menu cool drinks and apps a lot to choose from! We were all very satisfied!

Amazing place to go for a Sunday lunch. Staff is great and polite and the food is FRESH AND HOT. Just had the pretzel sticks with queso sauce and that's gonna be a repeat appetizer for my girlfriend and I. Will definitely recommend this Friday's to friends.

Everything was great except for the potato skins were overcooked but what I love the most was the absolutely most cutest adorable training wait staff so cute I can't tell you how adorable she's almost maybe 3 days trained absolutely beautiful So professional ask the senior staff questions on the spot didn't hesitate and was very conscientious and very pleasant. I have more things wonderful to say about the staff The food was the same TGIF Fridays favorite sample is but potato skins could be less well done
