I bought an engagement ring and wedding band from the Sutton's. This was my first major jewelry purchase. I took a couple of months to determine the type of ring, engraving and for me to pick up the ring. Cathy was extremely patient with me and took time to explain what I should be looking for in a ring and how I could make the most of my budget. My fiance and I love her ring. The Suttons did a fantastic job and we look forward to purchasing more jewelry from them.

My husband selected a special gift for my anniversary at Suttons. As with all his previous purchases it was a hit!! Such a pleasure to work with local people who care about their community as well as their business. We will be back. Thanks Suttons!!

Got my ring sized here. When I got home with my ring one of the stones was cracked and fell out. They immediately replaced it with a stone that was the same great quality. It looks great they were so sweet. Will be coming back for future needs.

Purchased a custom silver and jade ring from this shop and it turned out amazing!! The staff was extremely friendly and willing to work with me on my choice. I originally wanted a garnet stone, but they couldn't find the size that was required for the ring mounting, so they called and asked me what other stone would work. I told them a jade would do. The ring exceeded my expectations. They were never too late to get back to me and the quality of product and service exceeds just 5 stars. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality custom jewelery

I was impressed! Last time I stopped in to have a repair done they had a lot of new things, it's not all traditional and there's some fashion pieces that are way nicer than Maurices etc. but for the same $$$. Although it's a mom & pop there's enough to choose without being overwhelmed. The staff was friendly but not pushy. Phil was there to answer questions about my repair and I felt the price was very reasonable. I felt comfortable leaving my jewelry.

I bought my wife a white gold and diamond engagement ring, the service was excellent. I had the ring resized and they were very quick getting it done, along with a beautiful selection in the store. Now if only I could get her to wear it without being terrified she will lose it lol.

Bought my first grown up watch here in 2008. My first visit I received fantastic personal customer service. Each time the battery has died I’ve come back to the same incredible service. Today, after 11 years I’m back in for another battery and band adjustment both are still free. They even offered to resize and clean my wedding ring while I waited! I’ve moved to 4 different states and still can’t find a jeweler as remarkable as the Suttons!

They had magnetic clasps for the 2 pearl necklaces and pearl braclett my hubs bought me there. So great because i have really long hair and those magnetic clasps are magic! Going to buy earrings for a special gift for someone, always feel like i get something special when i go there, affordable, too.

I got my girlfriend a gift for Christmas. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The employees made it quick and really easy, and they even gift wrapped it for me!

I love this store!! The staff is so kind and helpful!!! They repaired my mother's diamond and understood when I cried because I was so appreciative.
