Taco Bell

Love this taco bell!! The food is always Hot, orders are always correct, and the crew is amazing day or night. If you need a quick bite or a big order, they have your back, that's for sure! The management here is great and the crew is friendly I live 25 minutes away and I highly recommend it!! And it's right off of the highway very convenient!!

Wow! We have been going here for years, today they were amazing!! Idk who was working during lunch today but they made the food so fresh didn't slack on any of the toppings and were quick and kind. Thanks! You guys did a great job today.

very good got my order in a jiffy they told me they were holding on fries and when i got them they were good and fresh thank you taco bell

When I'm in the mood for Taco Bell, I know what to expect. So no surprises at Ottawa's Taco Bell. Service was friendly and my food came out quickly. I dined in, and the tables and chairs were clean. The food tasted fresh and the prices were reasonable. I ordered the three crunchy tacos and a side of nachos.

Yesterday I got to see great service love kindness and compassion. As I was eating my lunch I witnessed a guy over seated at a booth. It looked like he was very hungry and malnutrition. I've seen him get up and say something to the ladies at the he set back down. It was much longer and a lady came out with a piece of food and gave the man something to eat.. It really touched my heart in a way that hasn't been touched in a minute. As I watched him eat it he was crunched over starving. So I got up and I took out twenty dollars out of my wallet and gave to him. The man thanked me deeply. As I was walking out I went over and started talking to him. I ended up talking to him. I found out that he was homeless and he was walking in the rain. All the way to a job, he just started in Ottawa. All the way out from the south side to the north side to american eagle. He said he has been trying so hard to pull his life together. Anyways, the people I talk about were awesome. The food was decent and I got to see for first-hand true love and compassion for people. I will go back thank you and god bless.

Reliable service and quality. Almost always quick service. I use the drive-thru for breakfast when I am working nearby. Good restroom. The drivethrough is a little tight in width and turn radius for an extended cab dually pickup.

The people there are great! Food is better!

Fantastic place to eat. The wait times have been improving. Not sure why all the negative reviews because this place is always packed. Clearly they’re doing something right. Nancy is an awesome lady along with the night time lady Samantha. These are kids working after all and you all need to chill out, it’s literally just tacos. They are all human, and mistakes happen. Learn to cook at home.

I am a doordash driver and i get Taco Bell orders at this location almost daily. They are the nicest and fastest place in town that i pick up from. They don’t act like I’m inconveniencing them when i come to pick up an order (I’m looking at you McDonald’s and Casey’s) they just do their job and they do it well. Also came in to get food for myself today and asked them to make my burrito a special way and they nailed it. Great work

They were short on staff and it took a little while to receive our order but the food was outstanding !!!! And the guy who took our order kept us informed about our order and was very polite and funny...totally worth the wait. Great job.

The food was delicious it really took me back in time. I haven't had diarrhea like that since back in 2003

FOR ONCE THE PORTIONS ON MY SIX TACOS AND 2 CHICKEN SOFT TACOS WERE CORRECT NOT SKIMPY .HOWEVER I THINK 23 TACO SAUCE PACKETS WERE EXTREME! Six months later....guy who took order was pleasant. Girl who took money didnt give a receipt or say thank you. Just shut window. 6 hardshell tacos and twelve taco sauce packets. Just trying to give profits away. Portions correct on tacos.

I eat tons of tacobell, this is one of my favorite locations.

Food is always great, never mess up my order and service already friendly.

Very clean. Staff taking order very sweet elderly lady who paid close attention to details of your order. She also cleaned the seating area when no customers in line to order.

They don't have enough help & the lobby is closed. Drive thru orders only. Don't order grab and go from the app. If you do you'll have to tell them at the window.

Always a delightful experience.

The staff are always friendly and cheerful. Love their Powerbowls and a very healthy option.
