This place is fabulous!! I was a new patient and everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and respectful. The check in process was very easy and I didn't have to wait long at all. Angela was very gentle and thorough while working on my teeth. She made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Burks was very kind and I didn't feel like they were trying to rush through my appointment. The women at the front desk were very helpful and took time to explain everything to me. I would definitely recommend this dental office. Thank you so much for making my visit so easy!

Switched to Ottawa dental and absolutely love them! The staff is very friendly and Dr. Burks is amazing and explains everything that needs to be done in good detail. They were also able to get me an appointment for a root canal the very next day! At my old dentist they wouldnt have been able to get me in that fast, it would have taken a month or two. Very happy with the switch!

This office is awesome. The staff are always willing to assist you and have a smile on their faces. Dr. Burks really listens to your concerns and works to find out what is going on. Their are also very good with kids!

Dr. Burks and his team are fantastic. Experts in their field, continually learning to keep up to date in their skills and expertise. Professional, friendly, listen and answer questions. Also, in emergencies or whenever in need of urgent care, they will take care of you. My pretty white teeth trust Dr. Burks and his staff!

I have been going to Dr Burks for about 25 years off and on. The office staff is great and always friendly. Both my daughters love going there also. I always recommend them to everyone I can.
