Hotel Stay 2Night Chattanooga Hamilton Place

Had to make an overnight trip to Chattanooga for a visit with the grand baby. I found this place on Google Maps, and the pictures looked relaxing. We arrived much later than expected, which usually results it lost reservations or extra deposits. Neither of which happened upon our arrival. We were quickly and politely checked in and taken to our rooms. The rooms were exactly like the pics, believe it or not. Large beds, clean rooms, and great hot showers. We only stayed the one night, but with a grand baby now residing nearby, we will be back frequently, and this will be our hotel of choice when we return. The only drawback was they no longer offer breakfast services. However there are several restaurants within a short drive from the hotel. Check out was easy as it could possibly be and we received our full deposit back with no ridiculous or dramatic nonsense about them keeping our money. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and highly recommend it for a good nice sleep and a no hassle stay.

From the moment I walked I was pleased. The entrance, the halls, the elevators smells good. And Pruitt and Olivia at the front desk was beyond nice. The housekeepers are polite too. The rooms are nice sized and I love the shower head. Also they have breakfast waffles, muffins, cereal, juice, toast, yogurt and coffee.

The people at the front desk were so sweet so I'm not really sure what the complaints are about. Olivia was wonderful! Rooms were clean and well kept, no noisy neighbors at night and the hotel is close to a lot of attractions!

Owner of the hotel and all the clerks are great. Love this little hidden gem. It's nice, the rooms are clean and very large. Overall my favorite hotel at the present time in Chatt!!! Thanks hotel staff. You guys deserve a raise

This is one of the cleanest motels i have ever seen.The lady at the desk last night when checked was very friendly she welcomed us and took very good care of us .The breakfast was amazing if i could give u all a 10 star i would very great place to stay and like family .Thank u all i will be back soon..

I was in chattanooga for work and stayed for a few months. The owner Prit is very curtious and attentive to his guests needs. Prits employees follow siut with keeping the guests happy. The employees are very professional. The rooms are clean and updated. The location isn't horrible but traffic can be a pain at times during the work week. I will stay with Prit anytime in the future if the opportunity presents itself. Not only was my stay the most pleasant that I have had at a hotel but it was very affordable. For the price of the room you won't find a better hotel in the chattanooga area.

Really comfortable bed and great shower head with the best shampoo conditioner.

Have been here a few different occasions and have to say for the price it was excellent. It’s a smaller building which means less people and in return makes it quieter and more peaceful to sleep. The rooms have been cleaned and stocked, any time I had an issue come up the management/staff would make it right. The management and staff are welcoming and pleasant to do business with.
They have been working and restoring the outside of the building to make it more presentable as well as inside the rooms look like they were recently painted this year. The tv is good size and they have plenty of plugs and two usb ports near the beds. Location is in a good spot close to retail stores in the area. Don’t see anyone persons sleeping or walking aimlessly on the property so it seems like a safer place than similar hotels in the area.

it’s a small hotel, friendly staff, & clean! My husband & I got the room with the heart-shaped jacuzzi tub & it was amazing!! I reserved on Expedia but didn’t see anything about the $200 deposit. That shocked me, but the refund processed the same day I checked out! truly enjoyed this place

My nephew and I stayed here while on our road trip to Florida. We enjoyed our visit. We skipped breakfast simply because we slept through it, but everyone was really kind and the rooms were well kept. I would stay here again! Thank you

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Semeta was incredibly helpful with answering my questions and a smile on her face at every turn. The breakfast was hot every morning, (6:30 - 9am during the week and a bit later on the weekend) Beds were super comfy and housekeeping was on point! I'll definitely be staying here again if I'm in the area!

Great location and the staff was friendly especially the manager Prit. The room was clean but it could use a little upgrade. The flower wall paper boarder at the ceiling can come down and upgrade the bedding. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

From check in to check out I received pleasant, prompt interactions with every member of the staff. A special kudos to Olivia at the front reception desk!!

Front desk is helpful, polite and friendly! The place smells great and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable at a great price. Everything is clean and kept up inside and out. And the location is wonderful... Walk 1-5 minutes in any direction to find groceries, banks, gas stations, laundromat, spirits, shipping and restraints. I would definitely recommend for short or long stays!

I don't have anything to complain about. The room was clean, it was quiet, and relatively cheap. Well worth the price. Prit, at the front desk, super cool dude. I highly recommend this hotel.

For the price it’s an absolute Gem! The room was clean and comfortable. Usb charging station for devices.

Tub/shower combo. Fresh floor mat. Only two bath towels. Just ask for more, they will give you. Soap and shampoo if you forgot.

Basically you’re getting a best western for half the price! This isn’t luxury, but you aren’t paying for luxury.

Quiet. Blackout curtains in the room, bed was comfortable with 4 pillows.

Didn’t have the breakfast. So can’t respond.

City Cafe is 5 minutes drive away and they give you %10 off because you stayed with bw.

Food was great. Service was excellent.

Very clean hotel. Staff was very friendly, breakfast is your usually breakfast not special. The bed is very comfy and huge TV (little crooked it the stand) but other you get a lot of channels. Shower gets great pressure for 3rd floor. My refrigerator was a freezer and not a fridge, temperature froze my water but had no dial to change. Oh well. Neighborhood is not as bad as some review stay. Would stay here again if passing through.

Tried to stay next door but Athena Inn doesn't accept business cards because they're worried about the company cancelling the charge. I don't see how that's different from me using my personal card and cancelling it, but whatever. Their loss.
This place is clean, the guy at the front desk was nice and check in was quick. Bathroom and sheets are clean, bed is comfortable.
The bathroom lighting is pretty dim in my room, but that's not a big deal. The TV is also in kind of a weird place but they've got it on a nice mount so you can direct it towards the bed. Overall very hapy with it for the price.

We booked this room on Travelocity for $70 total including tax etc. The desk price is double that on a Thursday. Not tied to Travelocity in any way but price was much cheaper.

Hotel is excellent for the price we paid. Room was clean, sheets and comforters were fresh.

Bathroom was clean. Fresh bath mat and two towels. Desk will give you more. Definitely ask at checkin.

Slept well. Busy road out front, nothing in back. Very quiet at night. Blackout curtains in room. Air conditioning worked well. Was 81 in room when we arrived, 65 after going out to dinner.

We didn’t have the breakfast. Instead chose City Cafe. It’s off lee hwy (you’re right next to it) and about 5 minutes driving away.

They will give you a discount for staying with best western. 10%

I’d stay at this hotel anytime. It’s clean and comfortable. Best travels!!
