Hampton Inn & Suites Chattanooga/Hamilton Place

This place is nothing short of perfection. Joy took the initiative to give us a beautiful view of the mountains when we mentioned our first visit here. The rooms are absolutely great and every single staff member has been over-the-moon, accommodating, and just genuinely sweet. It's not exactly cheap, but the price is more than worth what we were given and we now have a go-to place anytime we come to visit. If I could give 6 stars I would in a heartbeat.

I had a very pleasant experience. I like the location because it’s close to shopping and a variety of food options but it’s ducked off on top of a hill. I tend to like being tucked away to feel safe. The rooms were clean,
breakfast was excellent, staff was nice, and everything as far as the amenities was in working order. Highly recommended in my book.

My family enjoyed this time at the Hampton Inn. It was a very good experience. The staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean. Very nice dining room for breakfast 😋 6-10. The people at the front desk were very professional and nice. When we go back to Chattanooga, we will go back to this Hampton Inn🤣👍.

We had an event in Chattanooga to attend, and this was the hotel recommended. We were only staying there one night (checking out by 6:30 am), so I didn’t read much into what was all included. When I walked in, I was greeted by a gentleman (I didn’t get his name, but he had poke-a-dots on his name tag). He was funny & made us all laugh while checking in. Breakfast was included. I didn’t eat, but the rest of the family said it was good. I ended up calling them back after we got home, because we had left a bag in the room. A lady (I don’t remember her name either 😅) was so nice and tried to help. She had someone check and called me back, and then had someone else check somewhere else, to see if they had found it and called me back again. The rooms were big and the beds were comfy. I liked that they had extra pillows on the bed! It was convenient with all the restaurants close by! I would stay again and recommend it to other!

Melody is definitely a role model, she made this one of my best Hampton experiences. Place clean friendly. Breakfast selection good. Parking is plentiful. Views from rooms are awesome.

After the stay the Saturday night in one of the worst Garden Inns we've experienced, Sunday night was spent in this really great Hampton Inn. Everything was well done. Friendly people, clean, nice room, nice shower, good coffee and breakfast. A great location with many restaurants close by. What a contrast. Maybe we'll stick with Hilton for a while longer after all.

Great one night stay. No issues to note and felt very safe the entire stay. Easy walk to mall and Dave & Buster's

Room was clean, staff very helpful and friendly, extensive free breakfast that was good. Indoor pool was warm and very clean. Cookies in the lobby in the evening and coffee always available in the lobby for guests.
Location, perfect, right next to the mall and tons of restaurants.

Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable hotel located near the expansive shopping and dining options offered at Hamilton Place. The hotel is on the upscale end of the Hampton line and is a frequent stop for our traveling needs. The hotel is located on a hillside with terraced parking. The nighttime views of Hamilton Place are lovely.

The lobby of the hotel is beautiful and is far more upscale than the typical interstate Hampton property. From the front desk to the well appointed rooms, the hotel is welcoming and comfortable. You are welcomed to the room with a personalized message waiting on the television screen.

We came in late and the front desk staff was just wonderful, making us feel welcome with Diamond member treats.

The hotel is perfect in every way; the deduction in stars for location is if the exit is missed, getting turned around and making your way back to the property takes several minutes of travel time.

Quiet rooms and we were able to park our truck & trailer in the lower corner of the parking lot.

This is our overnight pit stop for whenever we are going to the cabins. Great place to stop and stay and refuel for the remainder of the drive. Just make sure you arrive early enough to get something to eat at the surrounding restaurants before they close at 10:00pm.

Hampton Inn generally has a great reputation and I recommend them. However, the Hampton Inn at Hamilton at Hamilton Place is definitely the cream of the crop....most notably for its exceptional service. If you appreciate impeccable service, you'll appreciate this location of the Hampton Inn. Well done.

We arrived earlier than expected and front desk was amazing and welcoming! Great location is about 20min from Chattanooga (first time visiting) definitely recommend hotel and rooms were clean actually smells clean too! Plus the staff is friendly, breakfast was great beds are comfy and there’s many places to shop and eat right behind the hotel, but the only thing that we were bummed was the heated pool (wasn’t working) but other than that will be staying here again!

I very rarely make a post or review, but this hotel definitely deserves it. We held a conference there with 40 people.The planning, the service and the staff were phenomenal! Kris was so wonderful to work after we were unable to go to our original meeting location. She assisted and made sure that we had everything that we needed and the set up was complete in the conference room. The front desk attendants were so accommodating and helpful. I would recommend this location to all. Thank you for all you did for us!

Quick overnight on our way down to Orlando. Lobby is very inviting with updated decor, clean and bright. Room was nice and very clean, shower worked well. Continental breakfast had a lot of variety and was very clean too. Definitely will book again!

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were very clean and updated, although a little small. The complimentary breakfast was great! The only thing that went wrong was they were out of shampoo, so make sure to request some at check in.

It was incredible to stay at Hampton inn. The view, the location, and the service were excellent.

My stay at this particular Hampton Inn & Suites was AMAZING. I was in a horrible move-in situation that necessitated me breaking the lease and immediately finding a hotel to stay at temporarily--and I also had my pet dog Lucky with me. Thankfully this hotel was nearby, pet-friendly, and near the Hamilton Place mall and tons of restaurants. Hotel room was CLEAN and fresh, and included breakfast each morning was actually pretty good (leagues better than most budget hotels). Deborah, Joy, and Kim all made my stay here so pleasant and memorable--and they all had lots of love to give to my dog too! Very much enjoyed talking to them during my stay--and we'll be back to visit! If I ever have anyone needing to stay at a hotel in the Chattanooga hotel, I will 100% recommend this particular one due to the outstanding experience I had here.
