Moxy Chattanooga Downtown

The Moxy Downtown Chattanooga was a nice, modern hotel to stay at for the weekend! The beds were comfortable - a nice mix of firm and soft, the rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the lobby was full of things to do. There was a coffee shop in the mornings, a bar throughout the day/evenings, and plenty of free activities to do (outdoor patio, pool table, Jenga, board games, etc.). There was plenty of seating space, and within walking distance of many local restaurants, shops, and bars. I would highly recommend!

Great stop and stay downtown close to UT Chattanooga. This is a great place to spend one night in the city of you have business to take care of close to UT Chattanooga. The most amount of time I would spend is 2 nights. It's very posh and chic. The beds sit low and the rooms are kinda small. No fridge in the room I stayed in and there is an Ironing room on each floor. There is a bar with a patio and a coffee shop with several restaurants within waking distance. Like I said great place for one night in town.

Loved our stay at the Moxy! The hotel is beautiful, and love the fact that the check in and bar are the same place. Pretty unique! Great facility, and love that it's walking distance from so many things!

This place looks and is super cool! Check-in was quick and easy. Super neat and clean. Ambience at the bar is good enough to wanting to stay there if you don’t want to go out far. The drinks and the bartenders were awesome. There was people of all age groups (no children or adolescents though) all having a good adult time. Breakfast options are limited but the location is central to many breakfast options around. The room (2 adults, 1 bed) was a bit tight and has little storage for your belongings but you can make it work. They are pet friendly. Overall we really enjoyed staying there!

Location is amazing! Service is very friendly. If you are used to having larger spaces in your room and conveniences like a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker, you will be disappointed. The rooms are excellent and comfortable but designed to give you more social experiences outside of your room. Coffee can be found downstairs, lots of lounging and sitting areas are in the lobby and super quiet. The gym is great. Parking is a fee. You check in at the bar upon arrival. It's fun and quirky but so lovely. I will definitely be back again.

This was my first time staying at a Moxy hotel and I really liked it. Check in was easy, and they give you a chip to exchange for a drink at the bar. The room was on the smaller side, but I was traveling solo, so it didn’t matter. I used their valet service, which was the same price as the parking fee, so make sure to check pricing for both when you go. Their lobby area was really hip and fun. Good place to stay in Chattanooga.

Great spot close to many options to shop and eat. You can shop at Warehouse Row for high-end clothing. You can walk a little further to get to good food like Attack of the Tatsu.

The rooms are bare minimum, all you need when traveling. Just bring a water bottle so you can fill it in the lobby. They are dog friendly too!

The Moxy is different than your traditional hotel. I have stayed in a lot of hotels (over 100 in the last 2 years). Most hotels are the same. I can be blindfolded and brought to a standard king room of a major hotel line and I could not tell you the brand of the hotel. Moxy is unique. Their rooms and common area have character and there is attention to detail that you don't see anywhere else. The staff are friendly and helpful. If you have the chance to stay here, don't pass on it!

Had a lovely experience! The beds a little firm but the rest of the stuff here by far made up for it. Our valet, Cole H. was so quick and kind, even offered coffee recommendations on our way out!

Fantastic service all around, but especially from the valet. Connor saved the start of my marathon by offering to run the gear I didn't need to my car so I wouldn't need to run it back up to my room. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

Great bar! Valet service is fast and uses an app so you never have to wait. Just an awesome place to come have a drink, or stay at. Very clean rooms, definitely one of Marriots best in the area.

The rooms are very well maintained and have a lot of really unique and luxurious features. Only potential downsides I would advise of is that the rooms are certainly om the smaller side and the tvs have like 3 channels worth watching. Other than that the vibes are awesome, drinks are great, amd the location is unbeatable.

This place was a blast! Comfy beds, nice showers, downstairs bar area had stuff to do for adults and kids both! Tvs everywhere to watch sports so that's a plus! The staff was so nice and inviting also. We will be back!!

I loved the chic atmosphere of the hotel lounge and bar!
The staff was super friendly and welcoming. You get a token for a drink at the bar or coffee shop. I highly recommend the signature cocktail.
The hotel is very centrally located to a great part of town, close to many shops, restaurants, and bars.
Valet service was fantastic.
Lastly, the rooms are minimalist, but I loved the showers and the bed was SUPER soft. I was worried about possible noise , being so central downtown, but I slept amazingly.

Fun and unique hotel. My 6 yr old loved the games downstairs. Rooms were a bit small but we made do. Great location as well

The room was great and the service was fantastic. In my opinion the entire place had too much going on, but nothing negative. The location was difficult to find, but otherwise it was a great stay.

My husband and I decided to stay a night in celebration of our 8 year anniversary. Upon check in we were greeted by the absolute sweetest girl. I wish I would’ve made sure of her name as she is worth mentioning. We were made to feel more than welcomed and she made the whole check in experience better than any other. Even gave us complimentary champagne ❤ Our room was fantastic, clean and comfortable! And any time we left or came back we were greeted by everyone at the bar. I have visited this hotel before but this was memorable. I asked about the check in girl when we left and the best assumption we could come up with is her name is a Caroline. So Caroline, I hope you see this, because you made a lasting impression! I highly recommend this hotel. We will 💯 be back!

I expected my stay at the Moxy it to be all hipster no comfort but that was not the case. Room & bed were very comfortable, shower was great & water was hot. A close walk to warehouse row shops & restaurants & the rest of downtown. Great hotel bar & food with great customer service from staff. Would definitely recommend & stay here again.

Ok so I got the chance to stay at a moxy and I am sold! You get these drink chips when checking in of course being of age. Then the hotel has a signature cocktail. Also, the Hotel is uniquely decorated and designed. This location had a lot of cool little games on the inside just like the aloft. They also had a backyard patio bar entertainment set up, which is so nice and welcoming The fire pit with my favorite if you were not able to check in early. They also had these cute little lockers said I was right in front of the elevator where you can store your belongings with a secure lock and key, the café was super cute and had a lot a little quick bites and drinks to buy. The staff was welcoming and fun. The whole hotel is photo video ready for my creators! The rooms were really cute. They said it was different. I did like how the two beds were like that instead of like headboards the way, they said the beds up like this hanging situation and they literally were like head-to-head they had hooks against the wall. The TV of course had all the streaming services. I really enjoy this stay.

Rooms were excellent! Staff was excellent! Caroline at the bar made one of the best old-fashioned drinks that I've ever had! We came down for the Randall King concert. Very modern hotel. If you are in Chattanooga for an overnight stay, then I highly recommend staying at The Moxy.
