Red Roof Inn Chattanooga Airport

I stayed here a couple of years ago and it was pretty bad! But I saw that they had renovated and the recent reviews were good, so I decided to try it again. I was not disappointed! The room was VERY nice for a 2-star hotel! It was clean and modern and it had a big deep tub for soaking in. I also love the fact that they don't charge any extra for a pet! Our stay there was amazing - - I would definitely recommend this place!

This hotel is both amazing and affordable. Having just driven cross country and bouncing around southeast and middle Tennessee for a bit, finding a room this clean, this modern and this comfortable was like finding an oasis. Without hesitation, I would definitely stay here again. The staff are wonderful and the rooms are fantastic. It really put to shame every other place I had stayed. If you're looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay, a place that's reasonably priced that actually offers a solid value for the price and that's pet friendly, this is your place. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience at this location. We are traveling across the country with our dog so when we saw pets stay free at red roof inn we decided to give it a try. The rooms were clean and we were able to leave our luggage compartment on top of our vehicle safely. Great fix when you need somewhere to rest with your pup.

This hotel does not deserve low ratings! We had a very nice stay here. The room was super clean and comfortable, felt safe, had what we needed. Super affordable and nice to be able to bring our cat. The front desk clerk Emberly (sp?) was so friendly and kind. We came back into the office to get a couple more peppermints and she gave us a bunch of chocolates she had too. One huge bonus for us is this place is easy walking distance to Texas Roadhouse. Our only complaint is that when you turn on the light in the bathroom, the fan comes on automatically and the fan was super loud and rattling and unpleasant so we did our bathroom business in the dark including our showers. Hopefully maintenance will fix that soon.

Located right off of I75, the motel was very easy to get to. Usually Red Roof Inn isn't a motel I would choose, but this location changed my mind.

Emberly at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. The room was newly renovated and was very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the towels, white and fluffy.

The room was smallish with no chair, table, microwave, refrigerator, or coffee pot (Emberly did give us one for our room, along with a handful of coffee packets), but the price made it worth it! $76 including taxes! Best deal I've seen in a long time and we will definitely be back

The staff at this red roof had the customer first approach. They were very supportive and understanding that I had just got off the highway and needed a room also needed a place to eat and they were very helpful supportive understanding, professional, and I just wanted to call out a few members of the team that I did meet (Emberly, Kendall, Wesley and Nick) All of them Was very pleasant to talk to and help me out as much as they possibly can. I would recommend this red roof to anyone traveling through or staying in Chattanooga

When we come to Tennessee to check out the musical talent in Nashville, we don't hesitate to book our stay at the Red Roof Inn Chattanooga Airport. Yeah, it's two hours away from the place. But it's worth it.
Why? It's quaint. Comfortable. The rooms are impeccable. The staff is ready to help at a moment's notice. And the prices are more than reasonable.

my boyfriend and i have been going to this location for months now. we’ve been here more times then i can count! i absolutely adore everyone that works here and i love how CLEAN and fair the prices are! i could sit here and brag about this place for hours but i’ll save y’all the reading! Emberly the manager is wonderful and always gives us such a warm welcome everytime she sees us! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend going here for your stays!

Very very clean! Staff was great! I was pleasantly surprised! I was traveling alone with my dog and felt very safe. I’ll definitely stay again if I’m in the area!

I have stayed in much more expensive places, but none have been this CLEAN! Not a water spot anywhere!!! The tub was deep and clean, shampoo and conditioner dispensers are hung in the shower, the flooring and furniture looked new.... I just can't say enough!! And the gentleman at the desk was awesome! I will be staying here every time I come to visit my daughter!

I will definitely return to this hotel. The rooms are remodeled, very nice and modern. The bathrooms are also very nice and modern. Everything is super clean. the room did not have any insects.

A good place to stay while traveling. Very convenient. Google maps said that I was here before when I was researching. The desk clerk had my keycard ready. All I had to do was a quick signature. Thanks man. That was awesome! Especially after a full day of driving. I will stop here again. Thank you from a weary traveler.

My wife and I really love this place. Itz reasonable and the rooms are clean... Mr. Andrew and the general manager are remarkably incredible... They are definitely the definition of what great customer service is about. Way to go team and we definitely recommend this establishment indeed...☺🤞🌈

Very nice hotel the manager is great pleasant lady the young guy who works mornings has the wrong job doesn't care or understand the hospitality industry very lazy young man with a bad attitude.. everyone else is great hotel is new and beautiful they did a dam good job on the new construction...

Even though in the past there has been not so great reviews there is a different crew with much improvement. The cleaning lady (Amber) was very helpful talked to us and took it upon herself to ask if we needed anything and how my stay was going... Thank you Red Roof and Amber

Beyond my expectations! Room was neat and comfy and the customer service was phenomenal! Our ride got caught up in the rain and we had a few bags and the front desk attendant let us stay inside the room well past check out time and did not hassle or make us feel obligated in any way...

5 stars!! I'd recommend this place to anyone!! So happy with my booking!
