Quality Inn & Suites

We had been traveling since 330 that morning. When we got there it was before check in time,but I guess Max sensed my exhaustion and we were able to check in a little early. I asked about food delivery and was immediately given flyers for local places that deliver. He was very professional, caring, and made check in so easy and quick. The company has a great asset with him. Room was amazing and clean as well. I will be recommending this place to people no matter where I'm at.

When we arrived, the customer service was great! As we walked into our room, there apparently was a small leak coming from the sink. We were immediately put into another room without hesitation. Both rooms were clean and did not have any odors. One issue with the room we stayed in was that one of the outlets was loose. Just minutes from downtown Chattanooga. It was a straight drive into the city. I definitely would stay here again.

The Front desk agent with the dreads was very professional and attend to our every needs and kept the breakfast area clean and neat. The rooms though old school, they are in good condition. Being a hotelier for 23 years now, I find that housekeepers around the globe refuse to clean the little hole in the sink towards the front. Guest eyes sees that, so they need to spray it and clean it. All sink holes need to be deep cleaned because it's never a good sight looking down. Not just this hotel, everyone that I've been to. Nice job in keeping the hotel as clean as possible.

An excellent experience all the way around fairly good pricing very good morning hot breakfast. The room was exceptional and the bed was very nice. The room was large well kept everything was in very good condition I would recommend this hotel

During my time at this hotel, I had nothing but positive experiences. From the clean, comfortable room to the friendly staff to a streamlined check-in and -out, everything was top notch, with zero complaints. Granted, I was a lone traveler with minimal needs, who didn't partake in any of the extras such as the pool, breakfast, etc; though, for what it's worth, the place certainly met my needs, and nicely.

I am grateful for this hotel and its staff, for providing me a good, safe place on my travels. Keep up the good job :-)

Came here last minute after my other hotel fell through. Janelle helped us out and got us set up in the perfect room. I am so appreciative and will definitely keep this place in mind any time I visit Chattanooga in the future.

The front desk lady was super friendly and helpful. Hotel is surprisingly clean and up to date. Appears to be new. Much nicer then some other Quality inns. Should be an example for all Quality Inns.

The facility was immaculate.
Checking in was a breeze.
The room spacious, clean and smelled great.
Not only do I recommend this hotel I would encourage it.

Located close to the interstate and easy to find. The check in process was quick and easy and I was treated with courtesy and the same with the check out. The room was nice and included a microwave and refrigerator. The prices was reasonable.

Room very clean. Management superior. Left personal items behind. They kept them for me for a week until I returned. Breakfast wonderful!

Excellent mountain views price was good we used points from choice hotels the queen suite is well worth the money.

Very clean, quiet and convenient. The bed was very comfortable. Miss Michi was very sweet and helpful. I would definitely come back and stay.

The best hotel shower I have ever used, weird I know but it was a very good shower. Clean comfortable beds, nice place.

Idk why the bad reviews the hotel was very clean, employees where nice and it had a beautiful view of the mountains. My wife and I stayed in room 415 and the view was amazing

The location was close to all the popular scenic routes, close to restaurants, and. Convenient shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice and clean

It was really nice. Had a heated pool. No too busy. It had good waffles.

Clean and spacious. They also have a breakfast bar which is a huge plus when on vacation
