Comfort Inn & Suites Hamilton Place

Was right off HWY. Desk clerk (should've remembered his name) was great. Suggested a Mexican restaurant across the street. Great food for the $. Beds were great. Almost too many layers of sheets. Thanks for the awesome service!!

My husband got me the jacuzzi room so I could have a night away from him and our little one. It was so lovely! Front desk staff were incredibly nice and friendly at check in and check out. It wasn’t the height of luxury or anything, but it was about what I’d expect for a 2 star hotel. Clean enough for me, excellent price, close to lots of restaurants, parking was easy. Just what I needed!

Very clean, staff is friendly. Breakfast is usually decent. Pretty much something for everyone.

I was originally going to give this hotel every scathing review. They closed the pool very early, advertising shows a hot tub, no way to upgrade. Good central location. Breakfast, great, the young lady put it on, we got to listen to wonderful gospel music, that was the first turn of my heart. You let housekeeping know that we just needed garbage and toilet paper. We got back from our little excursion, and housekeeping Gave us a full service!!!! We came back to a spotless room, fresh everything!!!!!!! My hats off to the staff.

Victoria greeted and checked us in. She was pleasant, helpful, and professional. The entire staff treaded us excellent. It was a treat to hear the young lady who worked the morning shift singing softly as she worked. Relaxing and a pleasant experience. Thank you.

Clean, comfortable, included nice fridge/freezer and microwave, and real nice breakfast. Most of all the night desk lady we had on the night we stayed which was the Thursday the 5th was so sweet and friendly. And all with afordable price. Thank you

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. This location will definitely be a go to when we can get back up here. Last but not least Alicia the front desk clerk went above and beyond to see that we were taken care of and had everything we needed. She made the stay even more enjoyable

Clean and nice hotel, comfortable bed and sheets. We had a little issue with the people next room, when they checked in was almost midnight and taking loud…we called front desk, and hotel staff moved them to different room far from us, we had good sleep after.

Very nice and clean place. Got a room with a jacuzzi in it and it was a good size. Pretty quite so I got a good night's sleep. Had no problem getting extra towels and pillows. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was in a great spot with lots of places to eat around it as well.

The staff was very friendly. We stayed on the 1st floor. The king size bed was great. The room was clean and smelled very fresh. The breakfast was terrific. My daughter loved making her own blueberry waffle. Everything was great and we will be staying here again!

Right off the interstate and nice parking. Each floor has its own parking level. The first floor is covered and so is the second. Nice rooms nice showers and good location. Walking distance to food and convenience stores

These folks were real lifesavers for my family. Displaced and moved late at night on this past Saturday, the desk clerk was able to find us a room for my son and my grandkids, who we were rescuing from Chattanooga. Rooms were nice, breakfast was tasty, and hotel was quiet. I really think this staff lady at the desk that night deserves special recognition. And travelers will not go wrong at this convenient location. They get my full recommendation for going the extra mile for us.

This location is so nice. Located near restaurants, shopping centers and interstate 75. The suites are quiet, which is really important after long day of travel. The sheets are so soft. I imagine the breakfast will be great, but I have to wake up after a good night rest to try it. I give an update when I do.😁

This was our first time to stay at this hotel and we realy enjoyed it easy ck in ck out the room was nice and clean The breakfast was okay i would recommend this hotel

A+ staff. Came in late night off the road, the overnight lady at the desk was talkative and kind, woke up to go and was welcomed in the lobby with a hello and smile. Rooms are clean and nice.

Excellent!!!! It was such a super nice clean comfortable place. LaDarious (I hope I spelled it right.). Was absolutely wonderful at check in. Great smile so friendly and polite and helpful. Made us feel very welcomed and valued. Room was clean and comfortable had everything we needed and the shower was the best ever and I’ve been staying in hotels a long time from coast to coast . Water pressure was great, and massaging head I didn’t want to get out. Lots of eating space for breakfast which was good had a little bit of everything hot,cold, fruit cereal and pastries. We would stay again over and over. It was also convenient to get to plenty of parking easy in and out and close to lots of food and stores movie theater and mall

My toddler, mother, and I stayed one night in a single bed with jacuzzi bath included. The place was clean and cofortable. We swam in the outdoor pool, and ate the delicious breakfast the next morning. The staff were all so genuinely friendly. My mother has stayed here several times for work and won't stay anywhere else because of how good of an experience she has.

Isiah was exceptionally helpful. The hotel was clean and I had no problems with my room. The location is favorable for traffic. The service was great and Mrs. PEGGY was awesome in the kitchen. That mexican scramble is the bomb. Everyone was very professional. House keeping was great for the four days I was there. Thanks for making my trip great with your great service.
