Hilton Garden Inn Chattanooga/Hamilton Place

The stay was good. We were on the 5th floor, so no noise of people walking or water running on top. But, for a hilton, I expected more things in the room. Only one bar of soap, and 2 cups. They don't have bar soap anymore. The shower gel in the bath doubles as soap. I know it may be petty, but the 2 toilet papers weren't brand new. Nothing wrong with them, of course. Hotel staff was nice. Plenty of towels. Pool area was fun. Had it to ourselves for like a hr. Towels are on a wooden shelf in there too. And a water fountain and a shower on the wall. 14 chairs and 2 tables.
The front lobby is fancy, but a weird perfume smell. Kinda strong, but it smelled good.
Loved the feather pillows. Beds was soft, but made our backs sore some. Bathtub is great! Lots of bars, no slip bottom, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel on wall. Lotion by sink, but I brought my own shampoo and conditioner cuz I need color safe kind. And I brought my own lotion. Was a makeup remover in bathroom 🙂
Room was VERY CLEAN. refrigerator was great! Very cold, turned my coke to ice, but I like it, cuz it melted into a slushie 😁
Nice place. Wish we could afford to stay more. Is 1 1/2 from our house. Husband's birthday trip. That's about it.
Walking distance to like a lot of places, cracker barrel. Tonss of hotels around. I recommend the 5th floor. Elevators are fast and clean, no bad smells anywhere. Smelled clean everywhere. Halls are very clean. BUT Breakfast isn't free!! 😲 13.00 for a hot breakfast and 10.00 foe a continental!! That sucked. Especially for the price of the room (150/night)
We felt very safe. Me, Husband and daughter. Would definitely go back. Next year for his birthday 🙂

Loved our suite and the atmosphere. Service was great and the location was even better. So many restaurants, shops, gas stations, and a big mall down the road. Traffic wasn’t to bad either considering it’s a tourist area!

Hotel staff was friendly. The lobby and sleeping room were clean. In the hot temperatures, cold bottles of water were offered. This hotel is located right off of I 75 freeway, easy to find. I would recommend 👌

Location I’m not to sure I stay for work. But the rooms are always clean. Staff is friendly. There is food with in walking distance. Gym is nice. I look forward to stay here.

This Hilton branch provides exceptional world class customer service. From La Share ensuring my stay was amazing to Jeremy with the daily texts asking if I had everything I need to the warm ambiance of hospitality from the time you walk into the hotel. The hotel is in a desirable highly walkable location. My husband and I was in town to celebrate us and the hotel ensured we felt special. We didn’t do and meals on site but it seemed to always be full and guest was very cheerful! I can’t speak on the amenities however I’m sure they are just as an impeccable!!!

We stayed twice at this hotel. The return trip the desk staff was no help. We had an issue our car battery and she only could suggest AAA. Which we are not a member of.

We were treated like loyalty when we came late at night, sent us to the room with Waters and were very attentive to our needs! I truly appreciate the Hilton crews.

This was our second time staying here and both times Steve was amazing! He was super friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. He was the reason we decided to stay again.

Hands down one of the best customer services experiences I have ever seen and I have worked in the hospitality industry for a long time. We had an unique issue on our road trip (that wasn’t related to the hotel) and Sean the operations manager went above and beyond to help us out and made sure we had a nice room for the night. Miss Angela, the bartender stayed late to make sure we had a nice night cap of a cocktail. The hotel is nice and clean and the staff wonderful. Highly recommend.

I loved the front desk clerk. I was looking for a room with a jacuzzi and she referred me to where to go. I wasn’t able to book that room with it in it so I decided to stay here. The other hotels weren’t very helpful. So she won me over. I like a front desk to be helpful and informative. She was all that. The hotel was nice and clean and perfect .

Absolutely loved this place. It was very well kept. Front desk service was excellent, the room was very clean; loved the fresh scent! For a busy area, I really loved this Hotel. Now every time I have to come for business trip this will be my home away from home.

Overnight visit, traveling. Rooms were clean. No complaints

this hotel looks & feels quite new . the staff do a very good job. check in was smooth after a long drive. the real 'plus' for us- this property is pet friendly ( $ 75 fee ). our room ( 203) was clean and updated. the bathroom shower - water pressure was good, however it was not as hot as it should have been. there is good parking . the walks with our dog , not a lot of good areas to walk . breakfast was not included . it was $ 12.99, I believe - we did not do it. it is located in a busy area- packed with many hotels, fast food selections. we did a 2-night stay. no complaints , we would stay here again. ( i wish the pet fee was less than $ 75 ). ~ JDS/CT

We stayed here on the way to Illinois and couldn't have been happier. We opted to get breakfast coupons and that was well worth the extra few dollars.

The room and hotel in general all were very clean with zero issues whatsoever.

The exercise room is well equipment.

The onsite restaurant was very good - good enough to not go out for dinner!

The best is that I forgot a pair of prescription glasses and management went out of their way to call and then ship the glasses to me - thank you VERY much!!

Staff was very friendly! Hotel overall was super clean! The beds & bedding were super clean and comfortable! Pool was really nice and not overly crowded! Me, my husband and children had a great stay!

I've stayed there twice now, and I'll probably continue to stay there when I'm in town. It's a nice hotel, decently priced. Doesn't include breakfast, but they are pretty clear about that. Everyone was nice except the lady acting as a waitress during breakfast. She was honestly rude and unhelpful. I ended up going to Cracker Barrel instead.

I enjoyed our stay… Lashara was amazing and provided exceptional customer service! Very friendly and knowledgeable… she didn’t mind answering any questions I had! Will definitely stay here again!
