Extended Stay America - Chattanooga Airport

Great rooms and staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Took longer then expected to get the security deposit back though.

I stayed there during radiation. Quiet and clean and very helpful. My room was better than some four and five star hotels I have stayed at.

Rooms clean and things were quite. Staff were friendly and redally available .

I stayed here from the UK for a week the two women I dealt with on the front desk were VERY GOOD and HELPFUL. The room and the hotel were clean and GOOD also. The only thing missing was some toilet paper on the first night but I have always carried a spare just in case so NO problem. There places to eat and shop at near by and the bus stop to downtown Chattanooga is right by the Krystal Diner at the end of the road only $1.50 each way on the bus to downtown ! I will stay here again when I return to Chattanooga soon I hope.

I'm kinda stuck here because of Hurricane Ian. I live in Lee county Florida. But the staff has been excellent. I booked online through priceline which that was a little tricky and I accidentally booked my room twice for same day . Policy says they don't have to refund me , but they did. I'm still stuck here but the staff and environment for a blue collar worker such as me has been definitely worth a good rating from me. Thank you for your much acknowledged Southern Hospitality.

After reading the reviews, I was nervous about staying here but I'm glad I threw caution to the wind and took a chance. My room was great....it was clean, no roaches and no broken furniture.I want to thank Alexandria for getting my reservation straightened out and Regina and Brittany for their kindness during the checkout process. I definitely will be staying again when I'm come back to town

Look no further.. I'm so happy we found this extended stay. The management and staff are friendly. They will answer any questions you have and help you with anything you need. The rooms are Clean. We have a small kitchenette everything works. If you need some dishes or more towels they will be glad to help. Its pet friendly with a deposit. They love animals.

If your looking for an extended stay I definitely would recommend this place it's like a home. Clean rooms and clean laundry room.
I wish I could get this experience in all extended stays.

The hotel is very affordable, the room 310 is clean however it has few small things to mention. Furniture is pretty beat up (dresser and night stand) the bathtub does not have the stopper and it has a ball of hair stuck in the hole. The carpet has some big stains as well. The bed is clean (I inspected bed before laying on it) and very comfortable. The tv could be a bit higher so your feet are not on the way. The common areas like stairways and aisles must be pressure washed, it looks like smokers paradise. Overall I think it's pretty good for under $100 a night. The front desk lady recommended a taxi driver who was on time, courteous and friendly, she also recommended a few places to eat dinner which are within walking distance.

Great stay! Wonderful staff. The room was clean and welcoming. They had dishes washed and sanitized and ready for us to use. Outside area and parking lot nice and clean. Very comfortable place to stay with children. Our 1 year old daughter loves it.

I'm here for an extended stay on this, my 2nd visit - the 1st time was only for a week. I was very pleased then, and my 3 weeks so far this time have easily lived up to expectations engendered from my previous stay. The staff have all been very courteous and friendly. When my housekeeper came this morning to clean, I mentioned to her that I had just discovered that my refrigerator wasn't cooling and so I had had to throw out some food - I wanted her to be prepared because the trash bag was heavy. I hadn't yet notified the front desk about it, but before I knew it she had called them; within 10 minutes a maintenance gentleman was there with a replacement fridge! The rooms are clean, if anything, they provide an over-abundance of towels, cookware and dishes are on request, as are things like a toaster and coffee-maker. Each room has a full sized iron and ironing board, and the previously mentioned fridge is also full-sized - not dorm sized as other places in the area come equipped with. I don't understand the negative reviews I've read... I checked all the other extended stay places in the area and this one is not only the least expensive, but has the same amenities as the more expensive places. They also seem to be serious about enforcing their 10pm 8am "quiet time" rule. I recommend unequivocally.

This hotel is Close to Most things you would ideally want/have to access in Chattanooga. The Airport, Mall, food hub, Walmart, Multi directional highway accesses toward Atlanta, Knoxville and Downtown Chattanooga. The rooms are clean and have a nice esthetic! Staff is also very nice/ accommodating and Breakfast is pit out on time and out for a while for everyone to come down when they want!

The rooms are slightly dated but clean and well spaced. The mattress is comfortable and the full kitchen is very convenient. The staff is nice and quick to solve any issues that you may have. You can hear the highway slightly but the location is fairly secluded and easy to find. Overall I was very pleased with our stay. I would recommend this hotel to others.

I have been here for 5 months working in Chattanooga and the staff and management have been exceptional. Anytime I needed assistance they were there to help immediately. Room service took care of my room weekly and promptly with a fresh smelling room. I will definitely stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Will definitely go back. Good location close to places.

Great for long or short term. Quite and safe.
They have a zero tolerance to loud behavior which is a huge plus for me.

It's very nice and clean; they even offer you utensils and cooking pans during your stay. The bathroom and kitchen look modern! I'll definitely return for our next extended stay.

Clean well equipped rooms. All the staff is pleasant and made our stay very enjoyable. We will stay here again! Also Sunny Crystal n Jessie were very helpful as well as very friendly! Kudos guys!

It's been very nice and quiet. Staffing is very caring and friendly. We're staying a little while we like the peace and quiet.

I've been staying at Extended stay for about a month now. I've stayed there before a while back and all I have to say it's by far the best hotel that I've been ever... it's also pretty clean and every staff person that I've encountered is very attentive and polite people. I Love It Here!!!!
