My family had a great stay! The two bedroom option with the bunk beds was perfect for us and our 9yr old boys. There were some games in our room too which were fun. The lobby with ping pong and pool was a big hit for them whenever we had down time. The location is walkable to the riverfront area and I felt very safe the whole time. Everything was clean, the lobby attendants were all lovely. You can text them if you need anything or have questions, very cool. The most annoying part is parking but that’s a city issue not the hotels fault. Would recommend this hotel to any family!!

This renovated building has character to space. The rooms are spacious and the exposed brick is great. The full kitchens provide options if you don't want to eat out.
The room had a pingpong table and pull up bar.
The location is close enough to walk to the aquarium.
This is a great location and the kids love all the little details.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel! Very clean and trendy! Everything you need if you were wanting to stay for and extended time. Bar area in main lobby area, Pool table, shuffle board and other games in the lobby which is open til 11p. We only stayed one night while passing thru. Staff was super friendly and helpful with local eateries. Most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. Air unit blows a little loud when it kicks on but I found that it was actually soothing when going to sleep. Located within walking distance of several great food options, kids museum and aquarium. Lots to do in the area for all ages. We own and operate a roller rink in Ohio and brought our mascot with us on our traveling adventures this summer. We did some videos for our social media and the staff was loving it!

My husband and I stayed one day with my daughter’s two dogs on our way to Chicago from Sarasota. We had a great room with a kitchen. This hotel has a loft feeling and was renovated and very clean. The hotel staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. I would stay here every time we pass through Chattanooga.

Only hotel we stay at in Chattanooga. We love the spacious rooms, location, and accessibility. Great hotel for those with kids as there are multiple rooms (excluding the studio suits) which make bedtime so much easier than a traditional hotel.
Great kitchen areas make long term stays much more affordable!
The location is great as many attractions and local restaurants are within walking distance (less than 1 mile).

Located in the west village of downtown Chattanooga, this hotel is walking distance to all the attractions the city has to offer. The public spaces and suites are decorated to perfection and every corner is insta-worthy! There's no parking onsite but we were able to get $20 parking passes with in and out privileges through the hotel for our stay. We will definitely be back and recommending to all our friends!

This hotel is a hidden gem in downtown! The rooms are all spacious with a great living space it’s perfect for family. The staff are all super friendly and available. You’re only a few blocks from all the major attractions and there is a free shuttle that picks up right behind the hotel that runs between the Choo Choo and the aquarium. The lobby is really cool with different games and places to relax as well. The hotel is also very clean. Definitely a better option than an AirBnB!

So glad I took another look at this hotel! I thought this was a conventional hotel with one room so initially bypassed it because I was looking to pay for two separate rooms and almost did!

Comfy beds, fluffy pillows and I loved the full living/dining/kitchen space.

Quiet, centrally located and about 15 mins to the riverfront/TN Aquarium and walkable restaurant options.

Great for families or party of friends.
The only issue I had was the rather low water pressure for the showers which I hope they fix.

We were blown away by Hotel Clemons! The lobby is so fun, with pool tables, foosball and shuffle ball. We had two young sons that were very impressed with that of course! The room itself was somehow even bigger than the pictures made it look. We played so much ping pong. Every need was met easily. It was a good bit cheaper than other things in the area with way more space for a family to spread out. On top of everything, we left Grogu in one of the beds and they sent it home to us! Excellent place, would recommend it to anyone

We have stayed at several hotels in Chattanooga over the past few years. We were not fully satisfied with either. I think we have finally found a home away from home

This is hands down the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at. The room was stunning, the photos didn’t do it justice. The heart of the hotel was Jake. He greeted us every time we entered the door and was so sweet, kind, and helpful. Please promote him. He made an already wonderful hotel better. We will stay here every time we come to Chattanooga.

The best hotel in the Tennessee area. Customer service was great ! Olga at the front desk and the entire staff was amazing. Drew at the bar kept our glasses full ! I highly recommend this place . The 2 bedroom 2 bath room was huge!

Loved it. Easy access. Homey feel. Huge suites. Weird hipster aesthetic, but it was cool anyway. Their bar is closed WAY too early and often and on Sundays and holidays. I'd take away a star, but I think Tennessee is still weird about alcohol, so probably not their fault.

Great room with a ping pong table. The lobby has awesome games, and the service is hands down the best!! Logan made us feel welcome and the staff was very helpful!!

Overall this was a fascinating hotel to stay in. I assume they used to be apartments, but they are definitely comfortable for someone with special dietary needs or planning for a longer stay as the rooms have a full kitchen. The social spaces in the hotel are abundant, and the individual rooms are quite large as well, especially considering the price you pay for the space compared to other hotels in the area. The staff we interacted with were friendly, and the room access is simple since you are given a code rather than a key card. I can’t predict if we will stay here again or not as we aren’t regular travelers to the area, but I’m not opposed to it.

The hotel is in a great location. The rooms and common areas are well kept and clean. The lobby has games and fun areas to spend time. The customer service was great.
Parking is always a hassle, either on the street if you can find a spot, or a parking deck less than a block away but it’s $20/day.
I’m coming back!!

Hotel Clemons was great. Family wedding was so well accommodated. And we get pretty rowdy. Luckily Jake, the operations manager (who did so much) was already around to help with any room questions, amazing bartender, and overall just nice guy to interact with while enjoying our stay. When we needed a place for our large family to hang out, Jake was there tending bar busting his butt to keep us all well served. Thanks Jake, thanks hotel Clemons.

Nothing but good things to say about this hotel. It seems like it used to be loft apartments so far from a typical hotel you're used to. Very modern and decorated so nicely. Nice amenities including a full bar (not open Sundays and Mondays), a pool table, ping pong table, and Foosball table. Staff is very nice and friendly. I really can't find anything bad beyond they don't have any free parking, which of course isn't their fault. There is metered parking along the street. I wish I was staying here longer.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Clemons after an event in downtown Chattanooga with some friends. The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was spacious and trendy. It is in the heart of the West Village with plenty of shopping, dining and tourist attractions in walking distance. We will definitely be back!
