Staybridge Suites Chattanooga-Hamilton Place, an IHG Hotel

I absolutely love this place! This staybridge is by far better than other IHG hotels I have stayed! The prices are fair rate, location is near a variety of food, and the service by staff are beyond nice! They recognized if you’re staying longer than one day and they do small talks to you, The rooms are also one of my favorites because is very spacious and cleaned compared to regular Holiday inn at which I stay more often. The perks about this Hotel is that they have great breakfast and SOCIAL HOUR DINNER !!! If you have a long day and don’t feel Ike going out , this becomes very handy!!! I love this place and every time I have to work in Chattanooga I stay here! EVERYTIME!!

I stopped in because my IHG app didn't work to let me book a room and they just happened to have 1 left. Mon-Wed they have a social hour for guests to have drinks and snacks in the front. Omg this is the best and everyone was so sweet. My only thing was when the room was cleaned they just didn't wipe the bathroom sink off from the cleaning products I am assuming and I found one hair on the shower wall. But I still have 5 stars cause y'all are so sweet and definitely are a good place to stay. I will be back for work and I'll make sure to come stay with y'all again.

This was the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a while. The staff was attentive and went way beyond to make sure that me and my family felt welcome. The room clean and breakfast was warm and plentiful.

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. It was very clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious too. We had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff and super clean rooms. I am ocd so I am picky on cleanliness. I like this area too. It seems safe and is a good location in Chattanooga.

My work crew and I had 4 rooms here for 2 weeks, the place was clean and well kept, we regularly talked with dee mclendon and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

I had an emergency at my apartment and had to stay here overnight …I was overwhelmed and the Mr. Willy at the front desk made us feel more then welcome…He made our transition smooth and I appreciate his kindness and all his help. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Great experience.

Perfect choice for my family of 4. The room was cozy without feeling too small. Their breakfast was really good. There were lots of choices, so even my picky kid found something to eat each morning. Their pool was great since I have small kids, so we are happy to not have a pool with a "deep end". We were on the end closest to the road and while we could hear some traffic noise, it wasn't enough to disturb us. The staff was great from check-in to check-out. We will definitely look into booking here again for our next trip to Chattanooga.

This is the best place to stay if you are panning for a long term like a few weeks to a month. Big living room and bed room. decent sized kitchen which is wonderful and good bathroom. Nice and clean rooms but sofa needs good cleaning. Although better hotel among the hotels i have stayed so far in this range.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Large rooms. You can hear traffic on the main road even on the 6th floor. Over all it's a great place to stay.

Great experience overall but the shower could stand to have more water pressure and the hot water in the shower really isn't hot but warm. I would definitely stay here again because that's not a deal breaker, and the staff and service is phenomenal.

We came here for a softball tournament. The staff are so kind! Night desk worker Willy goes above and beyond he should get an award for being such a great representative for this hotel. He was loved by all our girls. Breakfast is good and happy hour is nice too. Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious I would stay here again!

We visited the area for the long weekend. We have a large family with young children and finding hotels that offer enough space to where I don't have to get two rooms is a gem. We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. This was truly one of the best hotels we've stayed in. It was super clean, everywhere.The cleaning staff truly does a good job. The hotel staff was super friendly. It was like they actually enjoyed their jobs and not just worked there. The rooms were spacious and nicely maintained. The entire staff went above and beyond to be helpful, they checked with us in the lobby to see if we needed anything just while we waited for the elevator. I'm terrible with names but one man talked to us and when he knew we were there for touristy stuff he offered suggestions of places. The hotel breakfast was wonderful. It had something for everyone, even my picky eaters. We checked out on Monday morning and my little one wanted an apple from the breakfast area and it was already closed. The lady at the front went and got him an apple! It's little things like that that make a visit memorable and pleasant. I don't know if we'll be back in the area again but I would highly recommend this hotel.

Our first time staying in Chattanooga and this was a great place for my family of 4. We were on the bottom floor and close to the laundry room, gym, and pool. Location was good and less than a mile from Hamilton Place mall. We enjoyed our stay!

One of the best hotel suites I have stayed in. Prices wasn’t too bad for all we got. Free breakfast, free food and wine on a couple other of the nights, free washer and dryers and free cookies all day. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect and very comfortable and clean. There was a problem with the AC unit but maintenance was quick to try to resolve it and after it was determined to be a problem that couldn’t be fixed quickly management was great at handling the unfortunate situation. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. We were bummed that the hot tub wasn’t there like we read in other reviews but it has been filled in with regular poolside flooring so it is no longer there. Not a complaint just giving others a heads up of that. Will definitely be our first choice when we visit again.

This place is a GREAT VALUE and great place to stay in the Chattanooga area! The hotel includes a hot breakfast buffet with eggs, bacon, sausage, gravy, biscuits, waffles, a yogurt parfait bar, etc. Monday-Wednesday there is a social hour with free beverages and appetizers in the fireplace lounge area. The social nights that I was there, they had fresh made pizza and tacos. The food was really good! They even have fresh cookies in the lobby in the evening. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The service level is first rate. The rooms are clean and spacious and have a kitchen with dishes, silverware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator, stovetop, coffee maker and microwave. You could literally live here. There’s even an indoor pool and nice workout area. The hotel is pet friendly, as well. The parking lot is a little tight, but you simply can’t beat the value of this place for the money. I will stay here again when I’m in the Chattanooga area.

I got a room on the top floor, window facing interstate (fantastic view esp.@ night). FREE COOKIES 🍪!!! Clean rooms, staff is great, social was delicious, did I mention clean rooms 😜. Will frequent this place when I travel this direction. Keep up the great work!!!

Nice rooms with full kitchen, clean. Water pressure in the shower could be better. Great breakfast, biscuits, waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit, muffins, breads, yogurt, oatmeal, juices and fountain drinks...

We had a very pleasant two night stay at this hotel. The king suite had ample room for our whole family (2 adults and 2 children).
It was a very clean room, especially the bathroom and kitchen.
It's located near a large shopping mall, so options for food and entertainment are plentiful.
The staff is exceptional, with a special thanks to the folks working in the evening. The were very attentive and friendly.
