Wow! However much they pay the hairstylist Rain, they need to give her double. I came in for a keratin treatment with a color and cut. I had previous box hair color on my head , and in all honesty hadn’t done my hair in years. She got me an even color throughout my whole head without even bleaching. Rain is a very talented stylist. And I’m extremely glad I came here to get my hair done.

Booked on a whim. Mallory was very knowledgeable and worked magic in my hair. She was thorough and was able to cut and dye my hair within my budget!

I always find great stuff at Ulta. I also received exceptional customer service from Aingel who made my shopping experience next level.

about skin care an this young lady (Anne) I believe her name was was more than helpful, we asked about 20 questions an not once did she seem annoyed or frustrated. She pointed us in the right direction and broke everything down for us step by step. We purchased all products she recommended. Thank you so much Anne for being so kind and patient with us.

I booked an appointment to have my hair colored and trimmed. I cannot express how pleased and happy my hair came out. Nikki McGee, did such an incredible job, and she was so kind and just an expert colorist. I would highly recommend her, she is just the best.

First time coming to Ulta, an was greeted by a ginger girl I think her name is Keziah because they called the manager an she came but any who this other girl I went up to at the register her name was Catalina, she helped me out so much I had no idea they sell cologne there until a friend told me an she was so patient with me helping me decide. An making sure I liked the smell by looking at my facial expressions! Best experience by far I definitely recommend her an I will be back!

Ulta Beaity has never disappointed in the many different states I've patronized. My favorite location is here in Temple, Texas. Every associate and members of leadership are very helpful with any question, including quick answers that are accurate. They are very knowledgeable about services and products. They also escort you to where they are located, due to stores always improving. This location is always clean, shelves organized, and employees always close maintaining those things, but do happily stop and help with anything throughout the store. I am, like many others, feeling the pain from limited services still, as well as some product availability due to covid. Non=essential products have very recently been given approval to start production again. I hope they expedite their productions so and get them to the stores. Also impatiently waiting for the powers that be will allow eyelash applications!!! It's not vanity, how we look and feel. Those two things affect how we are in our various life roles, employee, friend, parent, friend, etc. If ANYONE has read this review, please, let's band together and blow up the corporate customer service number with urging them to restore more services, safely, of course!

This was my first time going to Ulta...it reminds me of a department store as it pertains to beauty. I came looking for products pertaining to "glass skin". I recently learned about the glass skin concept in Korean skincare and how their products are superior in achieving clear, healthy looking skin. I found three lines for Korean skincare...Peach & Lily, CosRX, and Peach Slices. Snail mucin is a product that helps to achieve clear skin and they have it at Ulta. I have now started a better skincare journey and I'm excited to see where it goes.
