Baymont by Wyndham Chattanooga/Hamilton Place

Our softball team booked 9 rooms for 3 nights. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. For the price the rooms were excellent. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and the towels were very soft. Very little noise at night.
Everything in the room worked—great tv channels, very good refrigerator and microwave. This will be the place we will stay next year when we come back for next year’s tournament.
Breakfast could be a lot better.

I feel like this place gets an undue reputation for being affordable. I come here because the beds are literally the most comfortable I can find, it's well priced, and my rooms have always been very clean and well maintained. In my opinion, this is the nest price to quality ratio in the area.

This place was outrageous and the management here is unprofessional. Had been there for days this go round months last go around and never no problems at all. We got up went to work and come in and minded our own business and never talked to anyone unless in passing. Upon entering from work and after just paying for room there was a knock and answering the door there was 5 police there and the manager peeps around and said 30 minutes to pack and get out with no explanation and refund be at desk. We asked several several times what was going on and no response. Once finally getting some kind of response it all turned out to be funny as hell no arrests made and all lies and the security guard sitting there taking up for you and telling management you have the wrong people and this crazy. So went to leave no refund at desk they gotta put back on card which takes 3 days so not only did they make us leave at 8pm but no refund and nowhere to go . This was very much uncalled for and could have been looked at in more detail but management didn't want that. Now they have several lawsuits against them.

4 months ago I would of rated 1 star due to too much foot traffic at all hours of the night. However, they have made great improvements. It was comfortable, quiet and peaceful! Thanks for a great stay!!

On a day when I encountered several misfortunes and horrible people, checking in at the Baymont was by far the most uplifting experience I've had this year. Prince and his father went above and beyond my expectations to accommodate my request upon arriving early for check-in. I was even delighted with they're sense of humor, which is often overlooked by guests. Thank you fellas for your compassion.

I’ve been here for close to three weeks due to flooding in my home!! The staff here is amazing and have gone way above job description to make me and my grandbabies feel at home!!! The on grounds manager (Dival) is truly one of the kindest and compassionate people I’ve ever met!!! My room was very clean upon check in beds are very comfortable (my back is fussed and a comfortable bed is a must) the housekeeping staff is amazing as well... I would stay here again if I need to... They are PET FRIENDLY and provide poo bags if needed!!!

They're remodeling the whole place and even with how hectic that must be, they are professional & kind. And the maintenance staff is great too. Id def recommend to anyone

This was a very clean comfortable room. The prices were very reasonable.The staff is very accommodating and helpful. The location is excellent. I would certainly recommend this facility to anyone, especially business travelers.

People who leave bad reviews for cheap hotels kill me. Rooms are clean, A/C works, beds are comfy, water runs and I paid less than $90 per night. If you want more, spend more.

I stay frequently here and from the 1st night I have been over all pleased with my stay each time..The Night attendant she really is the best..I usually wait to check in after she comes in just because she makes it a smooth check in.. I recommend this hotel for any occasion from family stay to a epic wild hair stay. Its very private and priced right (the low low )

After driving 14hrs my family and I were treated wonderfully by VJ and his son. Rooms are clean and everything works well. Excellent for the price!

We honestly can’t thank you enough. From start to finish everything went seamlessly. Roshawn, our customer service representative, she was absolutely AMAZING
AND SO KIND, so please pass on our sincere thanks to her specifically. All of the staff were so welcoming and went above and beyond.

Our day was absolutely awesome and everyone who works there are completely professional. But it is because of Roshawn and her charming attitude, we even decided to stay. The room was nice and pool as well. I have no complaints. We are visiting from Georgia and this hotel will definitely be where we choose to stay on our next visit!

Thanks again Roshawn, you make your job look so easy, but I know it's not, so keep up the great work! 😊

Alot of construction going on at the moment and parking was a disaster. The room was clean and stocked and the breakfast in the morning hit the spot.

This hotel was great. Clean and the no smoking rooms actually were no smoking. The staff especially the lady that checked us in in the morning was above and beyond helpful.

I wasn’t able to stay here , however I just wanted to come on here and say the owner (I believe it’s the owner , maybe manager , his name totally slipped my mind ) but he is awesome !!! If you have any trouble try to get in contact with him and he will definitely try his best to help you , he is super polite and was very patient with me even when I was getting a little agitated , he’s great ! This place also has way better prices compared to other places in the area !

I have to give this McDonald’s 5 stars. My granddaughter could live off the chicken nuggets. Thank goodness she don’t. Friendly staff and very few order messed up

Loved it here, has a great swimming pool, very nice rooms no fridge or microwave but besides that it was great, close to gas stations and restaurants....

Very clean rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. The price of the rooms is very reasonable especially considering the amount of comfort you get
