The Edwin Hotel, Autograph Collection

I have stayed in the nicer hotels in Atlanta, DC and New York City. The Edwin beats them hands down. The hotel is beautiful the food is excellent and the rooms have so much attention to detail and are well laid out. Someone put a great deal of thought in the design and layout. I would like to say mention someone was outstanding but I can’t they were all exceptional beginning with my first impression of Joe who welcomed me and took my keys and bags. Well done Edwin, well done.

Just stayed at the Edwin with our family on our drive back home from florida. Can’t say more great things about this hotel and worth the extra $ over other options. Lobby is amazing rooms are beautiful and clean. Joe the bellhop was extremely helpful as was any other staff we encountered. We are at white bird for dinner and it did not disappoint. Our server Daniel was wonderful, would recommend the shrimp and grits! It is a pet friendly hotel and we did have some issues with loud dogs in a room nearby that wasn’t ideal but upon checkout the staff was kind enough to apply a small credit again. Location also couldn’t be better to local attractions and restaurants all within walking distance. Would stay again!

The Edwin is a beautiful hotel in a great location of Chattanooga. We had excellent service from valet, front desk, bartenders and servers in the restaurant and bar. Being a Signature Collection hotel, the lobby and rooftop bar are beautiful and artsy. The fireplaces and seating areas are elegant and inviting.
My only negatives were the lack of smart TV's in the room and the head of housekeeping talked extremely loud in the hallways.We tried to use the Chromcast but couldn't get it to work.
Marriott Signature Collection hotels are usually beautiful with exceptional service and The Edwin did not disappoint.

Great boutique hotel with beautiful rooms and artwork all around. Close walking distance to the museums, pedestrian bridge across the river and other restaurants. I dined at the restaurant in the hotel, which did not impress me on this trip. not to worry there are plenty of other restaurants nearby, and a bar that serves bar food upstairs with a fantastic view of the river.

Great location, clean, fresh rooms great service. The batteries in the hotel safe in my room had gone dead but the safe was whisked away fairly quickly by maintenance and replaced with a new safe with fresh batteries. All went very smoothly, very friendly very efficient.

Valet parking available, and may actually be the only way to park.

Were on a business trip for two days in this very great hotel. Had expected the American standard, however, found a lovingly designed property. The bar was generous and the staff very friendly. Unfortunately, we didn't find time to enjoy the pool. Clean area.

My husband and I stayed at the Edwin the weekend of our wedding. The service was amazing - the staff in general were so genuine and kind. The rooms were stunning and clean. The location is perfect - right next to the walking bridge, easy walk to the art district - including Tony's Pasta shop. The on-site restaurant and coffee shop were great, too! Highly recommend.

This Hotel is in an incredible location. The rooms are excellent, the service is very helpful, and there is plenty at your disposal. I highly recommend it if you have friends, family, or business coming to explore Chattanooga for the first time.

Stayed 2 nights for a business trip. Room was very clean and beautiful. Artwork everywhere, so always something neat to look at. Staff was friendly and helpful. Valet was prompt and easy. Location was great. Gym amenities were excellent. Rooftop pool was a little small but worked just fine. Did not try the restaurant, but I plan to when I return next time.

Welcome guys to one of the most Spectacular Views in Chattanooga OMG ! This is located in the 💜 of tourism. There is a lot to do, and see . The Aquarium is right across the street. There are many nice restaurants, and movie theaters 🎭 as well.The World's Longest Walking Bridge 🌉 is right across. We have a lot to do , and see in our city. This is why our Scenic City 🏙 🌆 is the One of the Most Tourist Attraction in the Country. I was here for a evening gathering with friends. We were treated with respect from Valet Parking Servers, Staff, Management, and Bartenders🍺 🍻 all the way to the rooftop. This is where the gathering took place. You will see one of most Beautiful Sunset 🌇🌆 or Sunrise depending on what time you guys arrive. 🌄 Our food was catered, with the Best Chef very delicious 😋. Such beautiful place, people all dressed up very nicely. It's okay to dress 👗up. This is a great place to party, make sure you reserve a room. No drinking , and driving. The Fun out weighs the funds 💰. You certainly will have a Night to remember at this Edwin Hotel 🏨. They gotcha covered. You guys will thank them. They will thank you as well 👍. Beautiful property. Stellar hospitality from every staff member we encountered. Great food and beverage team as well. Jocelyn was wonderful at Whitebird. Worth every penny!

Chelsea and the entire bar staff were amazing tonight! They helped us solve a very uncomfortable situation with such grace and ease. Will definitely be back for another drink and show!

Valet was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is amazing inside. Hotel staff very friendly. Room was nice and clean. View was great. Everything in walking distance.

What an amazing hotel! From the beautiful rooms to the lovely music playing in the room every time we entered, we were blown away! The staff was friendly, kind, and made our stay that much more incredible. The location on the river and convenience of restaurants, outdoor activities, and the Hunter Art Museum were icing on the cake. Thanks for a a great stay! I

What an amazing hotel! It’s right along the beautiful Tennessee River and the views are spectacular! The staff was amazing! They were always friendly and said hello with a big smile! We walked almost everywhere and the TennesseeAquarium is only a few hundred yards from the front door. The hotel is also pet friendly which is convenient for any dog lover like myself. The restaurants were superb and the view from the rooftop is the best in town! I’ll be back :)

This hotel stay was superb. The location is right on the walking bridge in downtown Chat. The smallest details are accounted for, the doormen, the stunningly decorated lobby, art at every turn, the room was next level. I felt like a celebrity staying here. I ordered the turndown service with whiskey and a charcuterie board, I came into the room with the lights dimmed and soft jazz playing. The workout room was stocked with cold bottled water as well as cooled hand towels. The pool while small which is to be expected, was rooftop and a nice place to relax after a long day. My favorite was the Whitebird restaurant. Impeccable dining experience. I'd come here a thousand times over. Worth every cent.

Great hotel and friendly staff. Parking is valet only but I found street parking fairly easy.

Honestly, probably the best hotel experience experience we have ever had. The place is just beautiful. The location is absolutely the best in Chattanooga. Everyone working there was extraordinary and detailed in their service. The rooms are beautiful.
The Whiskey Thief has great drinks and views. The food at Whitebird is phenomenal! Worth it! Can't wait to come back!

Love the location & the hotel. Friendly service, nice decor, clean. I just wish the restaurant & bar located within were great to round out the experience. Unfortunately they messed up our carry out breakfast 2 days in a row & the bar upstairs is a joke. Sure it’s a rooftop with a view but the service is incredibly slow and the staff seems preoccupied with each other rather than the customer. Will definitely return to the Edwin though!
