Residence Inn by Marriott Chattanooga Near Hamilton Place

Great Service from ALL staff! Had a horrible experience at TownPlace Inn Suites where front desk clerk stated with nasty animosity that SHE canceled our reservations 2 hours before we arrived without notice. When asked if a manager told her to do it, she answered again with prideful animosity that SHE canceled the reservation and management SHOULD be aware of her actions. Instead of going any further with HER (front desk person), our group went elsewhere and turned out sssoooo much better than that place (could tell by the lobby alone it was better). Pool, jacuzzi, putting golf, kitchenette w/stove top, full size refrigerator, comfy couch & bed. Will always stay here for our weekend with family getways!!!

Our stay is perfect! Every aspect has suited my family's needs. The comfort of our rooms has been awesome. The breakfast is hot, fresh and offers a wide variety! The convenience of the location is perfect. Thanks for being friendly and always helpful to every need. We will be back.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Very clean and close to downtown Chattanooga. The staff went above and beyond! We had an especially great experience with PJ. She was very welcoming and gave us great recommendations to nearby restaurants and entertainment. We will be returning and recommend anyone visiting Chattanooga to stay here!

I enjoyed the hotel but the downfalls were not having the room I booked. The front desk person did help me out and settled it which was great. But then the next issue was the air conditioner not working at all in one of the rooms and one of tv's not working at all, and the other tv had black marks on the screen which was hard to see. Then the pool was temporarily closed. The breakfast was not so good! Overall we made the best of of it.

The only complaint that I have is that they asked when we checked in if we wanted to room cleaned each day. We said yes, but they never touched it the whole time. Otherwise it was a great stay. Comfy bed, nice shower, the hot tub was amazing too.

We stayed 5 days and highly recommend it. The staff really impressed us. April, who is Assistant Gen manager, Danielle at front desk and Josie in Kitchen worked as a TEAM. They were personal and professional. We would definitely want to stay there when traveling to Chattanooga, Tn.

I went to a "Why God" seminar held there and did not stay in the motel room. The convention hall is very spacious and there was plenty of parking.

Had a great stay. Hotel was clean and in a great location for food/shopping. The only negative I had was the laundry wasn't clean and the fitness center never had towels. Other than that loved the hotel!

We stayed 3 nights over the weekend. The rooms were clean with lots of space. The staff was friendly and helpful. Good location and close to many restaurants. Beds were comfy and freshly laundered. We will stay here again.

After 12 hours of travel, we arrived at the hotel early and very tired. Hotel personnel were great at getting us to our room in the morning. It would have made a tough day terrible without being able to get into our room. Glad I made the Marriott chain my go to!

I could write all about the actual hotel but the BEST part of our stay was Debbie at the front desk. She deserves the biggest raise! She was so kind, generous, and beyond helpful. She goes above and beyond for you if needed and that is rare today.

Our hotel room was clean and spacious for a family of 4. It was very nice to have a 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen. The free breakfast was decent every morning.

Only complaint would be the hot tub, it had strange floating objects and didn’t seem clean.

We loved our stay at this great hotel. They came through for us at 3AM when the OTHER hotel fell way short of our expectations. Our room was so wonderful in every way!!! The employees were friendly and helpful. The area around this hotel seemed very safe and pleasant. They had a good sized indoor pool and hot tub. The breakfast area was warm and inviting as well as spacious. A great variety of breakfast foods and drinks. Plenty of seating, including (free) private nooks for small groups. We were so grateful we found this wonderful hotel in our time of need!!

Mack checked us in our first night and was great during our 5 night stay. He was very helpful, courteous, and professional. Robin worked the breakfast area and she was so kind to my mom and her friend while they waited on breakfast. The front lobby was very cozy with a fireplace going at all times. We enjoyed sitting outside around the fire pit. The indoor pool was not heated, which surprised us when we got in. The rooms were clean. The shower pressure was great. I've been in hotels where the pressure was almost non existant. The beds were comfortable. We really liked the cabinet space underneath the sink. There was plenty of room for four of us, plus our dog. Our only complaint would be the lack of housekeeping in the common areas. Our hallway was never vacuumed during our stay. The trash cans in the front lobby and first floor bathrooms were running over before the trash was taken out. Because it is a pet friendly hotel, I expected more than the usual cleaning but that was not the case. Our suite was great. Everyone, employee and guest, were so friendly. We would definitely stay again, which is why I'm giving the review five stars.

First off, I was allowed to check-in early! I was tired from navigating thru airports for the Christmas holiday. The employees were really nice and accommodating. My king suite was clean comfortable. I will stay here again during future visits.

Had to come with my husband to Chattanooga for a one night stay for business and was impressed with the place. AirBNBs are now not really a deal anymore with all the fees and most are comparable to a hotel room… The room here had everything we needed and everything looked clean which is something I specifically look for when staying anywhere. I had a nice spacious desk to work on as well. The only problem is how noisy it can be in the middle of the night with people coming to the building at all hours. I guess we should ask for a room not facing the parking/entrance next time.

The hotel has a modern feel and was immaculately clean, from the beautiful lobby to my outstanding room.

The lobby has a homey feel and features several alcoves for dining and conversation.

The front desk clerk was a bit friendliness-challenged upon my arrival, and acted bizarrely on another occasion, but overall was competent enough.

My room was outstanding, lovely, and had everything I could possibly need. I slept like a baby on the high-quality bed, and with the feather pillows I had requested in advance.

Would most definitely stay here again.

This is certainly a Great Place to Stay, and Play on the outskirts of our Senic City Chattanooga. It is a very clean hotel, and safe area. You guys still be safe anywhere you go ! Got it ? They have Great Customer Service. They offer the same to your 🐶. They are pet friendly to all animals. They have an Excellent breakfast 🥞 buffet. If you are hungry omg 😧 . This comes with the traditional breakfast delicious 😋. These include eggs , sausage 🌭, bacon 🥓, waffle 🧇, oatmeal , bagels 🥯, toast , and plenty of orange 🍊 juice. It is consistently stocked so you guys will be very full 🌕 omg. It is not an area overwhelming crowded. It is always steady . This is a long term set up facility , with the comforts of home . These include a full kitchen, refrigerator, and guest room for entertainment. This is a great place for special events, Seminars, Reunions, and Personal Celebrations. I was here with my friends celebrating the Holidays. It was very reasonable 💰. The Fun outweighs the Funds 😊 ! Great Time ! You are only 20 minutes away from the 💜 of tourism. This is of course our World's Famous Tn. Aquarium. This was very reasonable, and plenty of free parking. There is a lot to see, and do here as well. Our largest mall Hamilton Place is a few blocks away. There are nice outlets mall for your 🛒🛍 pleasure. There are movie theaters 🍿🎥, sportsbars, for watching sports football 🏈, basketball 🏀, and soccer ⚽. Like music, and dance 🎵🎶 ? There is a very nice nightlife adult beverages 🍷🆔 for you guys as well. It is within walking distance. Its your thing here, do pretty much here as you want. Don't party too hard lol 😅. Otherwise go check out the busy heart of tourism 💜 downtown Chattanooga. You guys will thank Residence Inn 😊. They will thank you as well. I love ❤ Chatt Town Mr. C.

I am pleased with the comfort and quality of my three day stay. I have stayed in this area of Hamilton Place every year for over twenty years and this was my first time to stay here and I will definitely recommend this hotel to stay at😃👍👍👍👍👍

Excellent experience. Stayed for 2 weeks while waiting on home construction to be completed. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are immaculate and updated. Very quiet and peaceful. Always had everything I needed. The breakfast buffet in the morning had it all. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!
