Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Chattanooga/Near Hamilton P

I loved my experience at the Microtel Inn & Suites. For the namesake I assumed the rooms would be smaller or perhaps have less decoration or amenities, however my room was perfect. I had everything I needed and was put on the first floor where I could see my car from the bay window every night. There was good room for storage. My room was renovated and had these lovely mirrors on the wall behind the beds that was a nice surprise. When I arrived, the room was clean. The assistant manager Janelle was very helpful and nice. She made our experience easy going and was always quick helping us and from what I noticed other customers as well. I would love to come back and stay at the Microtel sometime soon because its close proximity to ruby falls, the aquarium, rock city, and around 45 min away from the lost sea. Also there is a nearby cat cafe that I would recommend if you're visiting!

The manager was awesome. My fiance called to schedule a room for us to stay after our wedding before we went to Gatlinburg and she went all out to decorate for our first honeymoon night. She asked what was our wedding theme....red roses and sunflowers.

Because it was one of the cheaper hotels in town I was a bit concerned about my stay, however the staff really made my stay a real pleasure. There are some signs of wear on some of the trim work and the furnishings are very basic but it was an excellent value. We stayed 3 nights and had no problems at all.

Front desk clerk Charity is very friendly. The breakfast is not bad, average waffles, cereal, bananas, coffee, juice and muffins. Rooms are clean and it's pretty peaceful here. Lots of improvements have been made. Wes and his staff have done a great job taking care of the hotel. 5 Stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My very first start here was amazing. They allowed me early check-in when I arrived and asked just like 45 minutes after the normal check out time.

Not only did they get me in early but because of my wierd working hours I got a wonderful surprise. They were making people verify they knew who was in the room before just forwarding calls through. This means allot to me as other motels don't have an option to block out calls during certain time periods so I get interrupted sleep at best.

No soaps in the room. People running in and out all hours. Hotel has 3 floor even on the 3rd floor the window will slide all the way open there is no screen no safety .not safe for children at all they are able to open the window and could easily fall out. Also felt very unsafe in parking lot. A male driving around parking lot approaches you when you getting your things out of car and blocks you in. Front desk clerk said he has been around for about week bothering customers. They need security.

I've stayed here a few times now. For the price, you can't really beat it in this area. It feels safe, the rooms are clean. Staff has always been really nice to me. Wifi works (important to me for work). It's right next to a whole lot of restaurants, stores, etc. I will continue staying here.

Great service. One employee went over and beyond for me when the blow dryer in my room quit working. She came to my room and tried to get it to work, and when it wouldn't, she placed me in another room. Her name was Mrs. Betty. In the breakfast area, Mrs.Bettu was also extremely accommodating to a handicap lady who was alone. She made her breakfast, brought it to her, and made sure she was taken care of. She was a very hardworking employee.

Nice hotel feels very comfortable and homey. The lady at the front desk was very helpful because i was having trouble with my booking. Room was clean and quiet, I would stay again if I ever need to.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. We came in at 2 am. They did their best to get us into a room as quick as possible.

There were a couple of men hanging around outside. Kind of concerned me, but they held the door open and helped me with my bag.

Was a very clean hotel. Staff was amazing. Breakfast could use some work. Kind of skimpy. But bed where nice and clean. Bathroom was clean. Staff was helpful if we needed anything. Would stay again.

Looked very nice and clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. I was visiting a friend from out of town but they had no complaints. Like that the doors are locked and the entrances to the rooms are inside.

Stayed in chatanoga 3 years ago, on our way to Flordia. Inexpensive clean rooms, perfect for what we needed. Rooms are smaller than regular hotel rooms but not lacking anything. Staff was great. Thanks.

Adorable room! Had a microwave. If only it had a fridge it would have been perfect. I'm sure some of the rooms do. Was a little hard for me to get to. But I'm directionally challenged! Had a central elevator that you go up to get to the rooms. I really liked that.

We try to stop at Microtels wherever we travel, both on business and pleasure. This trip was for a conference in downtown Chattanooga, TN. My battery on my car was dead early one morning. I did call my insurance company and they came, but was unable to start the car. I was beginning to panic because I was needed at the convention. The staff of Microtel jumped into action and insisted that they help. A nice gentleman drove me to Wal-Mart, waited while I bought a battery, drove me back, then installed my battery with his tools. He got me on the road quickly! Then he refused any tip money, saying I was having a bad day, and he wanted it to be better! The staff at this Microtel went above and beyond! And the room and price was great too!

We love this hotel! Very clean (smell in the lobby but it was fine). Great hotel for the price. We didn't have a chance to try the breakfast but it smelled great!

Very nice place to stay and the people that run the place a very accommodating there was a little hiccup when I first got there but they were soon to take care of it and took care of everything that needed to be done I recommend this place to anybody traveling or just needs to get away for that night I highly recommend it five stars

Awesome guest services.management and all employees at this location bring a smile to me and my loved ones faces every stay.mask and sanitation protocol was direct there was no discomfort during the whole stay.linen amd hiuse keeping we’re always around and any questions that were asked were answered and any help that could be possibly given was.

Wonderful place. No smoking. They are serious about that. They even show you where to smoke. They kick people out immediately if they do smoke. Breakfast is great. Staff is friendly. Next to a couple of restaurants

Don't believe the Yelp reviews. Great place to stay for a quick weekend getaway or to do a 5k. Great location, surrounded by restaurants and other hotels. Clean room and very nice staff!
