Days Inn by Wyndham Chattanooga/Hamilton Place

The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable. The price is very inexpensive. I was on the 3rd floor which has inside entrance rooms. I liked that because it makes me feel more safe. The elevator takes you right to the front desk and common area with kitchen. They have a texting system for your phone and you can text them if you need anything. Convenient location.

I’m a travel nurse and I always stay here. Staff are very friendly, rooms are nice spacious and clean. They offer free breakfast in the morning. The price is very affordable. I give 5 stars overall. I highly recommend staying here.

I did not stay here, but I dealt with Kris to help resolve my cancellation of my reservation through a third party service (Delta, which gave nightmare service). The 3rd party refused to cancel or give support and continually placed me on hold over and over and over, playing games.

Kris dealt with them on my behalf to cancel and refund my reservation which Delta refused and was trying to con me out of. She was super friendly, super proffesional and super polite. I wish I had stayed the night, cause I would have enjoyed meeting her and I am confident my stay would have been enjoyable. I would recommend staying here if you're in the area!

Can not complain about the hotel as it is rated a 2 star hotel. You always get what you pay for in life and they exceeded my expectations. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Critical(the host) was very kind and friendly while checking in. He was also very professional and helped me regardless of the time, which was 3am. The people are very welcoming and are ready to meet your need. Thank you.

The lady that checked us in was awesome, however, the nights she was not there, the gentleman that filled in for her was rude, lacked patients, and was VERY JUDGEMENTAL. I usually don't bring too much attention to myself, but he could have not been so rude to my mom who was outside smoking. The following morning I go to pay for a few more nights, and they told us that we were no longer welcome and that we needed to be off the property by a certain time or they would start charging us $15 for something ridiculous...they of course charged us twice for my pet and when I called corporate, they said I had to go to the hotel and take it up with them there. Taking a loss is hard these days, but your staff needs to not act like they dislike thier jobs there. 🤔

Very clean. Beds were super comfortable. Desk staff was very accommodating when we showed up early due to a last minute change in our trip. The lady in charge of the continental breakfast was very nice and kept it perfectly clean but I wish there had been more choices for people that don't eat sweets for breakfast. Grits, sausage, or biscuits. maybe? I would stay here again.

Me and my husband were very very pleased with our stay! The staff was very friendly the room was clean and the bed was so comfy! It was very peaceful and a wonderful place to stay.

My husband and I were tired of driving and wanted to stop for the night. We checked in and was pleasantly surprised to find food choices and location easy to find and the desk clerk was kind and eager to make us comfortable . Would definitely stay again!

Very good experience. Easy to find. Third floor rooms have inside entrances. Our room was comfortable and clean. They had maid service daily, despite Covid nonsense, which was great. Coffee pot in the room. The clerk was courteous and professional. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Definitely would stay again.

My week here was excellent! A special thanks to Lori who went above and beyond!:) The guy at checkin was super friendly as well & quick with getting me situated. Room was very clean, Housecleaning staff provided assistance when needed & always friendly. Room was a bit outdated, but for a clean, super comfy bed, safe quiet atmosphere and price, this was definitely a great choice to stay.

Normally for work I stay in the ultra-cheap and usually dirty $50 motels. This time we had a family vacation so I decided to spend a little more. I was very impressed by the value of this hotel. It is very clean and the service is great. No complaints. What else can I say? Definitely give it a try. We would stay here again. Didn't get to try the pool. Breakfast was better than expected, and we got a mini fridge and microwave in our room.

Absolutely wonderful ..The parking lot was very bright for the safety of our property.. The room was very clean. No bugs as far as I could see. Very quiet stay. The bed was very comfortable also. I hope your stay is as good as mine. Very pleased with this hotel. I will be staying again if I come back through.

This was a very nice hotel with a great breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable with a lot of amenities. We had a great night's sleep. I. The morning the breakfast was from 6-9am and featured plenty of variety for everyone. There were scrambled eggs, 2 different breakfast sausages, pancakes, waffles, cereal, yogurt, toast and more. There's tortillas and salsa to make breakfast burritos too. Delicious, be sure to leave a nice tip for the woman working hard to keep everything we'll stocked.

Our stay was absolutely amazing!! Room was clean and smelled so fresh. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was so delicious, they even had a pancake maker where you could watch the machine cook the pancake. My little one loved it.

The room was great, check in was quick, and the beds were so comfortable. The room was very cool when we checked in which helped a lot after walking the zoo all day. I'd stay here again.

It's been awhile since I stayed here, but it was clean and well kept. Being in the hospitality industry myself, I am very impressed with the replies to reviews on here from management. It shows the people here care about the property and the guest. The level of cleanliness, service, and attention to detail I experienced at this location is not typical of most hotels in the economy segment. This place is a gem.
