Super 8 by Wyndham Chattanooga/Hamilton Place

The guy at the front desk customer service skills are out or this world. He is super professional, courteous, and super kind. I appreciate my stay here at this hotel they made me feel welcomed, and the breakfast was even better. Thank you so much for your kindness! I will return. 10/10

I had a great night here. A King bed room. The staff was very nice and friendly. We joked around like we knew each other. The room was clean. Clean bed and bathroom. I didn’t get up in time for breakfast so I can’t tell you about that. Mini fridge and microwave worked. Television was alright. Not too many channels but was enough for the night. Plenty of clean towels and face rags . Plenty of hot water. No bedbugs saw maybe two roaches. If I ever need to stay in a hotel and come back to Chattanooga. I’d stay here. Rm 213

The room could've been better but I've seen way worse for a lot more money. The employees though and especially the manager more than made up for it with excellent service. Worth staying for that alone

Such a wonderful place!! The staff was so nice and helpful. It's a comfortable and inexpensive place to go. You won't find a better place than this one for all amenities it has refrigerator and microwave in the room, cable, big comfortable beds, heated indoor pool and free breakfast!! Plus the staff is truly great. I love coming here!!!

Although the staff is incredibly helpful and kind, I would want to point out that you do get what you pay for and this isn't a five-star hotel. Nevertheless, manager made sure that our room switch went smoothly. There's no doubt that I'll return in the future. We appreciate your professionalism and belief that how you are treated matters most. The manager and the other employees our super team. Thank you for this service.

I have to give Tiffany 5 stars hands down she has been the nicest person I have ever met at Wyndham EVER!!! She is dedicated to making your stay the most utmost best stay that it can be! She has been so nice to me I absolutely love her 💕 she's so sweet!Wyndham needs more people like her as employees!!

the bad comments im reading are ridulicious my husband and i use to stay there when we was dealing with some shelter issues, and i have to say unless the people that was there has left, those people were amazing. the guy that was painting the inside of the pool always joked around with my husband and i, so i dont know where yall get your information from but my husband and i are actually planning on going back to stay, and do yall not sit and think of all the work and stuff they do have to do in order for yall to enjoy yalls stay? give people a break they don't have to do what they do, they do it so your as comfortable as possible......... keep you the hard work yall do guys. i did give 4 stars on everything but i do agree with some, if someone is trying to rest they don't wanna hear drama arguing or screaming next to them, that could use a little work other than that i liked staying there nothing else seemed to be wrong room was very clean. and as long as you stay to your self noone will bother you and if they do go to the staff if they can't or don't try to resolve the issue then there is always option b corporate but 99% of the time they will do what they can :)

This is the best place me and my family has stayed in that Chattanooga has to offer. Staff is very friendly the rooms are amazing and they have an indoor pool to take the kids to play

I recently stayed at Super 8 and had a great experience. The front desk guy, Hank, was especially helpful and made my stay even better. He was very friendly and accommodating, and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend Super 8 to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.

I have really enjoyed my stay here at this Super 8 so much I am staying a second week! The place exceptionally clean and I feel really safe when I walk down the hall! My bed so comfy I want to take it when I leave! The breakfast is great also especially the fresh homemade waffles. Thank You again Super 8 For my home away from home!

I enjoyed my stay here. The front desk staff ‘Hank’ was very knowledgeable about surrounding attractions. He was very friendly as my check in and out went very smoothly. Breakfast was a plus. My room was great, clean, stocked and it was a quite peaceful evening. I got my money’s worth I plan to stay again if I come back to Chattanooga anytime soon!

Very cheap nice place friendly staff Hank was very nice and helpful nice area bars are basically on the same street eye distance and nice restaurants rooms are nice and clean also decent WiFi

I found that the room was a decent size and in favorable condition for the price. Had better than average amenities as well, had in room microwave and refrigerator that both were working and clean. They had a make your own waffle station, awesome, part of free breakfast. Best part of my stay was the staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping all employees were extremely helpful and friendly.

The room we stayed in was perfect for us. Everything was clean when we walked into the room. AC works great. The king size bed is comfortable. The staff are wonderful. Which makes the stay even better. There is a good breakfast area. Convenient to restaurants, shopping and all the tourist attractions.

The manager was very accommodating to me and my husband. My husband was worried about the security in the parking area especially since the first room we were given was facing out the back of the building. The manager solved the problem by getting us a room facing the parking lot which made my husband very happy. I was very pleased with how quickly he changed our room (it took him less than 10 mins). He also said that in the over 3 years he has been at this Super 8 there has not been any instances of theft or problems in their parking lot. I am very happy to recommend this hotel to others and I will definitely stay here again. The price is reasonable and it is very quiet tonight. This is going to be my new favorite place to stay in Chattanooga. The front desk lady was also very personable, helpful, and had a very pleasant way of dealing with customers. I was very pleased all the way around!

My family and I were passing through when we had car issues. We hadn't budgeted for extra nights so the price here was just what we were looking for. The employees were very polite and the rooms were very comfortable. Although we were not planning on staying over in the area, the location made most of the local amenities very accessible.

I am a frequent traveler and am always booking hotels. No hotel in the area would accept my late night accommodation besides this one. The room was nice and cold. The bed was comfortable. The staff was tremendously welcoming. I wouId stay here any day over a Marriott or Hilton. The price is below the value of what you get!
