Hotel Indigo Chattanooga - Downtown, an IHG Hotel

Extremely nice staff, they greeted us with a smile every time we walked in the doors. Rooms are spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. I didn't hear neighbors doors closing, or voices in adjoining rooms. The chair and sofa in our room were surprisingly comfortable as well. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were a little too overstuffed for our liking (I'll bring my own next time). This is the first place I've stayed where you are provided q-tips, cotton balls and an emery board for nail emergencies!
Slow elevators. Overall great experience!

We were very pleased with this hotel and the staff. They go above and beyond for the guests. We booked the room for our anniversary only to realize we booked it for the night before. Daniel and the manager were very helpful! They got on the phone and got it straightened out for us with IHG. They even upgraded us to a suite room and made our anniversary trip one for the books. The restaurant and bar were very nice. Great food and drinks. We will definitely be back. Thank y’all for such a great experience.

Jessica at the front desk is fabulous! A member in our group experienced an issue with her reservation and a different staff member was less than willing to help. Jessica, who had assisted other members in our party, was eager to jump in and help. She not only identified the issue but went above and beyond to correct it. As someone who used to work in hospitality and customer service, Jessica is someone I would want on my team. Because of her attitude and desire to make our stay comfortable, I would return to this hotel. Thank you!

Absolutely stunning hotel with a downtown location that is incredibly walkable. To quote my son he said, "This is my favorite of all the hotels we've stayed in". From valet, to front desk, to bar, everyone wore a smile. Savanna at the front desk was accommodating and made us feel welcomed. 10/10

We were very surprised how quiet the hotel was despite being right off of an interstate ramp and being in the city. The hotel staff were all so pleasant and nice. We brought our pups with us and this was probably their absolute best experience, the youngest would be so excited to go outside to go potty because she got to be the star of the show walking through the lobby. Valet, housekeeping, front desk staff were always friendly and very informative. The water pressure was amazing and much needed after adventuring around the city. Valet parking was absolutely worth it, little to no wait for the car to be brought up and on cold days, they would activate the heated seats function of our vehicle and get the heater started. It was a nice surprise seeing a coffee/tea/cocoa bar by the elevator in the morning, a great way to start the day after taking the pups out for a morning potty session in the cold. The location of the hotel was prime as it was easy to get in and out of, and close enough to an interstate to make traveling to other sites outside the city easy to venture too. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and cannot wait to come back to visit again.

Hands down the best value hotel I have ever been to. I am shocked at how inexpensive it was for how much it offered. It is a pet friendly hotel, very clean, friendly staff, good food, and great location. 15 minute walk to the Walnut Street bridge. The gym is very clean with face towels, wipes to clean the machines, filtered water, and snacks.

Highly, highly recommended. Every employee we encountered had true customer service personalities/predispositions - no fake friendly here, just genuine service attitudes (Elliot and Savanah were particularly exemplary). Pristine clean, and the bar uniquely is indoor/outdoor (temperature permitting). I might order a single cocktail in a year, not much of a fan, but certainly enjoyed the cocktails they created for us.

Very friendly service . We stayed for 2 nights over the holidays.
Kayla at the front desk was super helpful. She walked us through all the amenities. Confirmed that we could get adjoining rooms.
Next evening we needed help with a few items as everything would be closed for Christmas. Jessica at the front desk was helpful in quickly getting everything taken care of of for us .

The hotel is modern with a very lovely decor along with local touches mixed in.

Would highly recommend anyone looking for a great stay !

What an outstanding hotel. My wife, our two dogs, and I had a fantastic stay. At check-in, we were impressed with the friendliness and attention to detail by Jessica at the front desk. On our second night, we were surprised by the ugly sweater (for dogs) contest. It was a great community event, complemented by delicious food offerings and excellent cocktail selections. Thanks guys!

You get what you pay for! Was here on business and I was so impressed with how clean the entire building was. The rooms are very modern with LVP throughout and great finishes. Beds and pillows suited me well!

The hotel bar/restaurant was small, simple, but exactly what I needed after a long day of work. Great location to downtown Chatty and all it has to offer!

I will be using this hotel on the next visit!

We went for our 25th wedding anniversary and my husband's 50th birthday. Service was great they even left us a sweet treat of chocolate covered Strawberries. Bar tender was very friendly and the drinks were great. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Super clean, friendly staff, great bar and restaurant! Everything you would expect from a place like this. The bonus is that all of the staff loved on my dog every time we went in and out. She was the real star of the show. There are so many cool areas in the lobby to hang out and outdoor areas! Local beer on tap and fully stocked liquor options with great hours! Pleasantly pleased with this stay!

Beautiful hotel & fabulous staff! Public transportation is available within a 2 block radius. The hotel is very pet friendly, Downstairs bar had local musicians playing & provided a fully stocked bar. Will absolutely visit again.

Great experience as always. The staff has been amazing. The rooms and exterior is clean and inviting. I have enjoyed a great nights sleep here, everytime. I am looking forward to my next stay!

I wasn't sure what to expect with the hotel's proximity to the highway, but the hotel was surprisingly quiet (YAY) and a great location close to/within walking or shuttle distance of many restaurants and attractions downtown.

I appreciated that they have an in-house restaurant (that starts serving breakfast at 7!) and an onsite coffee bar (including lattes, etc., not just drip)! #coffeesnob :D

The room and parking prices were quite a bit less than other hotels, which was ultimately my selling point, and I was impressed that the quality was still high up there; they obviously didn't compromise on that!

Located 5 blocks from the river and Tennessee aquarium. It's a great spot and the valet parking is worth it. The bar has great drinks and I've yet to find anyone who isn't super helpful! This place is worth whatever they want you to pay.

Travel a lot and always stay at HI whenever I can. This is my second stay here in 2 weeks. Been to downtown Chattanooga years ago for the River Bend Festival. The area has changed a lot from the last time I was here. You can valet park or park on the street here. I opted to park on the street.

My Diamond status was acknowledged and was offered my welcome amenity. I was put on the 8th floor at the very end of the hallway like I requested. I booked a 1 bedroom. It was huge. Love the hard wood flooring. There’s a small fridge and on certain floors there are microwaves close to the ice machine.

The TV had some issues because they switched over to a new provider. My stay was quiet and I could barely hear anyone go in and out of the their rooms. Room is decorated very contemporary and chic.

I highly recommend this hotel and would tell others to stay here too.

Our family met in Chattanooga for Thanksgiving this year and had dinner at your hotel. The meal was amazing as was the service of your entire staff. Thank you all for helping make our visit a magical one and compliments to your chef.

Very nice and modern. The hotel was spotless from the lobby to the rooms. The hallways even smelled nice. (No musty hotel smell here!) We loved the comfortable king bed and updated shower. Great location for enjoying downtown Chattanooga on foot. Valet parking. Cute bar on the lobby level that we didn't get to try but looked nice.

Really enjoyed my stay. Hotel still has services many hotels no longer offer ( like room svc). Dog friendly, didnt bring mine but was nice to see the other pups. Room waa great, clean, had what u needed.
