Tru by Hilton Chattanooga Hamilton Place

We stayed at Tru for 2 nights, this was our first experience at Tru properties as we usually go for Hampton Inn. I would say the experience was good considering the price. The rooms are small and there are no wardrobes, chairs, coffee makers, bathtubs, etc. however the rooms were clean and well maintained.
They had breakfast in the morning which was decent. The front desk during checkin were friendly. A special call out to Kimberly (who was there during the breakfast), she is such an amazing person very kind and helpful, it mattered to her that the guests are well taken care of.
Ample parking is available which is free.

This hotel does not have a pool but we were so busy with things to do around Tennessee We would not have had time. I am so happy we stayed here everybody and I mean everybody was so accommodating and pleasant. It is hard to find that nowadays. It is a very modern hotel. The rooms do not have microwaves in the bathroom shower needs shelves for things that guest bring. Even with these per say negatives I would stay here again in a heartbeat. There is a microwave and ice machine as well as a refillable water bottle station on the first floor which is very easy to use and there is plenty of room for a group or family like we were to play games or eat dinner together in the lobby... They had a different breakfast every morning not a buffet but ample enough fruit, yogurt, juices, milk, cereal, coffee and tea all day. The breakfast changed every day.. absolutely loved this hotel...

My first time staying at a Tru. Check in was uneventful due to digital check in. Did not speak to anyone or see anyone.
Room was clean and tidy. Bedding was great! Lots of plugs for electronics. Lighting was somewhat lacking. No coffee pot, had to go downstairs to get coffee. Sigh…
Quiet and restful evening. Perfect after a long day driving.
Nice and cool given it was 100 outside. Nice lobby. Waffle House close enough to walk to. I always worry about safety, I am a 70 yo traveling alone. I felt safe there.
I will stay at a Tru again. I am a Hilton Honors member.

This hotel was absolutely GREAT!! Kimberly over the breakfast is delightful she has such a kind spirit, the front desk staff was very welcoming, there GM was very polite and helpful they made my birthday weekend EPIC!! Clean rooms, hot breakfast and AWESOME staff!! EVERYBODY Needs a raise!!

Stayed there after returning from vacation at the beach. Great staff, the breakfast was really good. Rooms were clean. No problems with noise except a car alarm went off for a bit around 7AM. Would stay again for sure!

Wow! Been a Hilton Honors member for years and this was our first time staying at a Tru hotel. Plenty of USB and electrical outlets for all our phones and devices. Love the hooks on the wall for our backpacks

Wow! Tim & Nick greeted me with a smile instantly as I walked through the doors. Tim made sure to explain all of the amenities which include free breakfast, wifi, a 24/7 sweet tea, hot chocolate and coffee bar and a gym! I am normally soooo nervous when first getting into a room because with other chains I have had issues with rooms but theirs was exceptional! Everything was clean and it had no smell. This is definitely worth it and the price for 2 nights was one of the lowest in the areas for the weekend.

The hotel was located a short distance from many restaurants and shopping. The rooms were clean. Front desk staff was very friendly and attentive, providing several recommendations for dining. My only complaint would be (and not reflective of staff) is that you could hear every step taken by guests in the room above ours. Sound proofing was not an emphasis when building this hotel.

I've stayed here two different times in the last month and both stays were good. I did need something for a horrible headache on the first stay, and they had nothing, so I had to get dressed, grab my wallet, and go to the Walgreens at 1 in the morning. That was frustrating.

Had an great experience here at this hotel everything was great the only issue was the room was kinda small but the people at the desk were really great especially Tim he was a great person and very helpful Tru you guys need to keep him he is an great employee

The hotel is clean and spacious. On site gym and business center equipped with a printer. Free breakfast 6 to 9 daily. But above all, the staff are amazing. Thanks for taking great care of us!

I’ve stayed there a few times. The pool is always cold, but the breakfast is good.

Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, and there was a stocked breakfast bar with plenty of kid friendly options. Saving $25-30 on not having to get breakfast for the family to get the day going is a big plus. I would definitely stay here again.

If I could change anything I would maybe add a few extra pillows and leave some instructions to get the TV to work. It has the True Hotel interface which is a little confusing on getting to the actual channels.

I stayed here for a week and it was perfect!! Rooms are clean and spacious. The free breakfast was delicious and they have a 3D pancake printer!! It's so cool !! Hot pancakes just rolling onto your plate

My family and I last minute decided to stay here as we were making a trip through TN to get to TX, and we were pleasantly surprised by our experience! We checked out a few other hotels in the area prior to finding Tru, and Tru by far had the best rates and service. The front desk attendant was very kind and helpful in answering our questions about the area and the hotel itself. Also, this hotel was located in a safe area and we didn't have any issues regarding safety. The room and bathroom were basic but pretty clean and had everything we needed for the 1-night stay. I would definitely recommend, and I know I'll be staying at a Tru by Hilton again based on this experience.

Stayed here few days ago, I didn't see any Roaches.. Rooms were clean! Everything worked in the rooms & the staff was so kind & friendly! If you do have an issue with the room they go out of there way to make it right!

They are Not like many other hotels who dnt care about their customers.
They care about how they are represented!

Hotel is near many food options, gas stations, walking distance.
GREAT PLACE TO STAY!

I travel all over for work and I can't say enough about how awesome the staff are at this location. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The manager, Tim, did an amazing job of handling an unhappy customer on Wednesday. He was very professional and never lost his cool. Way to go Tim. I will definitely be using this hotel when I travel back to Chattanooga.

First time staying at a Tru. Wont be the last. Very cool style/ layout. The lobby was like nothing youve seen in a hotel lobby before. Small market, pool table, and gathering are. Rooms were clean, fresh and hardwood throughout, which I thought was cool. Fresh take on an overnight stay.

It's looks like perfect, quiet hotel room and healthiest and delicious breakfast menu for something good and energy to eat it for refueling strength in no time.

Stayed January 7, 2024. Emma was at the front desk and was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Our room was quiet and very clean. There was a very friendly overnight front desk gentleman who remembered I had to go to Wal-mart at 6am. The front desk person, Kimberley was very kind and checked us out in no time at all and was friendly. We would stay here again.
