This was by far the best hotel experience I’ve had. The front desk Christopher, Brenda & one more young women I didn’t get her name unfortunately. They’re the most polite accommodating staff I’ve ever met, they really made this stay so much more wonderful.
Along with the rooms were absolutely spotless & so roomy. The Pool & gym are absolutely perfect. Definitely made me extend my stay.
Additionally the housekeeping is so polite & kind. They really go the extra mile to make sure everything is properly handled. I appreciate them so much & the hard work that they do.
This stay was 10/10 & it’s all thanks to the most wonderful staffing. Thank you all so much.

Free parking. Pool is more for kids with its layout. Room was amazing. Even had a dishwasher. And we took the cheapest room. Digital key card is nice if your swimming and don't wanna bring a lot of extra. But the app wouldn't let it back in the side door. So we had to walk around.

Even though this location does not serve bacon and Hilton Honors said it did, it was still a great stay. Being allergic to everything on the breakfast bar is not fun.
I would stay again just for the overnight clerk. Did not get her name, but had great conversation. The coffee is delicious.
The rooms are spacious with plenty room to move around in. Feels like home.
The parking lot is nice and large. Plenty of room for this Grandma to turn a 26 foot uhaul around.
Nice gym and laundry facility.

What a great hotel experience! I travel with my 5 year old son a lot and we stay in a lot of hotels. This one was by far my favorite. The pool is cool with the slide, really wish it was indoor or that they had an indoor smaller one, but weather was fine for our stay so he had a blast in the pool. The staff was above amazing, super nice and helpful, moreso than any other place I’ve been. Rooms were super clean and well appointed, I LOVE having the dishes and full size fridge, really helps when traveling. The price was great! We normally stay in downtown so I don’t have to mess with parking, but this hotel is SOOO much nicer we may end up staying here more often and dealing with the parking situation. I enjoyed the quiet of not having loud cars/motorcycles ripping up and down the street late at night like you get in downtown. It’s a little tricky to find this hotel since it’s sandwiched in a few others, and the location is decent enough with some food options nearby. Parking was easy too. Area seemed safe enough, no sketchy vibes even though it was on one of the “back streets”…. I sure do wish this hotel would magically transport downtown lol, I’d stay here every time!

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Very clean rooms and hotel. Breakfast has alot of options. Will be back!!

Overall, the stay was good. The location couldn't be better. Everything you need within 5 miles. For the most part, all the staff was friendly. If you requested something, they accommodated.

I have stayed here many times on my travels because they allow dogs. I figured I would try it but I have consistently been impressed with the hotel on every visit. Because we have a dog, I always ask for very specific accommodations and they are always kind enough to do the best they can to help! Julia is awesome - She is very kind and welcoming and after a long drive, all you want is to see a nice person and rest and Julia is always wonderful. The hotel is very quiet and clean and I have always felt safe. In addition, I learned that they have a great gym there! It's a great choice for us and I really appreciate everything they do!

I was thoroughly impressed with this location. From the start, staff was welcoming and informative regarding our stay. The clerk even gave my dog a treat, which was so thoughtful. They provided an area to walk your dog and provided bags and a can to throw away waste. The rooms were inviting and clean. The shower had body wash, shampoo, and conditioner located on the shower wall in pump dispensers. The had a refrigerator with freezer that was much larger than the standard small fridge at most establishments. The complimentary breakfast was adequate. The eggs and sausage biscuits were too dry to eat, but the rest of the items were good. The beds were comfortable and the TV was personalized. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with this location. It was not far off of I75 and the stay was perfect. It also has a small kitchen with a sink, plates, silverware, and cups.

Such a solid hotel! We had a queen suite with the the pull out couch, our room was super clean, and smelled clean. The hotel staff was sweet and friendly. Breakfast was a good hotel breakfast and they had a lot of options. The outdoor pool is awesome. It has a slide and colored lights in it. All of the seating areas are really nice and everything is really inviting. If your in the area stay here. Also Derrick (front desk) was super helpful and really nice.

I have stayed here twice for work and on each occasion, my experience has been stellar! There are 2 gentlemen that work here who contribute to me having a great stay each time!! Christopher and Matthew. The level of care and customers service they exhibit is extraordinary!! They are attentive, extremely nice, and provide that hotel with something that is rare these days, true customer service!!! Whenever I am in the surrounding area for work, this Home2 is my go to hotel!! Matthew/ Christopher, please keep up the great work, it is appreciated!!

King suite is exceptional. Well-designed. Clean, no smell, no odd, noisy HVAC, Full fridge, bar soap option AND smart TV. Bed is fine. Easy access outlets and usb

Very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. I wish I would have gotten the name of the young man working the front desk the day we checked in (Friday June 30th around 4pm). My girls left their stuffed animals laying on the counter at check in. He put them to the side and remembered my face. I went back down a few minutes later to get the rest of our bags out of the car and he had them there waiting for me. We got a good laugh out of sticking them in my purse to see how long it took my kids to miss them. Very friendly and welcoming young man.
We only stayed 1 night. We live 2 hours away and do weekend get aways in the area sometimes. The room was bigger than I expected. The pool was a little on the small side but it never got over crowded while we were there using it. My youngest loved the shallow area and my oldest had fun in the deeper area. Neither of them would go down the slide but other kids were enjoying the slide.
I loved the stow away furniture in the room. It was great to have extra table space while eating snacks and watching movies but be able to stow it away under other furniture when we were done with it. Bed was comfy and the kids said the sofa bed was comfy as well.
Breakfast was great. My kids had the usual waffles. I tried the omelet which is hit or miss at hotel breakfast. Their omelet was delicious. They had the usual selection of breakfast items that I've seen at other hotels. Which is exactly what I expected.

Over all this was a very nice hotel to stay for a night during out weekend get away and we will definitely stay again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay. The pool was excellent for our little one or anyone with kids. Pet friendly. Breakfast was better than most continental breakfasts. The only downside is the BAYMONT hotel across the parking lot definitely has some sketchy activity happening. But there is a security guard on the property and multiple other nice hotels nearby. We felt safe and it was a great start.

Very nice rooms and service. Located near the I-81 and near shops and Publix supermarket. The only curious thing was when we arrived, it was raining and in the front doorway there was a person sitting on the ground while guests were entering and exiting, which didn't give a good impression, and definitely non Hilton. When asked who the person sitting on the ground was, the front desk person said it was a House Keeping staff member waiting for a ride. Maybe It'd be better to wait inside in a normal chair. Initially there was no one at check-in, but a sign stating they would be back soon, to have tea or coffee while waiting, and that they'd be back before we finished. Then no explanation for the absence, but eventually good service.

Such a clean, accommodating, friendly hotel! Check in was smooth and seamless. They even welcomed our dog with a treat. The lobby is wonderful and modern and the rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was surprisingly comfortable! The breakfast was great with a wide variety and dogs are even allowed (just not right in the food area). I was overall super impressed with this hotel especially after a bad experience at a recent hotel in the area around the same price point. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

The staff of this hotel should be proud of themselves. I stayed at plenty of hotels ranging from 5 star luxury to a 2 star express. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in the United States.
The rooms were clean. I'm a picky person who can always spot grime and dust bunny's. Not this time. The rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The breakfast had options for everyone and the kitchen turning out the food was clean. There was plenty of sitting and the lobby was peaceful.
The staff was professional and kind. If they were away from the counter they apologized and made sure they could assist you promptly. Special shout out to Julia(I believe). She helped to check us in and was such a sweet woman. She made sure we were taken care of and made us feel welcomed.
If we ever come through again I would stay there. I know if this hotel option is available to me in the future, I'll be staying there.

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. During the very delicious breakfast they stopped to show their gratitude and wish us well on our trip. Our room was upgraded without reason. The pool was clean and fun. Not one complaint!

This place was perfect for our family of 5. Had a great breakfast. A full kitchen except for a stove but will give you a hot plate and skillet or pan. If you are cooking your own food it might save you a little money. More expensive than other hotels but we had two queen beds and a pull out couch. The pool was awesome with a slide. My daughter swam twice and loved it. Outdoor pool only. Open till 10. Great workout room and laundry. Very nice hotel. They even had my daughter silk almond milk at breakfast. We are gluten free so very hard to find gluten free breakfast items. That would be my only suggestion. Have some gluten free cereal options or grits.

This hotel was very clean. They had great options at breakfast for everyone. The highlight for the kids was the pool. The slide was a great addition, and my kids said we definitely have to come back again. The hotel even provided swim towels just outside the pool area which was very nice.

Pleasantly surprised. We frequently visit this area and usually stay in surrounding hotels. This was our first time staying here. Have nothing bad to say. Clean rooms, comfy bed, friendly staff and yummy breakfast!
