We have used Santi for several floor projects at our home. And I cannot recommend them enough. They do a fantastic job on tile, and hardwoods. The first project we had them for was removing old linoleum flooring and replacing with tile, and I was so impressed I hired them again to refinish our kitchen floor. They work fast , but with care, and are beyond helpful. They are super communicative. Mario is the best- he’s very involved and invested in making sure that the job is done well. I will 100% call them again for any other flooring projects. 10/10 would recommend.

When the damage was more extensive than anticipated they were still able to keep the initial schedule and quickly put together a quote for the increased time and materials. I got three estimates to have carpet removed from stairs, refinish and stain the treads, remove carpet on 2nd floor hallway and install hardwood, refinish and stain hardwood in my dining room, 1st floor bathroom, hallway, and replace the kitchen vinyl with luxury premium vinyl (LPV). Santi Hardwood, not only, had the best more reasonable pricing, but also, displayed the most professionalism when providing the free estimate. Every question asked was answered with details and additional information was given for clarification. My flooring is beautiful and I am so pleased with this company. They completed the work on the scheduled date given on the estimate. Absolutely refer this company for flooring.

We are so glad to have worked with Julio and Jonathan at Santi Hardwood! They came out right away to give us a quote, and they were so flexible in working around our kitchen renovation. We removed old tile from our kitchen and they seamlessly matched in new hardwoods to go with the rest of our existing wood flooring. They also added some custom trim work to our living room stairs. They used quality materials and you can't tell at all where the new wood and old wood meet. They sanded and refinished the entire house after installing the new wood. Julio was also great in helping us pick our finish and even helped us get a good deal on an upgraded option. Their quote was less than the other two estimates we got. The service was also excellent. Julio was fast to respond to any questions and also quick to return and correct one spot where we noticed the stain had not taken as well. I know we will enjoy these floors for many years, but if we ever need more work on them, we will definitely call Santi!

We had such a wonderful experience with Jonathan and Julio. We had them refinish our hardwood banisters in our new home after our previous hardwood contractor ruined them. They sanded them exactly the way we wanted (down to the grain), stained them to match our newly finished floors, and put our desired glossy finish. They were so dedicated, professional, clean, and meticulous. Their work was beautiful. We are extremely happy with the product.They were a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend them. We are definitely going to keep them in mind for any future projects that we have!

Santi did beautiful work refinishing all the oak floors in our home. They worked with us to create the right blend of stain for the finish we wanted, then did great quality work on refinishing and reinstalling all the base shoe throughout. And it was all done on schedule. Would recommend them!

I have loved working with Santi hardwood floors! They have hands down been the best part of our renovation project. We have an older house with hardwood floors in all but one room and were nervous about matching the new wood to the existing floors and dealing with the settling of the house. Highly recommended!!! My design/build company used Santi Hardwood Floors on a residential project in Chapel Hill. The project involved basketweaving existing floors from two newly-adjoined rooms together. They did an unbelievably great job, and were SUPER efficient in getting things done.
