Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

What fantastic customer service, right down to employee Jamie insisting on carrying one gallon of paint to my car. He was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and polite. I can't remember receiving such excellent, pleasant service anywhere. I have always known Sherwin-Williams has high-quality products, but today I received truly outstanding service, too.

Juan did a really good job of helping me choose the right paint , finish and color scheme . Friendly and so helpful. Including carrying out the paint to my car.

Great professionalism here. As in any industry, asking for the sales associate who has been doing that line of work the longest comes with greater assurance that you’re getting the right product for the right project. I was thankful for Jamie and his knowledge and the direction he offered me.

Needed paint for cabinets, Juan at the South Durham store was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had the product I needed. Would highly recommend this store.

Yay, i walked into a random Sherwin williams and was greeted by the staff even though they were in a conversation. I was helped in a timely manner AND they had the product i needed to be matched and the match was spot on. This is essential to us contractors to be able to do OUR jobs. Thx guys

Never have I imagined myself to enter a paint store. This was my first experience. They are pretty good at matching colors you are looking for. make sure you have good amount of some leftover paint. They use it to paint on a ppiece of cardboard paper and use their software to match it.

They matched a color I was looking for and it was exactly the same as what I had used. I used it to do some patch work and couldn't tell the difference. They don't multi task when it comes to handling a customer.

Bottom line: My de facto paint store from now on.

If you need to match a white paint with something in your home that you are unsure about. Go to Sherwin-Williams because they took the time to help me figure out if the color would match, since the paint scanning tool wasn't able to determine the color.

At Lowe's the sales associate just said yeah I think that looks close to the color, which I would have been highly disappointed if I had used the paint from there since it was nowhere near the color that I needed.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Easy to get in/out since smaller store, easier parking, good selection.

Brought a paint chip to be matched and they were super nice, mixed it fast, and the paint color was perfect. Definitely recommend!

The employees at this store are always helpful and knowledgeable about the products, and the store usually has the stock of what I need.
