Everyone at the store was very friendly and welcoming. They had the items we needed in stock, and everything was super fast and easy. I especially want to shout out Abisai (not sure if that's how he spells it) for going the extra mile and accompanying us out to the single most jacked-up weekend warrior armchair "mechanic" cobbled together Chevy to help. My only (very mild) complaint would be that some of their signage positioning is a little misleading, but it's honestly forgiveable because - as customers - we could have read what was actually printed on the sale tags and seen that the discounted products are on the next shelf up. So- really, not the shop's fault. Just something to be aware of.

I received excellent service from Manning one of the associates. He assisted with checking the battery and starter. He also took time to show me different Jump Starters and explained how they work. I was very pleased with how professional, knowledgeable and friendly he was. 5 Stars all the way.

Bob was so helpful in helping me find the correct battery for my truck. Another shop in the area said that the install on a Silverado would be too much work for them, but Bob handled it quickly and with no problem :)

Came here looking for car cleaning products and came out with exactly what I wanted. Got some tire cleaner,wax,headlight cleaner and the ordinary stuff to clean the cars for the mean time. The tire grease from the tire wore off and still looks great. And the headlights are brighter. And the customer service was great. Definitely 5/5 stars

Brian G was amazing, I came in from out of town, driving a rental so I knew nothing about that car and he was very helpful at helping figure out what I needed. He really seems to love his job. I couldn't have asked for better help. Thanks Brian

as soon as i walked in i was instantly helped. shopping for car stuff & asking questions as a woman can automatically make you insecure but they didn’t judge and were very nice about it. Chris in specific made sure I was more educated on windshield wipers & gave me a good laugh

I received very good customer service from this location. The female manager( I didn't get her name) was very customer friendly. She made sure the outcome of a situation was to my satisfaction. I would definitely do business with this store again👍.

I called ahead to confirm they could install a new battery on my Infiniti Q50 Hybrid Sport, which requires an AGM battery and complicated trunk install. Chris, the General Manager was very helpful in providing the part availability and install time frame for the same day when I first called. When I arrived, and after a short wait due to the popularity of the store, Jon the General Manager in training installed my new battery without delay. Despite having to remove several trim pieces from the trunk along with a reinforcement bar, Jon was over the top helpful and more than willing to tackle the job, while even balancing another customer, who was waiting for him specifically, since he is ASE certified and speaks multiple languages. Jon and I had an engaging conversation about car technology while he installed my new battery. Despite it being a tricky install, he was pleasant and professional during the whole process. It may have been tricky for me, but it was a piece of cake for Jon. I will make sure to spread the word to my friends that Jon is the go-to guy for auto parts. I really appreciate the excellent service he provided. Thank you to Jon, Chris, and his team for an A+ experience!

Jon, assistant manager, was great. He was working by himself so couldn't check codes on my car, but loaned me the tool to check them myself and patiently explained, multiple times, how to make it work. I felt like I was having one of those mornings where nothing was going right, but Jon was patient through it all.

Best place for auto parts and automotive advise.

Today, my mom and I went to get a radiator for our car. We did not know what exactly we were looking for when we walked in the door, but Tabatha helped us tremendously. She was extremely nice to us, looked up the make and model of our car, and told us which radiator sizes would work for us. She was patient with me when I needed to make a phone call to ask my dad what I needed out of the two. We decided to buy both since we were unsure which one would work for our car, and she gave detailed information on the return policy. She kindly went to get the radiators and brought them out on a cart for us so that we would not have to carry them. We appreciate her nice efforts and recommend the shop.

I recently bought a car and had to replace the battery. The design of the car made the process was substantially more time-consuming than the average car, but the staff were incredibly helpful and patient with me. They explained everything to me and made the process enjoyable rather than stressful. I really appreciated their help and will definitely be coming back if I have any more issues. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

My battery died and I have a 3-year warranty with a 2-year-old battery.

I presented my issue and Ruben was extremely helpful. He first ran a test on the battery and determined that the battery was not really the problem it was the alternator.

I tried to crank the engine but the car died and even though Ruben just clocked out of work he drove up in his own personal vehicle to give me a jump! What a great guy to take pride in not only his work but helping others.

It is because of people like him I will continue to do business with this location.

I think I should just share an adjustment to this review for honest reasons.

I just want to say that the service was great provided by Ruben. An issue arose when I took the car to the auto shop and I told them the alternator was bad based on the information Ruben told me and a day later I get a call from the auto shop telling me the alternator is completely fine and that it was actually the battery was bad.

I asked the auto shop to test the alternator again and the guy personally went and did the test himself and confirmed the alternator was great and that it was indeed the battery. I didn’t really appreciate being charged $25.00 for the battery test being that I had them fix the alignment of my car and replace some $200 part, but the auto shop gave me all the paperwork and test results that I took to Advanced Auto Zone.

Advanced Auto Zone apologized about their test instruments giving me false information and they replaced the battery so all is great.

I just felt I should share the whole story for people looking for honest reviews.

I had lost my receipt but was told how to proceed. Was quick &painless. Store&Staff was Awesome. Highly recommend Advance Auto.

My mom and I went yesterday to get new wiper blades. Gene was very helpful- I appreciated that he didn't pressure us to buy anything expensive we didn't need or make us feel dumb for not knowing exactly what we needed, which I feel happens often to me at other stores. They also had the store setup well for social dustanci and all the employees had masks on. I would definitely go back to this location again.

My daughter stopped to get a filter for her car and after getting the part, the staff came out and put the new part in her car and didn't charge her! In addition, there was another filter that we saw needed to be changed. I bought it and he also installed that and her car sounded so much better. The staff rock and I would go there for any car parts and for their excellent customer service!

They were very helpful. There were also pretty busy I think they were short-staffed but they address all of their customers in a timely manner. Very convenient location to college knowledgeable staff in the commercial Department. Darrin I believe his name was went above and beyond to give me superior service. Thanks guys.

I went in with a fair bit of knowledge about my car which may effect your experience. However, these guys do too. Not to mention, Bob and the other two gentleman running the front (deeply sorry for forgetting your names) behind the counter really make it feel like your a friend going to another friend's much cooler garage to borrow tools. Whether you know what you're doing or you don't have a clue, these guys can help. Count on em.
