I had a very helpful and pleasant experience with Starr Case during my visit to T-Mobile. Although I only visited to upgrade my phone, she took the time to correct clerical errors in our account, she identified where we would save nearly 40% on our monthly bill as pre-existing Sprint customers, and she ensured that all of my phone’s data transferred to the upgrade. She was professional, courteous, and exceptionally helpful.

I am grateful to, Jose the manager, for the attentiveness, the perseverance, and work ethic to find the solutions to the problems with my account and cellphone. He is a person that does all in his power to make you feel like a valuable customer and not just another number. I appreciate his work and dedication, and I recommend Jose to anyone who needs help solving any issue!

I normally don't write reviews but I felt I needed to make this review. My experience at T-Mobile with Jose has always been splendid. He makes sure to understand what my problems are and provide a solution. I actually noticed that other workers would often ask Jose when they have doubts on what to do! Jose makes sure that everyone leaves T-Mobile with a satisfactory experience. I cannot recommend him enough!

Phone issues had me going to T Mobile multiple times. Jose, the manager, went above and beyond to get it fixed. Even though this was frustrating to him as well, he continued to do everything to make it work. Jose was professional, kind and patient, never giving up. I highly recommend Jose for his outstanding skills to give excellent service.

I wanted to give a shout out to Brian/Service Technician. He was a wealth of information on helping me navigate digital phone world 🌎. He did not fix the phone but, he help me to learn a few things to improve the service and free up memory on my phone. Come to find out, when he troubleshoot, it was the app and not the phone. Thank you Brian. 😊

Nicest staff I've met! We stopped by close to closing time and they were super welcoming and helpful. Jose was a great help and went the extra mile to find a location with the phone we were looking for. Definitely the T mobile to go to.

Rico was great. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and he provided excellent service. He was prompt in getting me setup and without being asked, transferred my data over, put on my screen protector and case. In addition, he was friendly and initiated conversation during the wait. The entire staff seemed welcoming from my observation.

Marc is exceptional in the quality of work, customer service and customer care. He is warm, friendly, easy to talk too. His knowledge in IT and the T Mobile business is beautiful. T-Mobile keep up the excellence in having employee like Marc in your store. I would like to give credit to Jose and Felix in store 2sme as well. Building a great store, team and the excellence in customer satisfaction. These men should be the face of your stores and business. They are the future.

I had no idea the volume of business this location does! Thinking late Monday afternoon the traffic would be light, I went in. It was busy! It took a bit of time to be checked in because all reps were busy. However, after being checked in and waiting for an available rep, I was given 100% attention to have my situation resolved. Reasonable options were provided to help me make a sound decision. I appreciate Jose and the ENTIRE crew! Thank you!

We went in to switch carriers and were going in with some trepidation. We walked in, we're greeted, and Santese was awesome - friendly and entertaining, singing to the radio while moving 3 lines with ease and precision and sticky notes! We had lots of data to transfer and Santese invited us to take care of other errands and come on back. Our experience was great.

I want to shout out Jose & his huge reserve of patience & perseverance to get my phone problem solved. We were there toward closing on a busy Saturday & everyone was working hard while remaining positive & polite to make sure everyone was taken care of before they closed.

Marta did a great job helping me get my service switched over from Verizon to T-Mobile. I was in and out of the store quickly.

Went here to pick up a new SIM card for an off-contract phone I purchased directly from the manufacturer. The Service Manager (Dennis?) was super helpful and friendly. I got in and out with my phone activated super quickly. It looks like this location has some bad reviews, but most of those look to be from long ago. These folks are super helpful!

I have no complaints about the Sprint store. Most of the time, when I walk into the store my phone fixes itself automatically LOL Today, I needed a new battery in my phone because it had worn out. Jose installed the new battery absolutely free! The phone works beautifully and I also want to thank the young man who took my phone back to Jose to have it checked and a new battery installed.

I had a great experience getting everything switched from T-Mobile to Sprint. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the staff and especially by William Tate, (manager), in assisting my wife and I and for explaning everything in a thorough manner. This store is top notch and I would recommend anyone to visit this location!

Amber did a super job helping me get my mom, myself and my daughter all switched over. She was patient and explained everything in detail. Thank you for amazing customer service!! Highly recommend this location!

I've only been here once and as soon as I walked in I was greeted at the door by Santese. Definitely a plus for me, especially after visiting the location in morrisville and the young man didn't seem interested in greeting me for at least 10 minutes. But nonetheless Ms.Santese L Pryor definitely made my experience a much much better one and saved a loyal customer. I definitely appreciated her customer service and expertise in upgrading my phone from the S8+ to the S10+. She was very genuine, kind and informative about my upgrade and options. Ishe answered all my questions. She also saved me some money!!! Another plus!

I definitely recommend this store, in particular I recommend Santese for your Sprint/phone needs. Very knowledgeable about both apple and android.

Side note: This store can get very busy so be patient. I'm pretty sure they'll take good care of you. You can also pay your bill inside at the kiosk.

Keep up the great work Santese, you definitely made my day with your customer service.
