Jefferson Pharmacy

I started to use Jefferson pharmacy the moment the store opened just to get away from CVS pharmacy and it was the best decision I ever made. The entire staff and owner really care about their customers. They ask how your family is.They caught a a order that was sent to them by a Dr and notified us that my husband was allergic to it and notified us right away,Thank you Jefferson Pharmacy for opening your wonderful store opened and for caring .

They operate like a pharmacy should. They don’t go over a doctor’s script by trying to make decisions about my medication. They fill then without unnecessary questions. They’ve never been rude and mostly always have meds in stock. For the most part, the best pharmacy I’ve experienced. I moved and actually miss them and their cute little store.

I really like shopping here. I always wish I had an unlimited amount of money when I go on bc everything is so cute. The people are friendly and the pharmacy is helpful and quick. We love it here.

I could not be more grateful for this local pharmacy tonight. My daughter has strep throat and was given a rx for amoxicillin today. I usually use cvs and today they made a couple of errors and ultimately ended up letting me know they didn’t have enough of the drug in stock. they told me I should call around to other local pharmacies to try to see if they had it. I politely asked them to call and ask. they stated that Jefferson had it and they would get my daughter's info to them to fill the rx.
Fast forward a bit, my daughter is 9, in pain, and this mama’s getting a little…mama bear-ish. when I get to Jefferson a couple hours later, they let me know that cvs hasn’t faxed them the info. I wasn’t shocked but I was close to meltdown. that being said, the team of folx there at Jefferson got on it and told me to hang out for a little and they would get it filled for me, which they did. they were kind and understanding, and that empathy was just what I needed. I am again, so appreciative of this above and beyond service and wish I could thank each of them who helped. I plan to move all of my prescriptions to Jefferson as a result of this service.

Top tier customer service. Kind employees. I drive an extra 30 mins from Fork Union and passed their pharmacy to go to Jefferson Pharmacy because they actually treat people the way people should be treated.

I love this place. I love the cashiers, pharmacist, and the pharmacy technicians. I also LOVE the novelty merchandise, especially the children items, e.g. toys. I can't imagine using another pharmacy ever again! There is a wonderful positive vibe there as well. I wish they enforced wearing masks. There is a sign outside, but some people either ignore it, don't care, or it's a personal thing. I think proper fitting and filters when wearing makes is what protects each other from spreading a transmittable virus to each other. I try not to fuss about it though.

I love Jefferson Pharmacy! Their store has such unique items and their customer service is amazing! They are always very quick to fill prescriptions and are very kind when I occasionally call for car-side service during this covid pandemic.

Great people. I was super stressed out because my dog is experiencing kidney failure. I showed up waiting outside for the pharmacy to open in an effort to get the medication back to my little friend as quickly as possible. Unfortunately the prescription is a compounding formula that you can't just grab at a Walmart so I went 20 minutes down to pick it up at Jefferson Pharmacy. I thought my vet called it in but they apparently did not so I was a bit distraught when they told me I'd have to wait to pick it up the next day. I'm sure I wasn't at my best and not pleasant but they remained professional and said they'd get it by the afternoon. I further explained the urgency and that I'd just have to wait because I was in a semi truck and wouldn't be driving back and forth on those tiny back roads. In less than 45 minutes the pharmacist prepared my little friend's prescription and had me on my way. They didn't have to do that and I'm so appreciative. There are still good people in the world. I love this pharmacy. They will fill you script before you even call. I love that. They have lots of beautiful things in their store for your home decor or for yourself like jewelry and other neat things. I recommend it highly if your looking for a Pharmacy.

Wonderful locally owned pharmacy and store. Has a great selection of Virginia made items and nearly everything you could think of for your home care needs. The pharmacists are friendly and happy to answer any questions you may have.

Jefferson Pharmacy is locally owned and they truly care about their customers and the community. They have been instrumental in their support of Fluvanna Meals on Wheels. Great place to shop for anything you need and some awesome gift items.

Sure, you can get anything you may need for your medicine chest or your ailments at Jefferson Pharmacy, but what brought me here was the reputation they have for having that hometown, next door customer service attitude. The pharmacists and staff are quick to answer questions and educate the customer on prescriptions as well as over the counter meds. They also know the local need to offer gift items and seasonal wares that we would otherwise have to travel to Charlottesville or beyond to find. They show their support of so many local manufacturers by offering their items on their shelves as well. So while you're waiting for that prescription have a look around. You won't be sorry.

Great locally owned pharmacy that takes customer service seriously. Extremely, knowledgeable pharmacists who are very helpful. Cannot say enough good about these folks.

This is an excellent pharmacy. They are all about Fluvanna and local counties. When you walk in, you are instantly overwhelmed with the family feel and community focus. You feel taken care of, which is quite nice from a business these days!

When CVS left me without the meds I need to sleep for two weeks, I switched to this pharmacy and got my refill in a matter of days. I haven't looked back since!
