Walgreens Pharmacy

The pharmacist working on the evening of 6/1 was fantastic & helpful.
This location is always busy, but the staff work hard to move the line through the pharmacy while providing quality service.

Switched from CVS to WALGREENS and have been totally satisfied with the Store on Rolkin Road, Rio Hill, Cville. Va... The pharmacy is awesome and the Pharmacists are totally professional and helpful. The pharmacy Techs are friendly and helpful. The store itself is a great place to shop for anything you need. Always great low prices. 5 STAR. THANK YOU, MR. TWISDALE

The store is kept very clean. The pharmacy staff is always friendly and helpful.

I am visiting this area and needed some meds that I was running out of. They could fill what I needed. They are busy, but they keep the line moving. This is a big store with just about everything you could need.

I am so glad I transferred here. Staff is nice and helpful. I love the sales.

Great Customer Service

I did not visit the pharmacy, I wasn't planning on visiting the pharmacist and have not called this location. WAG has puff mints that are made with cane sugar vs high fructose corn syrup and that was my main purpose for going. They have limited pharmacy hours, which seems to be the norm for all Walgreens and CVS nowadays. The pharmacy was actually closed today due to a staffing shortage and the pharmacy is now normally closed on Saturdays.

Great customer service but starving for help. One person working the counter, drive thru, answering phones, and filling prescriptions. She remained calm and polite but was pulled in many directions.

Store was clean, service inside was good. Put Medicine order in and it took them two hours to fill. Was not thrilled with the turnaround

This is a nice Walgreens and I've always preferred them over CVS or rite aid.

This pharmacy is consistently understaffed, and has been for months. At times I’ve waited for 40 minutes on the phone and never had anyone pick up. They’ve started closing the drive thru when they are overwhelmed, which isn’t a bad idea but is annoying and just shows how bad the understaffing problem is. Giant, across the street, is much better.
