I needed to get an alternator and my belt replaced. I was helped by Yolanda, Johnnie and Naz. They made the process so quick and easy while also being so friendly and helpful. Yolanda had the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! I’m not knowledgeable on cars but she helped me while also making me feel comfortable unlike some places that would get me to buy anything, she directed me on what was best for me! Thank you everyone!

AMAZING! I came in today because I needed a battery replacement and windshield wipers for my car. I walked in and was immediately helped by Yolanda. She was absolutely amazing! If Yolanda is helping you, you are in good hands! She helped me find the battery and wipers i needed then replaced the battery and wipers for me! I was in and out in 15 minutes tops.

Exceptional customer service!

I came to my neighborhood Autozone after the nearby Firestone attempted to price gauge me on the most basic repair - changing a brake light. First, the tech tried to charge me for a "light inspection". When I declined, he took time to work up $56 worth of charges to change the bulb - UTTERLY RIDICULOUS!

At Autozone - Yolanda, a manager, who understands her customer and who was more committed to having repeat, satisfied customer experiences along with her peer staff took the time to help me with my bulb and the tool needed to do my own replacement.

Not only did I feel satisfied as a customer, I left with an education on how to make the most basic repair on my vehicle. This is my neighborhood Autozone and I will come back again and again - because they have knowledgeable and caring staff!

I can't thank them enough for the outstanding customer service I received on today. My battery installation was a bit tricky but they all came together and got the job done. I must say they certainly believe in TEAMWORK!! Their professionalism was definitely a 10.. I appreciate their quality work. They are the " GO TO CREW" that does a fine job representing AutoZone!

I recently spoke with Eric about a battery for my vehicle at this location and he was beyond helpful! He was really knowledgeable, kind, and provided great customer service!

After a stressful evening of our car battery dying, this autozone went above and beyond to help us out, from helping us pick out the right battery and helping us install it. They even gave us extremely helpful tips on future care and maintenance. To Yolanda and her team, thank you so much!

Although I have patronized this store for years, I must acknowledge the customer service rendered today.
The professional and outstanding assistance exhibited by Nas and Bryan Kennedy is worth mentioning. Their attention to detail and the sharing of product knowledge is seldom experienced today. They truly take ownership in their responsibility as associates of AutoZone. Please note that I no longer live in the vicinity, but that store remains my store of choice.

Nas is by far the best employee they have, been doing business for 10+ years. Definitely recomend! Ask for NAS!

So prior 2 months ago I came in for a diagnostic, I was told by that they couldn’t do it so I had to do it myself which is no problem. But I came in yesterday and a gentleman by the name of Thomas R. wanted to help assist and do the diagnostic test, very polite and knowledgeable. Felt like he deserved a good review.
