Bank of America ATM (Drive-thru)

I've gone in three times without an appointment and was able to meet with someone withing a few minutes. Teller instantly, not a busy time, and the bankers when they were done with their current customers. The staff were very nice to me and helpful. I'm glad I chose this banking location.

I just switched from wells fargo and most of their branches arent open on saturdays which is incredibly inconvenient.

Amanda Riner met with us at the appointed time and was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

I've always had quick, friendly service here. In and out, no issues, every time.

This is a wonderful bank! The customer service is fantastic.

If you like waiting and still not having a problem resolved or answered this is your place! Sales associates are nice but horrible. I'd recommend any local bank. These places have became too large to give customer service without a head ache. If you have a problem they call the same number on the back of your card and ask questions for you instead of having the answers themselves. And yes, they wait just as long as you do on hold. SMH

One wonders what is happening with BOA these days. Not really helpful staff, always look angry or depressed or suspicious. Armed guards roaming around so someone must be pissed off. Now the location has closed drive thru. The line inside is ridiculous because they never have enough staff. This is also the branch which almost got taken over by an customer due to shenanigans by BOA.
