1st our salesman was extremely patient and kind. I have gotten 2 nice beds and yesterday I just purchased my much needed new couch. I’ve never had such a nice couch and I I always go there for my beds. Well for any of my furniture. I was a little shy of how much I needed down but as usual they worked with me. Not to mention the employees all worked together on my contract etc, so we could get out of there faster. They got our delivery date as soon as they could. Just within a few days. They weren’t pushy at all about making a sale, not once did he/they try to sale me anything more than what I went in there for. I always have a great experience at Shewels. :)

At first it took a while for customer service to get back to me about my order, all I wanted was an estimated delivery date/time. They did provide that. The guys that delivered what I bought were so kind and polite. I give all of the kudos to them. They set everything up perfectly! I'm so happy/excited right now!

Purchased chair and ottoman. Connie was the young lady that helped me. She was very professional and was able to answer all my questions. I would definitely ask for when returning. The girls in finance was also friendly and helpful. It was an overall great experience.

I was well taken care of when I visited Schewels on Saturday. The sales representative helped me to choose the mattress set that would serve my needs best. Completing my contract was also a breeze!

Today I went with my wife to get an recliner. We were welcomed with a staff member named Connie. She walked us around, showing us different styles. My wife found her chair it was perfect. We bought it that day, made good on the deal and set up delivery for next week. Wife is excited for her new recliner.

Recently purchased my first 'real' piece of furniture for my new apt from Shewels Home. I was looking for a couch that was relatively inexpensive but also stylish and functional. CONNIE WAS FANTASTIC!!!! She helped show us all the options in our price range not just for ordering but also went above and beyond to find out any possible floor models available or sales etc. She was extremely helpful and always willing to double check or ask for more information so that we had all the details we needed. Thanks to Connie we found the perfect first couch and can't wait for it to arrive!! I would certainly recommend shopping here to friends as the service and helped we received were 10/10. THANK YOU 😁
